Absolutamente horrible experiencia. Mi marido pagó £ 10 por persona de depósito. El personal no tenía ni idea de lo que estaban haciendo. Pedían bebidas y tenían que volver al bar para preguntar si habían tomado la bebida. Expresso Martini fue el peor que había probado “inbebible”. Pornstar martini no vino con un tiro pequeño o fruta de la pasión. Sirve en vasos de plástico. Los pedidos de comida salían y el personal no tenía idea de qué mesa había ordenado. La experiencia general nunca volverá. El personal necesita ser reentrenado. Están cobrando altos precios y usted está recibiendo a cambio una calidad inferior. Si alguien quiere saber más, estoy feliz de iluminarlos

Reservado para una celebración de cumpleaños con semanas de antelación. La reserva fue cancelada por el organizador 5 días antes del evento. Muy decepcionante y estrés de encontrar una alternativa en poco tiempo. Lo evitaría.

I booked this for my husband’s birthday. We paid £5 per person for a live DJ and a 3 hour slot. There was no DJ, no atmosphere. The cocktails were poor and over priced, served in a plastic glass. The food was awful. We were starving but couldn’t even eat it and left after 1 drink. Nothing like the Instagram page suggests. The chairs were hard like school chairs. A very disappointing experience.

Really nice venue with great music. Our food order was fresh. Staff members were really helpful and friendly. Thanks to Larissa, our night needed great. Super friendly and helpful.

I had booked this place for our ten year anniversary, and we were hugely disappointed. When we arrived we had no table (even though I had paid for one) then no one gave us a menu, we waited so long to eventually get one, and then no one bothered coming back to take our drink order. We sat there for so long waiting we decided to just give up and leave. The staff were very rude and unaccommodating. I was told a manager would contact me to arrange a refund, but I've heard absolutely nothing.

Booked in advance and paid a £5 per person reservation/entrance fee. There’s an ok atmosphere, good music (although a bit too loud at times). There’s no view of the London skyline. When it gets busy, service is slow and we had to ask for updates on where our drinks were. At one point we asked for a refund as we would have been late for a dinner reservation. Miraculously our drinks turned up within minutes. The app for ordering drinks is temperamental. I was charged twice as the transaction went through but the app said it hadn’t. Was provided with a refund. We were put off by this so decided to order drinks directly at the bar afterwards. A pretty average rooftop bar, expensive for what it is. Glad we came on a hot day but wouldn’t return.

Really nice, and accommodating staff! The food was great and ordering via your phone is super slick! Service was quick too! The views, music, live saxophonist, and vibes were all incredible!! On my visit, the staff were particularly helpful allowing me to sit where I wanted and then move to a bigger area when an unexpected, third party came to join us! 10/10

Nice view, staff were all very friendly, especially waiting staff but experience was average considering the prices. Wasn't massively busy when we arrived but we were sat away from the great view when there was plenty of space to put us upfront. Ordered via the QR code on the table and a waitress asked us a couple of minutes later what we had ordered, which was a bit odd. Ordered some food and was ok. Jugs of cocktails were also ok. All a bit pricy, but you know that before you go in. As more people came in they were all taken to the buzz of the other customers/nice views and we were left twiddling thumbs on our own with zero atmosphere. We were really looking forward to this place but left a bit disappointed unfortunately.

This was booked as a surprise for 30th Birthday after doing lots of research and reading reviews. Unfortunately for us and I’m sure many others on the day, the experience fell very far below the expectations. After arriving before our 3pm slot, we were asked to stand aside whilst checking our guests in at the ground floor reception desk, several others guests arrived and were checked in with no one going up to the bar for 15mins. The girl on reception was unable to communicate with the people on the rooftop and was unable to release people up to the bar, this was not communicated to anyone in the now rather large queue and no one from the rooftop venue seamed to be bothered as to where their guests were or were not able to be contacted by the staff at reception. Finally after 30 mins the girl in reception sent one of her three colleagues up to see what the issue was, again not communicated to the queue. At 3.40 we were shown to our table on the rooftop, not a great start. As we were seated I asked if we could have our reservation extended for the time we were kept waiting downstairs, which was agreed after deliberation by the management 1 hour later. We ordered 6 drinks of which 4 turned up after 30 mins, we chased the other two which arrived 10 mins later, no apology from the staff. The next round arrived quickly, however the champagne was not chilled and at £125 per bottle not really acceptable. Service for the remainder of the time was painfully slow, delivery of orders taking at least 30 mins and despite these being ordered via qr codes from the table, the staff were unable to keep up with this or what had or hadn’t been delivered with further orders not all coming at once or without having to be chased. Sadly this also extended to the toilets, with both men’s and ladies being out of toilet paper, despite there being an attendant stationed in the men’s desperate for tips. All hand sanitizers were also out of liquid. We complained twice to the manger over the poor service who really wasn’t interested, just paying lip service, don’t think we met their demographic. This could be a really great venue, good music, nice atmosphere, the vue is nothing special but on a good day the rest makes up for that if linked to good service and meeting expections, needs a management overhaul and staff training.

We came here for a friend's birthday. Quick service after ordering drinks via the App, we stayed for a few hours. Lovely spot on a sunny day.

Firstly, the staff here are lovely. It's nice to avoid the 'standard' rooftop bars in London and visit a different area - the view isn't as amazing as being in central/the City but it's still a lovely place to sit out.

Had a really lovely day with a group of friends at Skylark! Great service from the start, so welcoming and attentive. Would definitely come again

Over rated with Towie wannabes. Paid £10 pp to hold the table, not to even have it deducted from the very small, overpriced cocktails served in plastic glasses!!! Music so loud could not hear each other talking and the type of music was not varied...

Was over on a city break to London with my partner, who was really excited and looking forward to our couple of hours we had booked here one of the afternoons. I cant even begin to explain how awful the whole experience was from start...

The most terrible service. Place reasonable location but the staff are terrible they forget or are unable to fulfil any order asked. We paid for a bottomless menu but had 3 drinks and even asked for water 3 times but hey offered. Do not go...
