Really like the firepits. Shisha is really good. Best place to go if all your friends have shisha, but an ABSOLUTE NO go if someone does not. 1 shisha MUST be ordered per two people. If a 3rd person comes, then an extra shisha must ordered even if they came just to eat.

Nice place but layout could be a lot better. Seats lined all around the side... everyone sits in a line Few seats in the middle around a fireplace, but not enough seats.

Awful experience, travelled 98 miles to this place. After reading the reviews, we thought we’d give this place a try. The only positive about this place is that it’s nice and clean and has a cosy vibe to it, well that was until the chap preparing the shisha decided to burn the coals in the shisha area, which let off a nasty smell. Ordered doner loaded fries and a chicken pizza. Loaded fries were average at best. The pizza was extremely poor, made from a defrosted base with about 6 pieces of chicken on the whole thing. Had zero taste to it. Didn’t really get much better when it came to the shisha, not sure how they managed to get such poor smoke from decent shisha pipes. One of bowls came with a HMD that was twice as big as the bowl. Overall, it was a shame that a place that looked so nice from the inside had such poor food and shisha. We paid £80 for all of the above and left within 15 minutes of being served. Would recommend anyone to check out the real reviews and not fall for any fake/forced reviews. Disappointing experience and a waste of £80.

Shisha poor, atmosphere and place overall is worn out. To me shisha is relaxation. Random customer just turned TV very loud, which is hanging right over my head. I nicely asked to lower the volume down on what he said to me to move to other place, if I don’t like it. He seats on the other side of the room next to other tv. Why you need to take all remotes and turn volume to max on all TVs. Suggestion, put a sign that it’s a sport bar, not a shisha lounge. H2O much better place! Never coming back again!

Me and my partner love it here! Since the refurbishment its cozy and a lot warmer. Shisha is veryyyy good but it is a bit pricey for Coventry. Nonetheless, we travel from London so you know its that good! Karak chai is also yummy! Tried the pistachio cake on our recent visit and it was very nice too. Parking is quite difficult and there's around 2 flights of stairs to climb (maybe more) to get to the lounge so bare that in mind if you're visiting.

Very good experience. Got the premium shisha for £30. Pricier than the ones we have normally but it was worth the price. Shisha felt silky and smooth when inhaling. Great atmosphere there too. Got the chicken burgers and it was a decent meal.

Place looks dead, shisha was also dead. Work was getting done so lot of noise, no music but they did advise we could play from our phones. Imagine being the owner and replying to the negative but true comments. If the guy put more effort on concentrating on the business then replying on the reviews. Wasteman.

Honestly speaking the shisha quality has went down hill since December, used to come here twice every week to smoke. I personally loved how they made there shisha at university feast, it had great flavor and smoke and from that time i started smoking smoke connoisseur it is a brilliant shisha and produces a-lot of smoke but now the way they make the shisha its not nice and there is no smoke and flavor and also if we tell the issue to the staff they try to get better smoke but they burn the flavor every-time. Its not there issue seems like they are not well trained in making a good bowl.

Poor flavour shisha- most useless shisha ive ever tried for 20 quid. Dingy sofas, farmhouse or anywhere else is better. Some weird guy with shaved eyebrows behind the counter and some frog looking creature didnt know what they were doing.

I have been visiting Sky Lounge for years, and the quality of customer service has always been tremendous. Ever since the pandemic, there has been an increase in flavours from all across the world, that you can’t find anywhere else congregated in one place. Staff are great in recommending mixes, if you are like me and a little indecisive they will help. If you are able to travel and/or nearby go to Sky Lounge for a great smoking experience. Dylan’s flavour mix is tremendous: African queen, pink man, Wagamama and “unknown”

How good is sky lounge? Often asked for recommendations in Birmingham/Leicester and my retort is take 30 mins to head down to Coventry. Asim has made a concerted effort to make the best products and flavours available, and its resulting in this homely lounge being the go-to for many in the west mids.

Best shisha place in town, very cozy atmosphere with best deals and affordable shisha. The staff is very friendly as well and accommodating. They have great music and DJ nights every month. Would recommend a 100%.

Amazing range of pipes, the staff are so welcoming and can give a lot of choices of flavour that you will definitely be satisfied with and a beautiful view on the lounge. I seriously recommend this lounge for smoke connoisseurs only because they sell genuine al fakher flavors and also stepping their levels up same as the Russians and Germans shisha in the midlands 💨🔥

It looks as though this place as shutdown as I went by this even g and doors were closed at ground level and upstairs terrace was unlit and no one around.

Nice atmosphere. Was very quiet when we went as it was a weekday. Love the cute little parrots 🦜 they have before you walk into the main bit. Makes the place look really good! Friendly and professional staff. Recommended me and friends a good flavour as it was our first time there. Had a lovely herbal tea and cake mmmmm. Definitely recommend

Not good services and you not good experience About the Shisha

i had traveled all the way from Nottingham toCoventry only to be disappointed. Upon arrival we was seated in the rooftop area however, 30mins later we was told we must move as they are booked up. to which i said they should have informed us before seating us. and the gentleman responded whats the problem your still smoking. the problem was they had moved us into a hallway away from the main feature that we had travelled for the 'rooftop terrace'. Furthermore, as we was placed away from the main room they had forgotten about us and did not offer us a coal change until we got ready to leave which was a whole football match. very poor service will not be visiting again and would not recommend travelling for.

Extremely slow service, came for shisha but our coals had completely gone and no change for them, staff are very kind though. Food was good music was very loud and parking was difficult to find. Shisha wasnt great would not come back again.

We had a little Birthday celebration organised at this place and it turned out a great fun! The staff were very helpful, welcoming and extremely accommodating. As I wanted a cake to come as a surprise during our time there, I dropped it a day before and the guys stored it safely for me. That was greatly appreciated :) Not to mention that the shisha was very well done and the coals were changes frequently, so the overall service level is top level! Many thanks to Riyaz and Simon and to the whole Team!!!

Shisha’s taste is very intense. It is just perfect. The food they are serving is of highest standards. Employees are very friendly, polite, kind and it’s nice to talk with them. They give very good advise if you’re not sure what shisha will best suit you. I really enjoyed the location and the inside - wide windows, nice view on the city centre through them, it is NOT claustrophobic at all. Sky Lounge is definitely better than H2O. Everything they do is better than H2O including the venue itself that does not give you a claustrophobic, overcrowded vibe. It’s warmer inside, shisha tastes better, employee’s communication skills and professionalism is better. Other customers are friendly and they enjoy meeting new people and socialising. Music is better. Even the toilets are cleaner and very well supplied. They obey the latest government guidance regarding Covid-19 (might be a plus if you are concerned about all this coronavirus stuff).

Okay customer service. Crammed layout. Shisha was not great and neither was the mint tea. Unclean toilets. Rule of 1 shisha per 2 people. Music wasnt so great and mma on tv.? Thank you but will not be returning.

Great atmosphere, amazing food and excellent customer service! We stopped by Sky Lounge after a long day of travelling on our back to London. We arrived fairly late and were met by Sunny who managed to get our food order to the kitchen just before it closed. Katherine prepared the food and we all ordered pizzas. The food was simply brilliant and cooked to perfection. We will be making this a regular pit stop in future!

The service is fantastic and the staff are always there to look after you when you go. One of the owners, Tahir is a great role model who exceeds in all amazing service and is always there to help... You can also book a private room for those who want privacy with friends and family only Sky lounge is not them places you go to where the music is so load you cant hear yourself think..Sky lounge is sophisticated and understands the difference between a club and a sheesha lounge... The hygiene level is very good with hand sanitizers available. Sky lounge has it all, make sure you check it out you will not be dissappointed 10/10

As soon as we walked in, we were instantly welcomed by very bubbly characters who go by the name of T and his brother, they were very accommodating and genuinely wanted to make sure we had a great time and recommended us the best shisha in Coventry! You have other shisha lounges in Coventry that are very modern but do not have the nicest of shishas, but Sky Lounge is a very humble place where they have the smokiest shisha with great flavours, great music and have great staff who also want you to enjoy yourself! I hardly ever used to go Sky Lounge, but now this will be my go to place for its positive atmosphere and amazing staff. Can't wait to come back soon!!! 🙌🏼👍🏼

It was the worst experience ever, no one changed the coal the flavour was off it was like smoking mould. Even the workers were saying the flour is off but the manager is refusing to change the flavour. I would never go bavk again worst customer service waste of money.
