Always helpfull , always delighted to order . And the food is absolutely delicious.

Few times been hour or 2 hours late saying it's out I'm fee minutes away driver was lovely

I’ve always ordered from these guys. Their food is always on point. Cheap prices. Decent quality of the food. Chicken shish very well marinated. Always had the same delivery driver who’s so nice. Recently they’ve started sending me extra items with the delivery since I’ve ordered over 70x. Thank you sizzling and the staffs. Will always be ordering from these guys

Well.... What can I say I ordered food via the Uber eat app and menu looked amazing Little did I know I would run into several problems Orders food at 11pm come 12pm still no food then at 12.30 told some items was not available and would do extra nothing mentioned of a partial refund paying for the food I ordered pretty much forced to take the extra meat so I agreed unfortunately come 12.45 guy from restaurant rings me again and says his on way on the same number he called from restaurant 1pm get another phone call from another number saying they was delivering the food and asked for the address even though it's on my order from Uber and asked me to confirm so I did "premier inn Sutton road" he was like what one I said the one on Sutton road he become argumentative about where it was even though I confirmed with hotel reception as they found the situation difficult also! Food arrived 19 mins after the phone call I asked the driver may I check the bag as it's have been over 2hrs at this point and guess what FOOD WAS COLD when I say cold I mean cold it was 2° outside nothing in the bag was slightly warm so we rejected the order and drove into town for food! After the drama of tonight I took a look into the reviews and guess what IM NOT SURPRISED! JUST GIVE UP YOUR JOB AND THROW THE TOWEL IN!

Really disappointing. Won't go back. Bad service below average food. :(

I got chicken wrap and the chicken felt like two days old. Complete waste of money.

Food was really dry, Had no flavour awful food wise, they even Completely messed up my order somehow and gave my exactly not what I ordered. Customer service was horrific, the driver used the wrong location and took an extra 20 minutes, it took about 80 minutes to get to me. I called the place up and the person on the other line was rude and hung up on me. They need to not use Artificial Intelligence photos in their Uber eats photos, because it looks nothing alike the awful food they give, its a scam. And its clearly a cop out from taking photos of their actual food. Would not recommend horrible experience!!!!!! do not buy from them!

i ordered 50 minutes ago and my food hasn’t arrived yet and the shop is only 10 minutes away it’s actually disgusting

If I had to rate this food experience I would rate it half a star out of ten ...its very well said never judge a book by its cover until the book is read ..got fooled by the pictures posted on Uber Eats and placed an order for a 9 inch chicken tandoori pizza and some garlic bread. The delivery person was rude and was trained to speak a bunch of lies about him trying to reach me once he arrived. The food was absolutely absolute horrible ..with the pizza tasteless cold and bland ..The garlic bread looked like it came straight out of either Morrisons or Asda... Regret wasting my money almost £13.00 for utter nonsense Never again gonna order from them

Charged me for garlic mayo and chilli sauce on top of small spuds. Paid it as was hungry and embarrassed, but it was 5 quid for a small spuds. It was a young girl so don't know if that's standard but not good at all. About a week ago in the evening.

I have been brought back time again for the spicy spuds purely but it's time to stop ordering from here. I have had multiple unacceptable issues over years with this place. I've had them leave food out in the cold without telling us, we've had them refuse to fix an order and had them threaten to throw food at my partner after getting an order wrong. I've had them tell us that they were on the way with an order after ages of waiting and they never came, i know some other reviews have also had that experience so it seems they do this sort of thing consistently. the staff have been generally rude and they're not fit to run a business, they can't even get food out and they lie to their customers. there's no point in having good food if you're not gonna deliver it. don't order from here, even if you get your food they're a terrible business to support, they don't care about their customers

Pizza came wrong did not eat it as it looked like sick on top of a pizza worst pizza I have ever seen,

Ordered the cool munch box off of the deliveroo app. 'pizza, mixed kebab, onion rings, cheesy chips, salad, 2 dips and 2 cans' Cheesy chips turned up with no cheese, and no salad present on the order. The food was also cold considering we were minutes away from the establishment. However, the driver was very pleasant.

Haven't tried the food.... HOWEVER the boss gave us a lift home so cannot complain. 10/10 service for that one, couldn't find a taxi anywhere. Really friendly as well, thankyou guys :)

The most delicious pizza in Plymouth I had . Especially potato fresh and tasty.I definitely recommend Sizzling grill.

Food ordered through deliveroo turned up 58 mins late, by Which time it was all but cold, phoned the shop several times, staff member said it was a new driver, sorry but all smart phones have GPS! driver calls and says he's outside my house and didn't believe me when I politely told him he wasn't, definitely wouldn't order from them again.

Arrived after 1 hour 57 minutes, ordered spicy spuds and an xl chicken donner. After nearly 2 hours a taxi shows up, a kid, I wanna say he was 17 at a push gets out and takes the thermal bag out the back seat, drops it and then gives me the food when he gets to the door only to find that I’d been given a mixed kebab that was 80%-90% lamb! I’ve got these kebabs many times over about a year and never once has a single other meat been in the kebab but no full of lamb and thrown away. Outrageous.

Thought I'd treat myself after a hard day's work to a nice kebab paying through the nose to be given something with barely 2 meats on let alone the 5 it advertises. Spoke to restaurant who swiftly hung up. Trading standards and just eat will be contacted. False advertising isn't ok in any country

My husband ordered a cheese burger, it came VERY BURNT!! Like a crisp, they have often got my husbands order wrong through UBER, he’s a regular and he cannot have onions due to Epilepsy, he puts it on the footnote and they still put onions… DISAPPOINTED

The fish was from a supermarket not even proper fish and was burnt to a crisp and inedible, chips were all cold and not properly wrapped, fake fish bad chips and it cost nearly £20, never will I buy from them again utterly disappointed

So I like this place for food the quality is great! However the estimated delivery is a hour okay I waited 10 min after the time called the restaurant n was told it's on the way 40 mins later nothing I tried calling back n was respectful I under stand they get busy I dont mind ect instead of him apologising n giving me a correct time he shouted n told me his already told me it's on route n I dont live over 40mins from the restaurant would it hurt to be polite I wont be ordering from hear again! No sorry a hour has now past!! So nearly a 2 hour wait

Tried ordering through uber eats, a pizza, but got nothing 1.5 hours later, called a few times in between and kept getting told the order is arriving. No honesty nor communication, and very rude staff. Stay away on all counts whether eating in or delivery.

Kebab portions is tiny even though we ordered large. The kebab was the worst kebab and rock solid thought I was eating stones. Very disappointed will not be ordering from here again. !!! AVOID !!!

I made an order approximately 45minutes before the published closing time which was accepted. My order was completely ignored and was just left, active. The order was left overnight and I never heard anything. Don't accept orders or even allow orders at that time if you aren't willing to fulfil them. 45minutes is enough time to make one pizza!!!!! Won't be ordering from this place again, literal clown behaviour from whoever was there. Idiotic

Pizza was vile, better off buying one from Asda. I'll stick to dominos and Papa John's. Just annoyed they got paid for the disgusting food.

Really confused on these reviews me and the partner hade a lamb and chicken kebab and I tell you what it was the best f*king kebab I've ever hade. Maybe they have hade there off night but tonight mine was 10/10

The food quality is typical of a multi-food type take away. The prices have changed from the displayed menu but they don't tell you until its rung up. The staff were friendly and we were offered a free portion of hot wings for having to wait.

Very bad behaviour by the restaurant, delays of almost 30 minutes, I will never order from this restaurant again.

What can I say, the experience was beyond incredible. Garlic and herb sauce the best. Now the kebab. That's the best thing about this place. It's on a street with 1 or 2 more establishments, but skip those and head here, you will not be disappointed.

20 minute waiting time, turned into over an hour, 2 phone calls and still not here, should of been here at half 8 it’s nearly 10pm now and still no sign!

Ordered through Uber eats ,took nearly 2 hours to get delivered ,chips were reheated tasted like cardboard,burger was a gelatinous mess cooked twice not fresh,tasted absolutely foul ,cheap quality meat,nothing had any texture ,bottom of burger and bun was black from a dirty grill,very greasy dips were spilled through the bag upon delivery ,pizza was stone cold un apatising and terrible I urge peoe to boycott this place staff were unhelpful food wasn't just bad it was disgusting took ages will definitely not order again and urge others to go elsewhere ,very poor would rather eat my own toe nails

I’ve not even opened my chicken kebab. Ordered a 9 inch Hawaiian pizza and a small chicken kebab. I was told 10 minutes so I disappeared for 15 minutes. Came back and my pizza was only just put in. After 5 minutes in the oven, some guy took it out, looked at it, and said it needs more minutes. About 10 seconds later a guy took it out and put it in the box. I got back and ate some, but it was all cold. Disgusting scenes from this place. I told them at the time that I was waiting about 25 minutes for my small order, but they blamed being busy… which they weren’t as I was just standing there on my own. They didn’t try apologise, or offer anything for their disgraceful service. Honestly, wouldn’t recommend ever ordering from here. I’m binning my chicken kebab as I don’t trust the cooking by them either. Genuinely the worst customer service I’ve had in the whole of Plymouth. Go elsewhere at all costs!

Avoid at all costs, found this the only restaurant that delivers late night and had to order only to know that they don’t answer the calls after placing the order and waiting for almost couple of hours

I got the spicy chicken wings and was thoroughly disappointed. As size wise they were minuscule. Far too crispy that they cut the inside of my mouth And they where dry to the bone. The kebab was also as equally awful.

if you're hungry and want something fast. Well this is not the place to go. Their "20 minute" delivery turned to waiting 1 hour. 2 phone calls and the chappie on the other end hadn't even began making our food. And after all the hassle... IT WASN'T EVEN WORTH IT. Food was poor, dry and just inedible. Best thing about our order was the cheesy chips. Absolute sham of a restaurant. Sizzling grill? More like Sizzling mess.

This has taken my top spot for the worst food in Plymouth. First of all, no pizza lid holder..so all of the cheese and toppings had welded to cardboard, leaving me with a floppy, sloppy and lack of any toppys...steamed tomato bread. Of the toppings I did manage to cut off the lid..the wet cardboard was the tastiest. Now onto the Jalapeño poppers, chips and "spicy chicken wings". I could have gone to farmfood's cheapest section and popped the stuff into an EZBake oven for a better experience. It's been a while since I've had a chip squeak when biting into it, quite the feat to have chips as floppy as cooked spaghetti do that! Over £30 and it will be going in the bin. I'm not a fussy person and certainly not posh or pretentious enough to expect something for nothing, it was just poor quality and poorly cooked food at a premium price.

Normally okay but got the 18”garlic bread pizza and it was so thin no flavour tbh if you need help aswell you can always call the Samaritans as they teamed up with Nike and when they answer the first thing you here is “Just Do It”

Food was over 2 hours late, when we rang the restaurant after an hour of waiting they said it won’t be long as they were just waiting for the delivery driver, however it still took another hour to come after that. The driver then had the audacity to leave me voicemails sounding annoyed as if he wasn’t 2 hours late and still expected me to get the delivery. Avoid at all costs.

Was 'on its way' for half an hour, definitely was. I live 0.3 miles from the place and the pizza definitely went all over Plymouth in that time because it was stone cold, arrived feeling like yesterdays pizza. Abysmal. I get you're trying to balance delivery price and number of deliveries but if the last person gets their food cold then what's even the point.

We have used this takeaway multiple times, having used quite a few different places, but sizzling grill seems to not only be the best quality food at its price point, but also the fastest by far. I highly recommend them, especially their pizzas, spicy spuds and wings🤌Over all great food

What a great place, pizza is one of the best in Plymouth and service equally good as the food. Highly recommended!

Food swims in grease , the salad looked and tasted like it was dried out in the sun.. Their delivery drivers I have found on two occasions unfriendly and kind of grunt at you.. Wasn't impressed first time we had food from here but thought I,d give it another try. Wish I hadn't missing items and the food quality have ensured I will never spend my money here again.. Go elsewhere that's my advice.

Ordered a large spicy spuds to pick up, I got back and they looked like this, we assumed it was the wrong order and that some type of sauce had been put on them. We went back and they told us that it was just the spicy spuds. Never seen anything quite like it, he even looked at it and thought that they were acceptable to give them back to us. They tasted vile and we're undercooked, clearly. Bad customer service.

Food was very sad looking however order was correct and good portion size. The fish and chips looked very old and the batter was solid. The fish was grey looking and just looked like an old shop bought fish. The chips were fine just standard takeaway chips. The hot wings tasted okay however were a little pink. The popcorn chicken tasted good but was very dry. The donner kebab tasted good and was probably the best part of our order. The chicken kebab tasted good but was also dry. The lamb kebab tasted okay however was very very chewy and dry. The kebabs came with a small side salad which was nice and seemed fresh. The cheese on the cheesy chips seemed old and sad looking. Arrived within 30 minutes via deliveroo but the restaurant did not update the app. In summary, the portion sizes were very good but the food itself was dry and looked old. In my opinion the donner kebab was the best thing however I would say it is not worth the money. I would recommend a place called Pizza Fast if you want this sort of thing. It is much cheaper and the quality is much better. I'm a student at the university so this is my go to now. Photo does not come put too well however this is the hot wings

Always been 5 star service and food over the last two years. Nowhere else comes close and staff are really nice guys. Without a doubt the best kebab in Plymouth.

I thought I made good home made burgers until I visited Sizzling grill. Their beef burger rivals that of KFC and McDonald's in terms of taste. The service was surprisingly fast. The cashiet only charged me £4.00 for a $4.20 order, which was very nice of him. I do not recommend purchasing their sides, like beans, as they can be pretty expensive.

Staff were very polite & friendly,service was excellent. kebabs were delicious & I will be back very soon to rate the spuds.
