Good wee local kebab and pizza shop. Does get busy so be prepared to wait at times.

Food is as you expect from a takeaway, BBQ chicken kebabs are really good. I waited 45 mins last time in person for a curry, I don't think they manage orders very well, the other half of my order was cold because it was ready much earlier. Veg in the curry was just cheap frozen cubed veg,

Food from here is really good came piping hot. I ordered chips, cheese doner with a separate korma sauce but there was no korma sauce, when I phoned to let them know I was met with extremely rude customer service, I asked why he was arguing with me and I got back “I’m not arguing with you I’m telling you” the korma sauce was in fact already on the chips, which wasn’t correct in the first place. What lovely service that is?! Well I’m telling you we won’t be ordering again.

was waiting for my order at the shop, it was pretty busy and there were 3 young girls at the front and the bald guy made one of the girls cry, he continued to get into their faces, made everyone including me uncomfortable, got my food and wasn’t even able to eat it.

So basically gave myself and a friend food poisoning. Totally do not recommend this place. Bald guy Coughing on the kebab meat just don’t waste your money plenty other places about

Rediculious amount of time to wait for a delivery almost 1.5 hours why not stop taking order's if you are to busy to make them up. Also they lie app said it was cooked and on way but on phoning shop it hadn't even been made

Delivery just getting CRAZY !! Aways .booked for 4-45 to 5 pm -ish gets earlier, TO THIS WEEKENDS 4 -15

2 hours 10 mins for delivery,driver finnaly showed up food stone cold! Done the decent thing called the shop to cancel order Apparently I'm on the no delivery address now 😂 absolutely shocking service!

Both my husband and I agree that it was probably best mixed kebab we had. All meats were nice and tender, sauce mixed through was very tasty and just spicy enough to enjoy a little kick.

Placed an order only to be called by the rudest person ever told that I will have to pay extra at the door which is fine but the way he spoke to me was Very rude. When I said to cancel the order he hung up on me and hasn’t refunded my £30 won’t be back

Always good qaulity and delivered in decent time , particularly enjoy Indian curry’s near restaurant qaulity

90 minutes for delivery from the shop that is a 5 minute drive away from my house is unacceptable. Food was lukewarm by the time it arrived. Not good enough sizzlers.

Would have rated more but was missing my poppodums which were paid for and so disappointed was looking forward to having them.

Always get home delivery and they get food to you ASAP never have a bad meal from them highly recommended for any meals

Just got a chicken kebab, the worst I’ve ever had salad portion was great but the chicken was only just warm and felt like mush in your mouth , won’t be back ! Never ate chicken like this in my life 😡

This would be a 5 star but the chips weren't good, under cooked and soggy. The rest of it was absolutely amazing. Tandoori chicken tikka masala was the best I've had in years.

Always a great meal highly recommended.

JUST ANOTHER PLACE TO ADD TO A RIP OFF BRITAIN. Served up Super micro small proportions of food FOR SUPER LUDICROUS HUMUNGUS PRICE and to which were so thin they were burnt and dried out. Not to mention got my order wrong and when asked for a refund owner rudely refused. Fully disgusting and would recommend you give this place a huge wide birth.

Regular customer here, we always vary between pizzas, kebabs, burgers & curries and we’ve never had a bad meal. Great food & one of the only takeaways that delivers to our area so we’re glad.

It's a takeaway, so the atmosphere doesn't really count for much. Food was good, portions were excellent (plenty) staff were quick and helpful. Price was a bit more than I'd usually pay for takeaway, but that's the only down side.

Normally the food is pretty good but last Saturday I had a chicken kabab and the flavour was okay but the texture of the chicken was mushy and that rather spoilt it for my self. My wife was happy enough with her cheese burger.

Ordered a Calazone and a few pizzas, all cooked perfect, tasted delish, nice and fresh.

Ordered 2 Donner meat, chips, cheese and Korma sauces, came with extremely dry donner meat with cheese on it and the smallest amount of korma sauce underneath on chips, far too dry and having paid £8 for each was not worth it. When we phoned and complained asking why they dont cover the donner meat in the sauce they said they didnt want to burn their hands as it would overflow. Used to be a regular at the Methil sizzlers but moved to Glenrothes and this one is putting the name to shame. Definitely won't be back would rather drive to pick up at Methil.

Ordered a special biriani which comes with lamb chicken and prawns I got 3 tiny prawns 4 little chunks of lamb a few pieces of chicken! It may aswell be a mushroom biriani for £13 is ridiculous

Staff very helpful and the food is very good, i always get the peshwari Nan chicken kebab. Very delicious.

Opted for a peri peri burger. The chicken was dry, the burger bun was like elastic and the chips were awful. Staff hygiene and manners are on view.

Worst pizza ever!! Ask for less and there more cheese on it than normal. I called and was told a new guy was making the pizza in Rudest way possible and when asked for a new pizza was told no!

New loaded fries are absolutely class and their new Dynamite sauce is out of this world definitely worth a try

Got a vegetable tikka masala but limited variation of veg and cauliflower was rock hard.

Had a takeaway from here while on holiday in the area and must say one of the best I’ve had in a long time. Would definitely eat from there again.

Ordered takeaway for home delivery. Part of the order was a chocolate brownie with whipped cream. Delivery arrived 35 minutes late. The korma sauce was watery(literally water gathering on plate) and the brownie was covered in what appeared to be milk. It tasted rank!! Never again.

So I've read reviews of Sizzlers on here and there's a mixed bag going on....I've had it delivered at least 10 times now and I've honestly nothing negative to say, always delivered on time, the food is very good and the quantities are just right, I'm not disagreeing with others, just saying my experience has been pretty good.

Been a customer for over 5 years. My chronic fatigue has flared up massively so takeaways have been in for a couple of nights, poor hubby can't do work and all the cooking, then looking after me. First night, mixed grill spot on, chicken King kebab, 7 tiny bits of chicken, they said new staff the issue, sent more, but this still falls seriously short on previous order's. Tonight ordered a garlic nan, and a Donner king kebab, didn't want to risk the chicken situation again, if you could believe it, was worse than the chicken, sent more Donner meat and a free bottle of juice, but again, even with the extra delivery of more Donner meat, was easy under half of what they normally put in, I won't be returning, not paying a tenner for a nan bread , and not enough meat to feed a chihuahua

Ordered 2 x large donners. Barely enough meat to fill pockets. Certainly not larges .

Waited over 2 hours for simple delivery on a Monday evening, when phoned to chase up it hadn't even been prepared yet. not worth the bother.

Really disappointed tonight I was a big fan of Sizzlers the last few years but tonight may be the last time I order from them... Ordered a meal for 2. The Currys were okay a bit more meat in them would have been nice I found it more sauce than meat in both. We asked for garlic nan , it has to be the worst nan I have ever had, it was thick with really cheap garlic margarine, it was disgusting we couldn't eat it! What happened to the green garlic oil?? We ordered mixed pakora starter as an extra for a guest it cost over £5.50 ...OMG did someone eat it before it arrived, we opened it and were disgusted the tub had 2 very over cooked pinky sized chicken pakora couldn't eat them as burnt and dry 3 tiny tiny mushroom pakora.. and 2 tiny tiny veg pakora.. tasted like and looked like re heats!!! talk about ripping the customer off.. for that price in fact 6 months ago the box would have been full of fresh tasty pakora not the slop we were given tonight! ...absolutely disgraceful portion size overcooked or re-cooked to be honest! And to top it off the delivery man stunk of cannabis!! Do we want people turning up at our door stinking of cannabis?? Then wondering what they have done to our food!!! We wondered if he had the munchies and ate half of our mixed pakora!!! Being serious btw! Also all our food was cold which is disgraceful as we are 10 minutes away.. I use to love your food and ordered frequently, I honestly don't think I will be back after today, what has happened to Sizzlers Glenrothes??? I am really disappointed .....

So I ordered food for delivery at 1844 as perth3 attached image. I rang 4 times to check on my order and only at 2025 my order arrived and was told that we still had to pay full cost. I then told the delivery driver to take it back as I wouldn't accept my order. The manager then offered me 10% discount which was an unsult. Customer service from staff was was a joke manager wasn't available to speak to but when told I'm cancelling he appears out of NO WHERE. I would ever use this company ever and won't be ordering from this place again. 😒 this company let us down massively when we're going through so much JOKE. 0 stars or circles for my review.

At a push 1 star! Waited 1 hr 45 min for a delivery of cold and soggy food. My shish kebab regular sized had 5 small chunks of chewy meat and over the top peppers, onions and mushroom. Poor customer service that is. Dont go in for many takeaways but decides on a dwlivery and regret it. 0 stars if i could.

First time trying sizzlers. I have to say Excellent. Not over crowded munchie box just right. Will order again .

Food here is amazing...everything...staff in shop are very bellflower snd knowledgeable...deliveries come quick despite how busy shop gets. Nothing I have had I don't like. Keep up the good work.

I have had meals in the past that have been good but the one I got on Saturday night was absolutely disgusting. I would of had a better time chewing on the box it came in.

Overpriced. Very poor value quite small trays with chicken and a sauce. The chicken was tough. How much does it cost for some vegetables and a sauce £7.50. Can get this in the Chinese for half the price. Butterchicken with rice £10.50 Wow. Chicken dopiaza £8.50 don't know who priced these meals but they were robbery. Charged £1.70 for delivery on a £30 order no charge at the chinese on a £10 order. No more sizzlers back to the chinese.

Amazing food and very friendly helpful staff!

I'm not one for complaining, but I placed an order for a delivery as usual. And I have to say that it was horrible , change of chefs pretty obvious. Been ordering from Sizzlers for years, not now though 😒 though.

Hit or miss, when it's good it's really good, when it's bad your cash literally ends up in the bin.

Ordered tea for us at 6.25… Delivery came at 7.50 no pizza… delivery driver said to phone shop and it would get made and sent right up. Phoned shop at 7.50 she said it would be delivered. Phoned back at 8.30 and she said it was ready they were just really busy and would be with next available driver. Pizza finally arrived at 8.45pm… by then didnt even want tea as so late. Just want to point out both delivery drivers were nice but service was a shambles. Can’t even send review on their own app.

Food is always good and on time.

Have used the Sizzlers glenrothes app since it was available, never had an issue with ordering and the food has always been good. Recently it has changed to website order or on foodhub. Menu is harder to navigate, (freezes or blank most of the time) unsure if order has been processed. Food is still good. Ordering is the problem

Despite the negative reviews I ordered via just eat app as the wait times seemed much shorter than everyone else. Food arrived late and cold. In fairness my kebab was OK (albeit cold). The kids ordered chips and curry sauce which was disgusting.

Had a lamb shashlik kebab tonight, absolutely fantastic! The lamb was fresh and very tender and the veg was cooked to perfection. Would definitely recommend, well deserved 5 stars!

Lamb tikka was completely inedible.Neither my knife nor my teeth could make any inroad into the meal - ended up in the waste bin.A complete waste of money!

Been loyal customers since this establishment opened and always had a good meal. Yes we have waited well over an hour for delivery sometimes but as the food is usually good we just order early if it's the weekend and try to be patient. We went on line tonight to place an order and were astonished to see the price hikes to the menu! Yes these are difficult times and yes prices do rise but £3 increase for a pizza and over £4 for our usual kebab?? That is a complete rip off in my opinion and taking advantage of your customers. Remember you only have a business if you have customers and with a rip off like that you've just lost one loyal customer. The day we get a 33%+ pay rise overnight we may consider coming back to you, until then we're off to find a takeaway who values the customer and no doubt make food which is just as good if not even better.

Ordered 2 meals at 6.40 arrived 7.45 items missing from order phoned shop 7.50 said they would get them straight out to us still waiting at 8.55

The food is good. However this is the second time they have got the additional accompaniments incorrect.

Have never had chewy chips before and that'll be the last. They were asked for a crispy base, not too much cheese and black pepper on it when cooked. I got way too much cheese resulting in uncooked mushrooms, a pasty (and doughy) base and no pepper. Disgusting. Last time we visited the area and are from here was February and it was fab. This has put me right off.

Great service every time. Tend to order online and delivery is always early or spot on 👍 would 100% recommend.

Another great Sizzlers. We have tried many things on their menu. Good quality of fresh food , great service and very clean restaurant. Not expensive especially for the quality.

Ordered chicken Achari on their website and received a big sour disappointment in the name of a curry. They just added lemon pickle to the chicken and made the curry which was so sour to be edible. Spoke to the manager and made a complain....

I ordered online and according to their app, my meal was due in X amount of minutes, the meal arrived after a couple of phone calls 20 minutes after the countdown was finished.. Luke warm and pretty tasteless.. Not much point in having a countdown...

Terrible service got delivery tonight off of just eat app Delivery boy came in was not in so he phoned me I was ten minutes away so told him to leave it on the doorstep But when the neighbour spoke to him he said I'm just going to eat it and took it all with him I'M NOT PAYING FOR HIS DINNER WANT A REFUND 😠😠😠

Lot of choice on menu. Pizzas are good and if you’re not too hungry there’s a half and half curry which is half curry of choice and half rice which is a good size for one person. Great value.

Curry was like water, and didn’t taste good at all! Got the order wrong with 3 of the curries. I would not recommend or return.

Food was tasty enough but the order was completely wrong. No rice with the curry, curry was not the type we ordered. Half the order missing and a couple of completely random items delivered instead. Would have complained but had waited an hour already. Won’t...

I wrote a review in December 2016 leaving a poor rating and boycotted sizzlers for a long time. However we did return and I must say what a difference! The girls who help are helpful and friendly and they have always got the order right....

This place is a shambles! I was waiting to be served for 15min. I did not receive the food i ordered and paid for (didn't notice till I got home) the price was ridiculous considering the rubbish food and service. I would not recommend this place at all. If i could give negative stars I would.

Absolutely amazing food yet again...quick delivery...ordered set meal 1A...starters with a chicken tikka bhoona with rice...absolutely amazing..authentic Indian curry with authentic spices and herbs...food arrived within 30 minutes and it was hot, fresh and inviting....please please please visit this place haven't ever had a bad...
