Sizzle in in Barrow-in-Furness

Tasteless disgusting food. Phoned to complain. Hung up. Not interested. Previously my favourite but the standard has slipped. Will never order from them again.

Food took forever to be made, stood waiting for ages. Could hear staff discussing how to make one of my items, you would think they would know how to make items on their own menu, they still managed to get it wrong but didn't want to go back and spend another half an hour stood waiting. Once I got back to eat the food it was the most disgusting takeaway I have ever attempted to eat.

Rubbish. 10.90 for a portion worth about a fiver. Over priced crap. Quality tasted ok but portion size wasnt even a childs portion. For the price.

They were so nice if If I could I would rate it a 8 star there were tons of flavour on the burger and pizza it is better than a Italian pizza in Italy.

First off the customer service is terrible. The order was chicken burger with lettuce no mayonnaise. We received chicken burger no lettuce, lots of mayo. When I called to complain I explained my problem the guy passed me over and said I can’t deal with her. The female was just rude. All but accused me of lying as she remembered doing the burger. They wouldn’t refund me said I had to go through the website, they kept putting me on hold then hung up. So I called back, I was then again accused of lying that I had received the wrong burger and she was right. Eventually they sent another. Which was correct. I’d never use this place again. Terrible avoid at all cost.

Wrong order yet again!!!very very poor customer service, said would "find out where my burger was" id received wrong burger already so knew where it was?! no refund or apology for all wrong items sent...and no i didnt wat them i offered tonsend them back!! shoudnt have to correct ever order sent out to me! Excuse tonight was closing soon so cant send curly fries (hour and half) before closing! Spent alot of money here, gave them a few chances but always send wrong order for some reason?! Never again. No wonder only have that mant stars! Out of pocket and no food to show for it. Reluctant to even give one star!!

Paid over £20 for a takeaway and they wouldn’t honour a free garlic bread - not a problem but you can have a free garlic bread with any order over £10 at other local takeaways. Just doesn’t make sense. Phoned them and was told to place my order in 2 parts????? Will not be ordering again. I suggest you phone and ask if there are any hidden conditions before you order. Or go around the corner and order from Marmaris 👍🏻

Really can't complain about anything to be honest they must have a new grill chef from last time i ordered. monster kebab for 4 to share plenty of meat well cooked juicy full of flavour definitely recommended it. also the burgers have improved last time i had one it was burnt. i couldn't fault it this time cooked to perfection moist & brilliant flavours( you can tell they are home made burgers) plenty of salad and a good range of sauces. staff on the phone were polite and cheerful. great work sizzle inn :)

Food came 30 minutes late and the Fanta ordered with the children’s meal was a fruit shoot, which my child doesn’t like. Service/delivery poor.

Spent £30 on pizzas chips and a burger meal because of the burger meal no free garlic bread absolutely disgusting the website says free garlic bread with orders over £10 the pizzas cost £20 without the burger meal deal never will I shop there again disgusting sizzle inn cheap skates how can a free garlic bread when spending that amount not be sent warning check the small print.

The amount of money you pay for a wrap is ridiculous considering you don't even get an option of salad or sauce with it.

Used to use sizzle in in dalton in furness and it clised so we got Delivered quarter pound cheese burgers and a donner, they was stone cold, the burgers have shrunk and was so dry and tasteless. We will never go ther again, shame as it was always the dependable one.

Food was delivered stone cold. They sent Curley fries instead of chunky chips. I ordered a salad with garlic mayo and it came with no mayo. When I phoned up the young boy who was rude and unprofessional said the salad does not come with sauce. Even though when I clicked on the salad to add it to my basket a pop up appeared asking you to choose a sauce mmmmmmm.....that surely means you have an option to choose a sauce. My receipt clearly says I paid for salad and garlic mayo. The sweet and potato fries were like nothing I have ever seen and they tasted worse than what they looked. I will never order from here again. Customer service unprofessional and totally shocking!!

Ordered a hot dog with caramelised onion, mustard & ketchup. With chips and Fanta. Amongst other things. It came with a sausage just chucked in a bun with no toppings. Also no sign of the chips and can of Fanta. Appalling service!

Food arrived late, was cold, and not even an apology off the delivery driver. Looks like it would have been nice if I got it fresh out the oven. But I didn't. Terrible service.

Over 1.5 hours for delivery, food came it was luke warm if that. Delivery driver was miserable. Won't be using again.

the wrap was tiny, and did not have both the meats ordered in it. ordered diet coke not pepsi. pizza was flavourless and almost cold, despite the food arriving early! only good thing about this was it arrived early.

Had to pay extra delivery which wasn't stated on just eat, kids meal came without toy and burger was the thinnest I've ever seen, a kebab counted as a meal deal apparently so no free food when spending £20 and pizza came with garlic all over it which it dose not say on the menu. Food was warm but not hot. When called customer service was poor Very disappointed worst service off a take away on just eat.

We have just had a baby and come out of hospital so wanted a quick convenient tasty tea, we ordered at 7:30 and it was due to be delivered at 8:20 I then received an email saying that the restraint had put 20 minutes on the order. By 9pm it still hadn't arrived so my partner phoned them to see where the order was, the lady on the phone was very rude and told him that the driver came to our house and we told him we hadn't ordered anything. My partner explained we haven't left the house and nobody had been here asking if it was our adress he tried to which she replied yes and you said you didn't want it. You hadn't ordered anything. Again my partner reassured her we wouldn't pay for an order to tell the driver we don't want it she sed she would send it bk out. It arrived 20 minutes later cold soggy an completely inedable. Will not be ordering from them again.

The food was ok, we ordered garlic sauce which we didn't get and I also thought my hot dog would have came with sauce and onions on because of the description. but overall it was alright

There was hardly any chips like maybe 10 there wasn't 12 nuggets there wasn't a can of pop the driver had to get me one out of the car and it's not one I drink wasn't satisfied at all

The food was on time , but absolutely awful. I will never go to Sizzle In again. The chicken on the pizza was inedible, the chips were soggy and don't mention the garlic bread. Complete waste of money! !!

Been ordering from here a bit too much lately, but it's just so good, highly recommended, delivery always in a timely fashion, food always hot, can't get enough

The calzone was lovely but the chips were cold and soggy. The main issue is tgat the meal was delivered an hour and a half earlier than I had ordered it for. Luckily I was in but I wasn't particularly hungry and it wasn't even memtioned by the driver. I'd definitely reccomend for the pizza but order when you're hungry, don't book a timeslot!

The meat was really dry, I wasn't sure what exactly the thing was that turned out to be chicken and chips and the hot mozzarella melts were just mozzarella fingers and didn't have a hint of spice

I got "The pizza", wow it was worthy of that title. You can easy feed 4 with this badboy. If you are a pizza lover this is a must!

I always order from here but tonight's food wasn't good there was soggy chicken skin in my kebab the chicken itself whent in the bin the pizza hardly had anything on it !as I said usually good but....

I feel cheated that I have to give one star.. After placing order with clear instructions to ensure that my partner did not end up in hospital through allergies the order turned up barely above room temperature and with the allergy ingredients... When speaking to the restaurant to fix order with absolutely every bit of manners and respect even though they could of killed my partner if I didn't check before she got it they had the absolute cheek to refuse to replace or refund because they said that I was lying basically BUT didn't even come and check the order before insulting my Integrity and basically in my opinion STEALING my last 15 pounds by leaving us with an order that would kill if consumed... I am disgusted with the morals of the store and I have been a loyal customer with no other complaints for over 10 years.

"The Pizza" is amazing!. Havnt had a sizzle Inn for a long time but glad I tried again. Fast service and a man v food style pizza.

Pizza had a black crust, the baked mushrooms with cheese was a pathetic portion compared to usual and everything was really greasy

Delivery time, spot on Didn't come with free garlic bread as stated, was very heart breaking. Last time I'll ever be having a chicken burger from there again, would have it for free, I'd imagine an out of date spam butty covered in Brussels sprouts would be more appealing. And the onion rings... well I haven't got enough time to describe how much a wont be buying them ever again

I pre ordered at 4 ready for opening time of 5 pm. Website stated delivery time of 5.45. Food arrived at 6.30! Pizza was overcooked and luke warm! I duno whats wrong with this place!

Food was awful. Chicken fillet couldn't be eaten as was too hard from over cooking. Incredibly crispy and dry chicken. Also there wasn't even a full piece of cheese on it, maybe cost cutting? but it's not good, and onion rings were soggy. Overall a terrible experience and doubt I will order again.l, which is a shame as it can be really nice food.

Delivered almost 2hrs after ordering due to 'just eat not Inc my phone number on order' which meant I had to call and find out where it was. The 2 ice creams I ordered were almost defrosted. Not happy

Food first turned up over an hour early, delivery driver was very polite and took the order back. As the driver only had 2 pizzas I rang the shop to confirm that they were honouring the offer advertised on your site, which was additional same pizza for £4. After speaking to 3 different people telling me that the offer wasn't on if I ordered on the site, even though it is clearly advertised. Eventually they said they would do the offer and I paid the extra at the door. It was really quite obvious that the 2 original pizzas had been put back in the oven to warm up and were redelivered to us with the 2 fresh ones. over all very disappointed and probably won't be ordering from them again.
