We had 3 main dishes and a dessert at the end. Lasak which is curry soup with 'short chewy see through noodles instead of rice noodles as based', the curry soup has too much coconut milk and too sweet to taste, then the char kuay teow, this was even worst, it was sweet to taste and the portion was small and no wok fragrance whatsoever. we also had an started - otak-otak we were expecting a steam fish cake but we were served with cubes of deep fried fish cake - not impressed. Lastly, we had ubi kaya as sweet- it was two small pieces of light gray ubi cake with fresh grated coconut, the grated coconut was the only thing we feel happy with. For almost £70 we paid for the meal, we were two unhappy customers and will not recommender to anyone.

Had high expectations given that the shop was opened by a team behind Rasa Sayang so I was expecting at least that standard of food plus a bit more. Overall, it's about a 2/10 for me. 1 point for being a Singaporean restaurant, 2nd point for Aesop hand wash in toilets. Standard was far below the average hawker/ food court food in Singapore. No photos taken of food because it would be a waste of battery/ effort/ phone storage. Need to work on the umami and adding depth of flavour to the food. Plus the decor is let down by a huge ass oven right at the front of the restaurant. Not even a bakery/ pizzeria will put an oven at the window. Had the brunch menu on Sunday morning. But perhaps dinner is better? Hopefully the food gets Fishball noodles - bland, no depth of flavour. Noodles felt like it was made in restaurant but worse than store bought noodles... What's the point? Only taste was abit of lard. Laksa - again it was not bland. The soup base is t as good as Prima Taste instant Laksa. Lacks dried shrimp and cooking time on the stock. Carrot cake - white one was underwhelming. The preserved radishes was not fried for long enough and there was 0 char to it. Please get a proper cast iron pan and put some wok hei on. Chee Cheong fun - was lathered in sweet sauce. Not sure why so much sauce was needed. At that price point I would have expected some side condiments, crushed nuts, cilantro, fried shallots, some mushrooms? Milo dinosaur and Bandung was ok.

Decided to come by while visiting friends in London and was very impressed by how tasty the food was! I was delighted by the BBQ stingray and the chendol, and the main I ordered was equally exceptional.

I strongly advise to avoid this place...the staff are incompetent. No card payment facility. The ATM didn’t dispense correct cash. The drinks are awful and the food is terrible at best ! Carlton Loung

We came here for a birthday and it was a bit of a mixed experience. Service was very average and it took a long time for them to even take our order - which was for hotpot. It then took ages for the s

I think this place might have closed now. I tried 4/5 to order over the phone then I went down in person but the place was closed. Feel sad that they've closed. Used to enjoy their food

Great pit-stop while shopping in Harrods, authentic Chinese street food and good to share amongst friends/family. Dishes are really good size, so good value for money.
