Sing Fung in Sandwell

Do not use. I was told to f*** off several times by the 'manager' after I called from a worls number that was withheld. I got two emails telling me to call them when I did I got abuse for not giving them the order details quick enough. Then he wanted to know why I wanted my money back!!! I said because for all I know you've spat in it or worse. VILE MAN. I have the recordings from the shop when I went in so if they try and dispute this happened I'll post it online!

Been using this restaurant for 10+ years but won’t be using them again they got the order wrong and wanted me to pay again for their mistake I have allergies and the woman in the phone said not their problem she was rude and kept talking over me absolutely disgusting customer service and they have lost a loyal customer sing fung your a disgrace

Used this takeaway loads of times during lockdown always been top notch but tonight our meals where awful my mushroom curry was watery and the onions were so hard I couldn’t eat them will go back to LINS WOK

This was our first time ordering from Sing Fung, we were apprehensive as it was delivered extremely fast. The food was amazing. Great taste, brilliant price, awesome service. Will definitely be ordering again

Me and gf decided to have a Chinese takeaway.As we had no cash on us we used just eat and saw this place. I had beef and black bean sauce with fried rice and even though it was hot it was utterly tasteless ! The blandest takeaway I’ve ever had. I’ve never thrown away a Chinese takeaway in my life till now but there was only one place this was going ! Shame as it was delivered promptly and food was piping hot , but that’s where the good points ended. Maybe this was a one off but unfortunately I won’t be ordering from here again
