Lovely warm welcome from Hannah and Lisa ( hope that is right ! ) Delicious home made sausage roll, cheese scone and chocolate brownie to go with our coffee and tea. Very reasonably priced.

They decided to close early the day we travelled in to try their shakes. No pre-warning on website or social-media. They were "sorry" and "rarely" do this but that doesn't really cut-it with three very upset children.

Popped in for a coffee and an ice cream. Young lass behind the counter was very friendly and made a lovely coffee and Mr Whippy for us. Definitely a cheerful place to go for a refuel

This is the second year we have been to Framlingham on holiday and so our second trip here. My mum has dementia and the lady that serves us couldn’t have been more helpful and kind. We had lovely drinks ( a coke float and a bubble tea cherry milkshake. Both were delicious and we enjoyed them in the lovely outdoor area. We’ll be visiting again.

I regularly visit simpson’s with my children. Hannah and her staff are so friendly and welcoming. The coffee is alway served perfectly and I get to drink it in peace whilst my kids tuck into their favourite Mr whippy ice-cream. It really is the social hub of Framlingham, offering seating inside and out. There is always a fabulous selection of delicious cakes on offer. Not to be missed when visiting Framlingham 😊

Popped into town to shop at the Tuesday market and stopped at Simpson’s for a coffee (they do coffees, ice-coffees and other drinks as well as milkshakes). It was lovely to sit in the courtyard at the front watching the world go by !

Me and my boys visit regularly and love their delicious shakes, great selection of sweets and tasty cakes. The new outdoor seating is fabulous to enjoy your sweet treats. In the heart of framlingham Town, close to the square it’s the perfect spot to stop and refuel. I’ve not yet tried the bubble teas but these look really fun and tasty too. Thanks to Hannah and her team for giving Simpson’s a well loved re vamp. Your shop looks lovely bright and cheerful xxx

Visited with teen daughter for the first time following a change of ownership. One might naturally expect changes but we found what were previously always thick, well flavoured milkshakes to now be watery/thin and very weak in flavour. Less sweets to choose from too. I appreciate it’s had an update which is good in parts, but ultimately it’s the shakes/sweets you go for and though I’m sorry to write this, it was unfortunately disappointing.

Delighted to see the sweet shop back open and with great coffee. Kids enjoyed milkshakes and pick-a-mix which fuelled them round the castle and mere footpath walk.

There was a great selection of ice cream and milkshakes available that were great for a hot day. The owner was lovely and my son loved watching the milkshakes being made. Well worth a visit.

All the local Framlingham children enjoy their visits here and my children have been no exception - it is a great shop for sweets and milkshakes so try to seek it out as it is slightly at the end of the market town but well worth walking down the hill past the co op and checking it out

Came across this fab little shop on a wonder around Framlingham for ice creams. Was not disappointed! Huge party of us with dogs and could sit outside with plenty of room. Milkshakes were freshly made, huge choice available with ‘healthier & vegan’ options.. spot on 👌🏻

Lovely friendly shop full of sweets from childhood that I didn't know were still made. We didn't have a shake but judging by the queue they are very popular. I bought some local chocolates made with Suffolk honey for a friend and they were highly rated.

Brilliant milkshakes with plenty to choose from not to mention the refreshing smoothies and ice creams. Reasonable prices and located in a lovely area. Nice place to visit and have a shake with family and friend.

Absolutely incredible little sweet shop and milkshake bar! Tried this on the last day of staying in Framlingham! Bought some sugar paper money and chocolate Lego and ordered a milkshake! Honeycomb and Malteser= absolute heaven!! Honestly amazing milkshakes, can’t make sense of the first review of the place because these milkshakes taste outstanding! Will return when back in the area :)

Lovely mango and banana milkshake, not at all synthetic. The dog was welcome too. Other flavors were white choc and Oreos and passion fruit and mango - yum

One of the good ol' places with a variety of sweets, and a number of milkshake flavours. I tried the honeycomb milkshake, which was a bit of a disappointment, not sure if it was too little ice cream or just not whipped long enough. I would come back to give it another try though.

Sorry to say it was the worst breakfast I've had in the cafe. But if I pay £15.10 for coffee and full English I expect the highest standards. Bacan was so bad I couldn't even eat it. The picture says it all. Who would serve a customer food that looks like that. Lovely staff but all they did was apologised for the drop in standards.

We always come for a walk to the dip when visiting family , a great spot to sit and have coffee and cake and look out to sea , today I had one of the homemade cheese scones it was one of the best I have ever eaten , whatever the weather always a great establishment for a warm welcome and delicious fair, great ice creams in the summer and hot chocolate in the winter .
