Haven't been there for a while, but it's in a better place, easier to find. Friendly staff and great quality shakes, and many different flavours.

The shakes are so good . The man behind the counter was super friendly and recommended the Reeses shake for me as I couldn't decide as there was loads of choice . I'm so glad he did as it was heavenly . My daughter had the oreo one and loved it. We actually went back later in the day for more .

I would highly recommend Simply Shakes. They have a huge variety of choice for what you would like to have in your shake whether it be various chocolate bars, fruit or whey protein powder. The prices are very reasonable and the service is second to none. The owner is highly sophisticated in making the milkshakes and you can see them making it for you. They also have vegan options available which is highly beneficial for those who are lactose intolerant or prefer to avoid dairy in general. If you haven't yet been here I would highly recommend it. We bought a fudge brownie and an oreo milkshake. Both delicious, owner was extremely friendly and cheaper than other milkshake places nearby. Highly recommend.

My favourite milkshake bar by far now doing protein shakes that contains 20grams of protein ideal if you just had a workout

Honestly loved the shake, I've only tried the Reeces peanut butter but I'm sure the rest will be the same. The owners are so nice and friendly. Always noticed it but never tried it before but so glad that I did. Prices are okay too. Deffo recommend this place.

If you like a good milkshake, definitely recommend this place. It's a bit hidden away downstairs in Queens arcade, but worth tracking down for a sweet treat. As good as the more expensive shakes you'd get in Five guys but way more choice for your favorite chocolate.

I go to this place every time im in town because the variety is like no other, the milkshakes they do are just simply beautiful no other way to describe it but they are quite high priced, if you've got a little bit of money left over after your shopping trip then this is 100% worth it

Got my boy his favourite milkshake from simply shakes on a trip to Cardiff and had his loyalty card stamped one more to go for a free one. any milkshake you want made to order from Areo to Oreo, staff are great too. A little hidden gem. Give it a try.

This is one of my regular places I like to visit, they are the best milkshakes and they also have a massive selection of flavors from sweets and cakes that get blended up and put into a milkshake and it is fantastic.

Myself and my family just visited the best milkshake shop in Cardiff. We had a Ferrero Rocca milkshake and a Nutella Belgium waffle with ice-cream. I have never tasted any like it in my life, it was fantastic. The service was outstanding.
