Order from Uber Eats, food arrived quickly but the Biryani was bland and the meat was very fatty and very very greasy. The naan was more or a Chapatti and it gave me belly aches about half and hour after eating. I won't order again I'm afraid.

I have been an industrial cleaner for 15 years and was booked in to do a kitchen deep clean. This place was absolutely filthy and I advised them to buy a new gas burner as the one they were using had not been looked after and was in some places thick with grease and fat it needed throwing away. And I was shocked to find 30 ltrs of blood and water in a deep freezer, this is where they store the food that they claim to be fresh and serve you the customer, and when I'd finished to job they refused to pay me the full amount and under paid me by £275 I would not recommend or use this place at all they got abusive towards me so I just left, anybody that wants to see the before and after pictures of this dirty filthy place I spent 2 solid days cleaning please inbox me I would only be too glad to show and expose how bad this place was, I'd spend your money else where

The food was bland. The curry was tasteless. The chicken was dry and the biryani was sweet. It wasn’t well cooked and not fresh. 0/5 not ordering food again from this restaurant!

Jalfrezi very hot, peshwari very bland, chickpea curry not salted enough. Too much ghee. Surprised to see 50p service charge added. Alright, but won’t use again.

Food is usually good but not this time, curry was extremely oily we couldn’t even eat it which makes you question the rest of the food naturally , so did not enjoy at all .. waste of money this time round

Mixed bag..The lamb biryani and lamb tikka masala contained mutton not lamb it was very dry..Saag paneer was ok naan breads were good. One portion of rice missing .

I cannot believe how absolutely banging my last two meals have been from these guys. I had the mild butter chicken with pilau rice with the most delectable spicy popadoms (so crispy, fresh and aromati) I literally felt so much better after eating. And i rarely feel fantastic after a takeaway. Great job

I ordered a curry balti... and it was LOVELY... a really nice gentle heat to it... although myself and husband did think that both the veg and meat samosas were over spicy tonight.. not normally like that!

I chose this restaurant as it had highest stars but it was not that great . My dads lamb was so tough he could not eat it in the end and shared my dish . The dish says medium but he said it was far too hot. My chicken tikka was really buttery and strong coconut taste., not that lovely smoky hickory taste . It was nice chunks white breast chicken . The nam was fresh and lovely , onion bhjajees were not oily , just nicely crisped. The rice was lovely . Just shame about mains .

More meat less cucumber/corgetre in chicken chat would be better. Food arrived 15 mins earlier than estimated.

My panner had way too much Sause an there was no taste to it also the pilu rice was very hard so I couldn’t eat that it felt like the pilu rice was there from before it weren’t fresh.

Ordered from Simply Indian on three or four occasions. Really good food. Highly recommended.

The briyani was bland not taste all for 8.50 and onion bhaji was rock hard , also the tandoori mix grill said it will have a prawn tandoori and guess what no prawn

DIFFERENT RECIPE ??? DIFFERENT CUSTOMER SERVICE?? Different.....???? Well..... we've ordered from here SOOOOO many times..... ! I received an e-mail, yesterday, stating to order, and i would receive 20% off...! When i got to check-out (from following the link from the e-mail) no discount was applied! They told me to collect for 20% off or order else where!!! I placed the order anyway, through just eat... The food was surprisingly... better!! Although, no... free onion barji,'s, as usual, no free popadoms, or dips....!!! Different containers etc. But the food was nicer.. so a 6 out of 10 stars... but your customer service needs some updating up too!!

The description of the mixed grill on the online menu is inaccurate; it says that it includes king prawns and there were no prawns included.

food was cold when it got here. Normally order from here all the time and it is normally lovely but was disappointed this time was given sag aloo as a side instead of a main. Will still be getting takeaways from here because is normally alright but when busy they tend to not be as good.

Nice food. Great sag aloo, and mushroom rice. CTM wasn't as good as I have had elsewhere but still really nice. Definitely recommend. Good value and speedy delivery

This curry was delicious, could taste all the delicate flavours, only downside was it was no way warm enough when it arrived and we are just around the corner, shame, come on guys, invest in a heat monitor and give your good food justice...

It takes alot for me to easily put 5☆, or leave a totally positive review....as i love Indian food... but im also very fussy... ! I ordered from here based on the other reviews.... and i was not disappointed at all. We gave up on indian takeaways, as we didnt find one that came up to scratch... but youve just got yourself a devoted customer. Thank you for such a beautiful meal... and we will be ordering again soon.

rubbish food. ordered dry dishes and they were all curry style. Ordered panner chilli fry and it was just raw paneer and not even fried with a few tomatoes and onions. also lamb bhuna was meant to be dry and it was not. lamb was hard and chewy. when phoned to complain then the staff was rude and sweraring. DO NOT USE THIS RESTAURANT!!!!!

i love this restaurant, the food is fresh & tasty. i dont trust a lot of places with prawn dishes until i can tell if they make good food which only took me 1 order... Ihave to say all the prawn dishes I tried were delicious & cooked to perfection. i moved close by just a few months ago and have already ordered at least 3 or 4 times, about to go for my fifth hehe. very nice staff here too. not a single major criticism (possibly a touch under-seasoned but that is totally understandable in this age of health consciousness), compliments all round... I even find the menu accurately descriptive & easy to read). top spot.

Ordering was really easy. The food arrived about 10 minutes early which I did not mind. The delivery driver was nice and polite. The food was delicious, really full of flavour. Would deffinetly order from them again and use the just eat app.

The chicken tikka masala was more of a korma, way too creamy and bland and the mushroom bhaji was so greasy as was the naan bread, service was good, but I don’t think I’ll order from there again!!!

I placed the order at 7pm and it wasn't confirmed by the restaurant for 23 minutes. I ordered, from the tandoori menu, 2 chicken tikka mains. I expected 2 portions of grilled chicken because that is what the description said. What was delivered was 2 containers of chicken tikka masala curry. As I'd asked and paid for grilled chicken, I was planning on making chicken wraps with my chapatis and the salad which comes with the tandoori mains. Instead, i had to cook rice to have with the curry. Defeats the whole point of ordering a takeaway. I did eat it because I was starving but I'm very disappointed to have received the wrong food. Tasty and hot food, but the wrong food still. We were however delivered a large bottle of coke when we ordered a can. If this was meant to be compensation, I was not told this by the delivery driver and the restaurant didn't inform me.

The food arrived early and hot. It was delicious to eat and I was impressed with the quick delivery from Simply Indian that took just 30 minutes to arrive.

The restaurant is only a 3 minute drive away so waiting an hour for delivery wasn't great. The food arrived warm, not hot. Dhansak was very yummy. Lamb tikka was a bit tough and cold but I ate it because it was delicious. I will still be ordering again though as it tasted awesome and this is the first time I've ever had any issues with Simply Indian in the 2 years I've been ordering from them.

Poppadums were nice and fresh but only sent one sauce we ordered 4...I ordered cheese naan and found one tiny piece of cheese on it!..saag paneer was tasteless..I had pathia which was ok my partner had butter chicken which came in a nice thick sauce but was tasteless..would not order again

Sadly not the most tasty curries I've ever had. King prawn patia watery, aloo Gobi tasteless (cauliflower extremely watery and potato tasteless). Nan bread was wonderful.

Food was lovely. Delivery was a little late as the driver couldn't find my house but did call and get directions so service made up for it. Have been trialling curry houses in the area for some time and this is the best by far. Will definitely order from them again.

Simply Indian is our absolute favourite local Indian takeaway. In our opinion the food is consistently tasty, fresh and simply the best. Excellent.
