Simple Health Kitchen in City of London, Westminster

Not worth the time or money. Went here after a workout and was just chaos… nobody could give me a time on the food that would be ready. I came here a few times last month and was great but now I’m not sure what’s been going on lately. The staff just seem lost and confused. Anyways, sure to say I won’t be coming back would rather a simple meal deal from Tesco after my workout…

I am a delivery boy and we all are working at the baker street After spoken with Ezerem, he manage to help me and Simple its great place .

One of the best protein and all food option on Baker Street. They serve all home.made food and has variety of products. Must try and you will never regret.

Great coffee and Ezeram is a top guy

The food is good however it's very frustrating to see the portions get smaller and smaller while prices increasing. It's also very frustrating almost never having any vegetarian patties ready to be told they will be ready in 2 mins and then having to wait 5-8mins.

This place is Awesome! We went there last Sunday, hours before taking a flight and it has everything that you need for a healthy breakfast (and as much as we are aware of for dinner as well). The staff was great, the space is quite large and you don't feel that you are stuck in a tiny space, the atmosphere is very comfortable. The best thing is... The coffee is very cheap compared to other places. Americano is not even 2 pounds! When pretty much everywhere else it's around 3,30 (plus it's Tasty!).

Good food but why don’t you provide cutlery for deliveries or even tissues? Seems pretty basic Response to reply -> I order from dozens of restaurants, you are the only ones that do this, hence it can be super inconvenient when you get your food and you simply can’t eat it properly because you don’t have cutlery

Good food but no wifi and rude staff

My friend and I go to simple health kitchen everyday after gym. It is our favourite place to have coffee and sometimes an omelette for a protein hit. Ezerem and Maryam always make us feel welcome and cared for. They always go above and beyond with their smiles and exceptional customer service. Thank you guy🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 We love spending time here.☺️☺️☺️

The best healthy restaurant in the UK! I understand why it won a deliveroo award. My favourite place to eat in London. The food is delicious, healthy and reasonably priced. The staff are also friendly and efficient.

The muscle-up shake(with oat milk) & super berry smoothie are 11/10. Lovely staff with a wide variety of proteins and sides. A tad bit pricey but overall worth it!

What a vibrant and tasty selection of salads. Topped off with a hot and tasty protein of your choice. Service was warm and welcoming with staff offering great suggestions. Quite reasonably priced might I add, especially for where it’s located in London. A strong thumbs up from me.

⁩As someone who is gluten free, I can’t rate this place highly enough. Not one, but ALL their treats and sweet are GLUTEN FREE. The banana bread is to die for!!

Great healthy options. High protein meals made fresh. Not many places have high protein breakfast options commercially, simple kitchen offers you healthy alternatives. Also the banana bread is amazing!

Lovely warm atmosphere but! The food is overpriced!!! I loved the service, they were quick and friendly. They had healthy choices too but it all wasn’t worth how much I spent sadly 😞 and to add more little parts to my order wouldn’t added a whole other bill! I don’t know if I’d go again, if I do, it’d probably be for the vibes 😅 anddd.. ⬇️ OH MY! BUT ONE THING ID RECOMMEND 1000 times again and again is the Banana Cake! 😩 that was the best cake I’ve ever eaten! My friend ordered it and gave me a piece, it was too good!

I was hoping for a pleasant experience at the Baker Street Natural Kitchen, but left feeling very disappointed. The staff were completely unwelcoming and seemed disinterested in providing any kind of positive customer experience. It's a shame because the food itself was actually okay. However, the poor service really impacted my enjoyment and put me off my meal.

It was terrible to choke on a piece of metal that was inside the food.

First time eating at Simple health kitchen and I had a fantastic experience. Simple concept, reasonable prices and excellent food. I was served by Penny, she had good knowledge about the menu, very helpful in explaining the concept and provided fitting recommendations for my preferences. I was surprised by the beetroot brownie, was apprehensive at first by the idea of it but after trying I loved it, another good recommendation. Would definitely come again!!

Website with no useful info. Directed to only deliveroo or uber eats who don't have allergen information so impossible for someone with an allergen to eat here. Stupid

I ordered coffee, that was never charged with the original order. The coffee also never arrived, when there was an offer to bring it to my table. I then took my coffee as take-out, which spilt all over me whilst I was walking and left stains on my clothes. The coffee was leaking from under the rim of the lid and not the mouthpiece. The lid does not fit the cups and the coffee is of terrible taste. There was also no WIFI which my supervisor was irritated at when attempting to do a Zoom call there.

Amazing quick healthy food. A lot of sugar free, dairy free and macro friendly options. Penny was amazing and super welcoming, she truly made the experience special, all of the staff are very helpful and kind. I highly recommend the chicken escalope as well as the mixed veggies. They also have super healthy desserts, the brownie and the banana bread were both out of this world. Again, thank you so much penny!

The best thing about this place is Penny. She understands completely about customer service and actually properly listens to you. The food is good, the chai latte not spicy enough but the service was excellent which is rarer than you might think these days.

The food is delicious and reasonably priced (especially the vegetarian options) and the workers are very kind and helpful! Definitely recommend coming here!

Came here for the first time and had a lovely lunch. The staff are amazing and took me through the simple process. The food was also amazing!

Prices up £2 or 15% in 2-3months via two increases. And as inflation is coming down! EatActive, which sells similar chicken plates (maybe more tasty) is still at £11.95. I was ordering SHK 4-5x a week for lunch, but I’m now switching away

I love this place. Great decor, great vegan options , healthy food, tasty hot and cold vegan drinks and staff are super kind. Prices are reasonable too! I got the vegan patty with broccoli and lentils . Sooooo good and next time I'm going to try the vegan snickers or vegan choc hazelnut pot. Also the oat chai latte was divine. They have clearly labelled the vegan and gluten free, dairy etc options.

Ordered via deliveroo which took around 10 mins to be delivered from when the order was ready. Arrived stone cold, a real shame because the food was really tasty and well cooked. I had salmon, brocoli and sweet potatoes. Decent portion size and would have been 5 stars if it was hot/warm.

Delicious healthy food, highly recommend. I order very often from them and is always amazing, very tasty and healthy options. Sometimes I get a little treat from them for being a regular customer which is very nice . Love it ! ❤️

What a hideous nightmare this was. Actually, I only wish it were a nightmare we could wake from. This company is a world of lies and deceit. The estimated delivery time was nowhere near accurate. Calls are left unanswered and we are left missing out on lunch, because of their hideout negligence and incompetency which is only softened when one considers their utter lack of care.

Get what you pay for. The chicken was cooked well and I was positively surprised at the price for the amount of chicken we had. Decent piece cut of meat as well. The sides are also tasty. I love the labels on all foods, really helps if you are a conscious eater. The lady that served us was very lovely.

The second time serving me undercooked chicken. The first time I just threw the food and let it go but clearly this is an ongoing issues and it's impossible to get a hold of them to complain or get a refund.

This is the best health food cafe in London. Most the food is gluten free and dairy free,, lots of high protein dishes too. I highly recommend for the health conscious or people with food intolerances.

Popped in with a couple of colleagues having seen the positive reviews on Deliveroo. Definitely a healthy option hidden amongst the other fast food!! Food was fresh and tasty, service was good and restaurant was clean. I opted for peri peri chicken (double meat) with pesto cauliflower, kale and brocoli.

The food was fresh and healthy and the service from the team makes me want to go back. The reason why I started going to Simple was due to having all the protein, carbs & calories on display.
