hey there! I have been waiting outside in the cold since 3am for my bag - I've been cold and also alll my things have been in the bag - I am truly pleading for my things to be returned to me xx thanks !!

The drinks were lovely however the music and vibe was atrocious.On top of this the staff were not helpful at all! After closing, I left my things on the bar and even though I could see my things - the bar staff danced in front of my face and made me wait 3 hours in the cold outside the bar to give me my things back. One of the girls (unfortunately I didn’t catch her name - however she had really really curly hair and was about 5’4 in height) was incredibly rude when I tried to explain the situation to her and she had zero empathy. In all my years going out, I have never encountered RUDER staff and I have to say I will not be going again to any of the branches. This place made me feel small and watched me cry for over 2 hours (3am to 6am ish) and danced and laughed in front of my face - NO COMMON HUMAN DECENCY! I tried to explain to one of the staff that I can see my bag and I just want to collect it and she picked up a MacDonalds deliveroo in front of my face and proceeded to make me wait another 1 and a half hours!!!!!! All in all Deffo do not recommend especially as a tourist visiting london!!

My card was cloned here, bank gave me 100% proof it was from here. . I contacted the bar by phone and by email and gave them the exact date and time ( I was only in the bar for 45 mins). No one bothered getting back to me.

We Wanted To Buy A Mocktail For 10 Year Old, To Celebrate Her Birthday As She Visited London For The Day. They Would Not Serve Us Even Tho The Young Lady WAS NOT In The Building! By UK Law, Anyone Under The Age Of 16, Can Be Present In Pub/Bar As Long As They're Accompanied By An Adult. Don't Go There If You Fancy A Quick Drink, Whilst Your With Your Your Young Ones.

4stars because £13+ for a double kraken and coke is theft 🤣🤣 this was just after happy hour, but still ridiculous. Other than the drink prices, the vibe with the DJ on the Saturday night was fun, decent music and had fun dancing with friends. You do need to show ID on the door.

Music is nice, cocktails not. And there was a young man danced on the bar sometimes and dropped the glass and other things several times, my top got wet. If it's a show it's extremely amateur. If it's not, tell your staff not to drink that much.

Was my first time at this location when visiting London. Simply asked the bold bouncer with the beard whether we would be able to re-enter as wasnt sure, was then screamed at by the bouncer for standing on the way whilst asking instead of peacefully speaking. Then the manager who was there asked what happened and after explaining instead of being helpful she said "hope you get hit my a car" and a middle finger. As someone who works in nighlife industry myself found this very disrespectful and disappointing. Never will go back. 2 rude staff member. Paid entry, cloakroom and 4 drinks rounds to just leave within an hour and a bit. This has to be sorted out, its totally not okay. Ruined my day off

In all my years of clubbing in soho, i have never met such great bartenders! special shout out to Georgia and Marwa for being so accommodating and going the extra mile for my needs. I had multiple queries which they swiftly resolved! love them!

Unfortunately had a very negative experience here as the bouncer on the photo wouldn’t let my friend in the club after he overheard a conversation mentioning that he was Jewish. This is discrimination based on one’s ethnic background and the current crisis of which he has nothing to do with. After asking the bouncer a few times the reason we can’t go in we asked whether it was because my friend was a Jew for which he responded “Shalom”. I will certainly not be retuning to this place
