This is an ideal location . Lots of restaurants, shops and locals. We stayed 8 nights and loved every minute. Rooms are excellent and made up within an hour of us going to breakfast. Staff at front desk are extremely friendly and courteous, answer questions and help with taxis or car service to airport. Beautiful location and clear of tourists ( like myself 🤣) in late afternoons and evenings. Would return in a minute.

We loved the Lime Tree Hotel! It was comfortable, charming, and everyone was so nice who worked there! We had a delicious breakfast at the buttery every day. Make sure to make a reservation! Tara, Eli and everyone at the front desk went above and beyond! We highly recommend!

Rooms tiny, but the best location. Service pretty good and food is excellent. Prices at this hotel fluctuate greatly, so careful to book when it is not so expensive.

Beautiful part of London, beautifully decorated, clean hotel and rooms, very friendly staff who went out of their way to make my stay as a solo traveler easier and more comfortable - The only reason I am not giving a full 5 stars is because it is quite a challenge without a lift to get suitcases up and down the narrow stairs (especially because depending on the time of the day, you may have to do it yourself) and the lack of air conditioning makes cooling the small rooms down almost impossible.

The good: very comfortable beds and clean rooms. Excellent coffee in restaurant downstairs but seating sparse and need to reserve in advance to be able to eat at restaurant. The less good: no elevator and steep stairs.. remote location from main sites of London and no.space to lounge privately and work outside of the bedroom. When we arrived at 9pm on one of the nights we were greeted by a locked front door and asked if we were guests when we rang the bell..followed by a request to state our name and room number. Less than hospitable. Would not return.

Very disappointing experience. Location ok but a bit noisy. Hotel refused to return any of the four day booking charge I had made when family tragedy forced change of plans after a few hours in the hotel. So only stayed one night which cost us approximately $1,500 (breakfast not included!). And then they overcharged us for a further $700 (which they did eventually return). Rooms (especially bathrooms) are small. Showers only (no tubs, for those who might like to soak). Cannot recommend. Avoid.

This hotel is such a chill spot! It’s like walking into a little garden oasis – super cute and peaceful. And it's in a fab location too. Big shout out to Tara at the front desk. She's a total superstar – all smiles, super chill and helpful 🌟

This is my favourite gin bar in London. Mr Fogg’s Gin club is definitely a gin lover paradise! The menu boasts an impressive selection of gins from around the world, paired with expertly crafted tonics and garnishes. The bartenders were also knowledgeable to find out what your preference is to make you a perfect gin. The ambience at the bar was very sophisticated and cozy, making it the perfect spot for a relaxed evening. I will always come back for more.

First review I’ve written of a restaurant but had to say how bad I thought this place was. I booked for my partners birthday lunch celebration and was really looking forward to it. When we arrived the waiter told us (after 10 minutes of being there) for a 13:00 reservation that we had 1 hr 15mins to eat with three of us because they had a booking after us. at no point in the journey (booking confirmation and follow up comms from the reservations team) did the restaurant communicate that we would be restricted for table time but when I went and asked about this I was told “it’s on our website”. It’s an omakase menu, which you’d expect they’d allow appropriate time for. Just a really disappointing response given it was a celebration and I wouldn’t have booked had I known there was such a tight time restriction on the table. The food was good enough but the whole experience was super rushed and unrelaxing as they were clearly rushing us through - at £500 really underwhelming. We were rushed out with the bill at 2:15pm on the dot. I spoke to the waiter again and said how disappointing the whole experience was. No attempt from anyone in the team to make things right or even apologise. Really really wanted to love this place as it was recommended highly. It’s not worth the price and customer service is really bad. Hope they work this out as genuinely wish everyone success.
