A wonderful hotel in a fantastic location. Thanks to Dil and the team for making our stay so relaxed and memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Looking forward to returning on our next trip to London.

We had a typical English breakfast and it was fantastically good in a cozy environment. Maybe should pre-book the place.

I stayed in the Lime Tree Hotel in 2010 and again last week during New Year's. This small boutique property in the heart of lovely Belgravia has undergone a complete renovation since I last visited. It is lovely. I very much enjoyed my single room with an excellent view of Ebury Street, with its Christmas decor. The registration staff, especially Dil, were helpful and warm. Their kindness extended to carrying my two bags up the stairs at check-in and then back down when I left. The on-site cafe, The Buttery, was excellent. Couldn't ask for more!

Clean and cute boutique hotel, comfortable beds, nice staff. Cons: No lift - Lots of stairs, would avoid if you have heavy luggage. And no air conditioning (though they do provide a fan).

The Lime Tree Boutique Hotel is a true gem in the heart of Belgravia, London. Its location is unbeatable, nestled in a charming neighborhood just a short stroll from iconic landmarks like Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park, and the bustling shops of Sloane Square. The area is also brimming with delightful cafes and boutique stores, perfect for exploring on foot. The staff here go above and beyond, offering warm and attentive service. With a 24-hour front desk, every need is met promptly, making it ideal for both leisure and business travelers. One of the highlights is The Buttery, the coffee shop attached to the hotel. It’s perfect for a leisurely breakfast or an afternoon treat. The cozy ambiance inside and the beautiful garden outside makes it a must-visit. Highly recommend the Lime Tree for its charm, location, and exceptional hospitality!

No tea/coffee making facilities in room .Website said cheapest price... but £20 cheaper on booking. Com. Good location, a bit expensive for what you get. Stunning looking hotel, but room run hot, with no air conditioning.

I love boutique hotels, they are always original with an unusual style, small rooms, but cozy. The staff is polite and at my request they gave me a kettle and everything I needed, since initially there was none in the room, but the guys quickly solved the problem. I can safely recommend this nice hotel for couples and singles, the hotel is romantic, there is a coffee shop on the ground floor, the location is also ok. There are shops and cafes nearby.

This is an ideal location . Lots of restaurants, shops and locals. We stayed 8 nights and loved every minute. Rooms are excellent and made up within an hour of us going to breakfast. Staff at front desk are extremely friendly and courteous, answer questions and help with taxis or car service to airport. Beautiful location and clear of tourists ( like myself 🤣) in late afternoons and evenings. Would return in a minute.

We loved the Lime Tree Hotel! It was comfortable, charming, and everyone was so nice who worked there! We had a delicious breakfast at the buttery every day. Make sure to make a reservation! Tara, Eli and everyone at the front desk went above and beyond! We highly recommend!

Rooms tiny, but the best location. Service pretty good and food is excellent. Prices at this hotel fluctuate greatly, so careful to book when it is not so expensive.

Beautiful part of London, beautifully decorated, clean hotel and rooms, very friendly staff who went out of their way to make my stay as a solo traveler easier and more comfortable - The only reason I am not giving a full 5 stars is because it is quite a challenge without a lift to get suitcases up and down the narrow stairs (especially because depending on the time of the day, you may have to do it yourself) and the lack of air conditioning makes cooling the small rooms down almost impossible.

The good: very comfortable beds and clean rooms. Excellent coffee in restaurant downstairs but seating sparse and need to reserve in advance to be able to eat at restaurant. The less good: no elevator and steep stairs.. remote location from main sites of London and no.space to lounge privately and work outside of the bedroom. When we arrived at 9pm on one of the nights we were greeted by a locked front door and asked if we were guests when we rang the bell..followed by a request to state our name and room number. Less than hospitable. Would not return.

Very disappointing experience. Location ok but a bit noisy. Hotel refused to return any of the four day booking charge I had made when family tragedy forced change of plans after a few hours in the hotel. So only stayed one night which cost us approximately $1,500 (breakfast not included!). And then they overcharged us for a further $700 (which they did eventually return). Rooms (especially bathrooms) are small. Showers only (no tubs, for those who might like to soak). Cannot recommend. Avoid.

This hotel is such a chill spot! It’s like walking into a little garden oasis – super cute and peaceful. And it's in a fab location too. Big shout out to Tara at the front desk. She's a total superstar – all smiles, super chill and helpful 🌟

I have been to this place on the recommendation of a friend of mine. More than satisfactory experience. I found the perfect combination of Italian cuisine and English management. Everything was clean and tidy and the dishes smell of home. Highly recommended.

A little oasis tucked away from the Strand. A really great value pre theatre menu with some creative options. The beetroot starter was fantastic. The pasta dish was tasty, but heavy on chickpeas and sauce. Fantastic cocktail menu and extensive list of wines by the glass.
