The most amazing sausage rolls and brownies. The management and staff are delight to speak with :) Very nice to be receiving biscuits during my shift working next door to them :) Defo be back for more of those sausage rolls :) Regards, Indigo Hotel Rosie

Awful customer service and very expensive for what it is. I went because people are always speaking about it. But I cannot personally see the appeal. I had a coffee and took ages to order because they kept forgetting my order. Plus there is no menu which makes it very difficult to make decisions!

My wife went there to have a sandwich. When she queued up a gentlemen cut in front. Then when the item was ordered and was heated and ready for her to pay when at the counter a gentleman was serving her. A lady member of staff then stopped him and advised him to serve a gentleman who was behind the two of us who cut straight through as they all spoke the same language. The man serving me told her he was serving me but she said no and to serve this man instead in her language. She then chose to serve the gentleman behind me. I have to say as a person who is in the service industry I assumed customer service will be universal to all people and genders. I hope this is seriously noted and actioned as I was extremely shocked by the behaviour that happened just 30 minutes ago to my wife.

We had a nice coffee and tea with some cakes after an early dinner. Staff is very friendly and price ok. It has a good view on the Square.

Manager had no clue what he was doing. He was rude when spoken with. It was a family business run by the wrong family. Avoid unless you want to receive POOR service.

Nice and quick stop for lunch. It was good and its a halal spot as well. The food was value for money.

Had coke, red velvet love heart shaped cake and my friend had a latte with a heart pattern added to the top to share the love Nice welcoming place with very friendly servers who were also easy on the eye 😉👍🏻 Nice place to take a break from the busy high street and just round the corner from the theatres

Bon petit endroit en non stop pour une ptite faim ou pour un café Très bien placé Comparé à l’année dernière c’est devenu un peu crade la salle dommage car l’endroit est génial et le mobilier magnifique.

The staff was really rude and made an inappropriate joke. The toilets were dirty and had no running water. Not the standard I am used to in other Simit Sarayi Cafes!!!

We have never visited one in Turkey but thought why not. The guy serving was pleasant enough we had a couple of rolls and Turkish Tea. Rolls ok , nothing special! The tea delicious as you would expect from the black sea region . Toilets dirty and neither had toilet paper or soap. We mentioned this to the guy on the counter who said he would sort it out. One thing that was in attendance upstairs ,was a mouse!

After reading a lot of reviews mentioning the toilets I thought I would update people as there were 2 working toilets on my visit. There was like 12 staff on the day I visited and service was quick. It was very busy on the Sunday afternoon I visited but the food was good and service was fast. I visit central London and esp the square quite a bit. The area is too busy and if u expect to pick up something for cheap then maybe stay away from london or maybe stay away from the UK altogether... expect to pay min 7 pound for a coffee and cake in central. If not a Gregg's in Lewisham is your place to go...

Went in to get some food as was still open in Leicester Square albeit was late evening but still customers. Ordered one of the pizza slices. Was served cold with no possibilty of heating this through, staff didn't want to sell the slice in the display counter so offered another slice but was not properly cooked, was served cold and tasted awful. Staff were rude and insisted there was no toilet available citing that the public toilets outside were closed? Would not allow paying customer to use the toilets on the upper floor? I am sure that this breaches local laws around providing toilets. All round terrible service and food. Will not be having anything from there again.

Terrible customer service. Person who looked like he was taking charge, had no clue to what hat was going on. Asked if I was drinking in, then he turned to the staff member and said “takeaway” First and last time coming here for a coffee.
