One of the best cooked breakfasts I've ever had in my life ever.

Overall disappointed.. had to wait a long time between getting drinks and food arriving. One of the meals was asked to be served a certain way for medical reasons. Possibly didn't hear request properly.. but when changed to a piece of toast,, was forgotten and so cancelled order. Was going to stay for another drink and cake but as still hadn't got toast,,which shouldn't have been so difficult ! Didn't bother. Won't be returning.. also gluten free toast was a bit stale, considering they had said on a previous visit their gluten free was the best. Staff who served us was polite . Unfortunately overall experience not enjoyable. Very noisy,, maybe ambient music could help lower loudness

A real foodies paradise. The chef knows his onions! Always a pleasure to eat here and the specials board never fails to delight. Don’t miss the hash. Worth a drive out to find it book as it gets popular.

I so desperately wanted to be able to write a rave review of this place. Previous photos and reviews looked amazing but I was sadly underwhelmed. A freezing cold day and the fire isn't lit, the food is good but not wonderful and the staff are mmmmmmm. Maybe we just went on a not great day but . . . .

I don’t get to eat here very often due to normally being very busy on Saturdays. The food is a Very high standard, and always good service. Well priced. Good country breakfast. 5* every time, but didn’t realised they’ve built an “annex” . Which to be fair they did call to confirm that I would be sitting there. Described over the phone as 4 walls and a roof,…..truthfully was more like a shed with 3.5 walls with a polycarb roof. It’s was cold being 23rd of December and the wall heater was broken. So bit of a shame that when you book you could be outside. Personally I say do away with it until summer or have a separate booking category. Very nice otherwise. I was just jealous of people inside 😂

Best breakfast in the area, great food, staff and atmosphere. Quality of product and service is clearly a priority, highly recommend.

Our table was next to a wood burner, which provides a magical atmosphere. We had delicious homemade soup followed by turkey and cranberry baps 🫢😋 It's well worth a visit.

We've been to Silvers today to celebrate a birthday. The place is lovely, warm and welcoming. The service was excellent, the food was amazing and a lovely atmosphere. There's a little shop there selling some lovely art and little bits and bobs. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely breakfast with good service.

I visited for an early lunch with my toddler and partner during the week. Upon arrival I felt as if my custom wasn’t welcomed, because I hadn’t ‘booked’. I was told I should book next time, despite 90% of the tables being empty and not reserved. I felt the approach wasn’t the warm and inviting experience I was hoping for. Having always loved the service and food at silvers Pantry I was a touch underwhelmed by our visit.

Have been to Silvers pantry numerous times over the years. However, having not been for a while since it was taken over. It was a disappointment; as soon as you walk in we asked if we had a booked a table and we hadn’t (the place had 4 people in there at noon), she then stated that we needed to book and was given the cold shoulder. We were eventually welcomed to a seat. The specials on the food board used to be very innovative but sadly lack any inspiration. I hope the next time we go, there is a warmer welcome and perhaps better options on the specials as it used to be.

Excellent breakfast suggestion! Definitely recommend booking as we were lucky to grab a table this morning. Staff are welcoming and friendly, food is delicious, and there are plenty of gluten-free options.

Whilst the food is great, the service on arrival really let's this place down. You feel like you're causing a problem if you haven't booked (even if no one is sat down inside!) and therefore just turning up for a coffee doesn't feel very relaxed. Compared to other local cafes, the vibe isn't as welcoming which is a real shame.

This is the best place I have been to eat full stop! The door was amazing! Brunch/breakfast but also lunch! Lovely setting on a little farm with actual animals to interact with!

Charming cafe within a working farm. The portions were generous and delicious. They catered for coeliacs, with gluten free bread.

Got there late lady who served us really nice and fitted us in, food was delicious I had a full breakfast and everything on it was delicious and cooked to perfection not the cheapest but we'll worth it we were coming home from a week break in fowey Cornwall to Manchester and going off reviews stopped here, glad we did. A bit hard to find but worth it for this hidden gem.

We used to go to Silvers Pantry when we worked on the building sites in the local area about 10 yrs ago! After recently picking up a new job locally I took one of my lads in there for some breakfast. I cant believe I left it this long to go back, fantastic breakfast has to now be my go to place when Im in the area..... Fantastic ingredients, so fresh. Im looking forward to going back to work just so I can pop in again... Top drawer!

Food was nice, lots of egg dishes on menu & not alot else. Service slow, but assume cos everything cooked to order. No definate childrens menu, so no real choice for 2yr old who doesnt eat eggs

This place is awesome!! If I could give 10 stars I would. I have been to a few places during my holiday and this is hands down the best for food!! I had the eggs avo and my brother had the Hash special. We took some cakes away to enjoy at the cricket. The service was really good too.

Just had a perfect breakfast with my family. Food excellent all freshly cooked and in my humble opinion the best in a 10 mile radius. Staff excellent too, all engaging and attentive to all my families needs. This is a must visit place in Taunton Deane for breakfast. Ensure you try it out. We will definitely be back.

I'd only ever heard good things about silvers pantry so I built up high expectations, which it definitely exceeded! I booked a table for lunch with Mum. We ordered the most delicious homemade frittatas with a super fresh & creative salad. Portions were epic as well. We also took a slice of the carrot cake and chocolate brownie home. Mum described the carrot cake as the BEST she had ever eaten. For Mum to make this claim, it is a huge deal 😂😍 The cafe is set on a working farm with the cutest little clothing boutique for you to browse before lunch. Definitely book a table as it's a popular spot.

My friend had a veggie breakfast which she enjoyed. I only had Earl Grey tea but I enjoyed it. The service was very good and friendly. It was exceptionally clean. I would recommend it.

Best breakfast in a long time! Perfect poached eggs, wilted spinach, tasty tomato, granary bread, homemade veggie sausage, hummus and avo smash. Well worth making a reservation.

What a find! Silver’s Pantry is a must visit for the best all day brunch. We popped in on the off chance while driving through Taunton and were met with a wonderful cafe. Despite it being full, the incredible staff found us a heated (covered) outdoor table until a table became free indoors! Best Eggs Benedict I’ve ever had and the full English was utterly delightful!

Popped in this morning for breakfast! They could not have been more accommodating especially as we hadn’t reserved a table and it was busy. Lovely well cooked breakfast with fresh ingredients. We sat outside in a heated covered area which was perfect for an autumn morning. Would recommend!

Visited due to the reviews but found the staff abrupt, almost rude. Wevwont be visiting again and will go back to Monkton Elm Garden Centre for our weekly breakfast treat.

Stopped on our way through Taunton cycling. Booked ahead and what a super place. Great for brunch and just what we needed. Excellent.

we visited this saturday - food was great - we got the eggs benedict but the experience was really made by the tall dark haired waitress who was super friendly and looked after us well!

I wish we had found this little gem at the beginning of our holiday instead of our last day. Amazing food and lovely staff. Definitely local produce x

My wife and I visited today with our parents and had a fantastic brunch! The food was absolutely fantastic, service was superb and incredibly friendly and the atmosphere was great too. 4 of us had open steak sandwiches, 1 had the breakfast and 1 had the bubble and squeak and all plates were cleaned by the end! More than reasonable price as well. Really cannot recommend enough and will definitely be revisiting in the future.

Visited here recently with my daughter who is a vegetarian. there is a lovely selection of vegetarian dishes. I had the best fish finger sandwich I have ever tried. My Daughter had a vegetarian breakfast. We sat outside under a covered area which was also heated. The coffee was very nice. It is nice and clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly. It is in a pretty setting.

So yum! a very pleasant eatery. Lots of outside seating looking over the working Proctors Farm and fun chickens and goats. Lovely inside seating for colder days, watch out for the tempting cakes! I'd recommend either the veggie or meat pantry breakfasts

A nice venue with indoor and courtyard seating. Friendly table service and then good quality, honest, cafe grub. You can message ahead and book a table or just drop in. A log burner for the colder months.

The food was lovely, a pity one is made to feel so rushed into ordering. We arrived there just short of an hour before the advertised closing time.

Best place to have good home cooked food and a catch up with family and friends. In a working farm. Great customer service.

It was very busy on arrival. We didn't realise it would be better to book a table. Drinks were quickly delivered. Food was much slower which we knew would happen and were not bothered about waiting. The fish finger sandwich was very tasty. The sausage bap was not so tasty. The sausages were over cooked. Next time we will book and see if the food is better.

Excellent food, a small wait for food but who cares all freshly cooked and well worth the wait, my third visit and will return again. My advice is to book a table on line to be sure of getting one at a very popular venue. A must try .

Was so looking forward to breakfast here with my friends today, checked website for opening times, open today hurray 👍, drove over from ilminster to find it closed, such a shame, really needed to have updated opening times. 😥

Although the food was very good, it was a really poor idea to put the menu boards above the table where customers are sat so you have a constant flow of customers looking at you and over you - not really the best design idea.

Had heard good things and everyone was right. Delicious lunch. Lovely staff.

A little expensive but the quality of the food was absolutely top class.The staff were very nice helpful and friendly. Highly recommended for an occasional treat.

Good food and friendly staff. Silvers Pantry now has a covered outside seating area as well as a few tables inside. It's bright and airy and a lovely place to eat. The staff are pleasant and attentive, but not intrusive. They manage the tables well so you're not waiting too long for anything. Well worth visiting.

Absolutely tasty breakfast, seriously go try it. Also there are goats!

Lovely cafe hidden away, nearly drove past it because the sign to the entrance was so small. Me little Babber loved watching the goats and chickens 🐔.

We stopped off and we lucky to get in for breakfast!! Very busy but we'll worth it. The eggs do dah were fabulous and we'll worth a try! Really worth pulling off the main road to find this place.
