Everyone who eats knows that Loafers is the place to get a great breakfast roll. Writing this now is making me hungry actually, may have to pop on down!

Loafers is always my go to place for a quick lunch! The roast rolls are fresh and wonderful and the service is quick.

Sausage and egg bap, white bread, egg as runny as I like... Perfect. Always go here for a morning snack!

Stumbled upon this place whilst look for breakfast one morning - decided to eat here after seeing so many people queuing for food most of which were locals and my god was I right to join the queue. One of the best breakfast rolls I have ever eaten. Currently serving on a make shift counter at front of shop due to COVID restrictions so doing there part. If your hungry and want great tasting bacon hit this place up. For anyone trying to find it, it is down the side street opposite Ben and Jerry’s

This lovely independently owned sandwich is the best, I've been buying lunch there for years and it rarely disappoints. The owner is very accommodating and friendly and will always do his best to give you a great lunch. Keep up the good work Loafers!

Always friendly and generally a queue at lunchtime which is a good sign! Make rolls and sandwiches fresh to order so get exactly what you want.

Popped in today after discovering this little row of shops. Management were polite and kind to their staff and to us. We ordered hot sandwiches and beef burgers and they were fabulous - tasted amazing. Kids begged us to take them back next month when we are in Taunton again.

Always worth a visit if you want a great selection of takeaway food for breakfast or lunch. Many food items to choose from to make up your sandwich etc. Fast and friendly service.

I have always passed this little shop and today went in and my god what fantastic customer orientated. Walk in and was greeted by a very warm welcome, the service was great and the service was even better will be definitely going back again

Not only have I seen staff walk out. I've walked out as well. Such a shame because the food is great. But, the management is awful. I won't be going back and neither will every person I tell.

Loafers is the best little sandwiche in Taunton yes it may be small but the sandwiches and Babs and French stick you can have are so especially the sausage Bab is so nice there also do crisps and drinks go and find it.

Great quality food and really fun bubbly staff, pop in most mornings for a double bacon and sausage bap. Great offer on their loyalty card too! Awesome little place for food on the go!:)

My partner and I popped in for a quick bite as we were conducting some business in the town centre. We were served by the lovely wife of Mammal (Vicky) who was pleasant and courteous. My sweet chilii sausage and bacon on granary made me feel like a virgin and touched for the very first time (in a best possible way)

Absolutely fantastic food and service is amazing always helpful and offer alternatives you must try the sausage bacon black pudding and egg baguette it fills you for the day awesome

I've been going to Loafers for 20+ years and have never had a complaint about the place . The food is always cooked well and the staff are always friendly and polite . Ben is very friendly as well . The loyalty card is an added bonus especially when I am addicted to the Loafer burger ! I would definitely recommend a visit to Loafers !

I work locally so if having lunch on the run this is the only place I will stop for a hot lunch roll - they always have a carvery type roll on offer - delicious and great value at less than 4 quid - skip the fast food chains and get lunch here!

Never had any problems with Loafers in the 25 years I've been there. Not that I have used it that often. But the large choice of freshly made sandwiches is great.

I'd recently discovered Bath Plsve and had noticed Loafers when it was closed. I popped in to buy lunch for myself and my partner. Lots of choice as well as being able to fill your sandwich or salad with whatever you want. Healthy portion sizes fresh ingredients and reasonable prices. What topped it off for me was the extremely friendly service by all the staff. I'll be going back today and many more times in the future I'm sure.

So friendly, they will literally cater for anything you like. Well priced, great choice of food, super friendly! I struggle to go past without getting something for myself of husband. Stay open more hours!! :)

Yet another amazing sandwich from Loafers. This time in the form of a Roast Turkey roll with stuffing and cranberry. Perfection in a granery roll! I don't know why anyone would chose a machine made supermarket sandwich over this place, everything is homemade and fresh and made to suit your taste! Good work Loafers!

A bit off the beaten track, but if you find yourself wandering down the eclectic and independently-minded Bath Place shopping lane and you're feeling peckish, then Loafers will sort you out with your choice of sandwiches, wraps, panninis, jacket potatoes, salads, burgers and the like.The staff are friendly and helpful and the ingredients are all fresh and tasty.The homemade tiffin cake and flapjacks are very hard to resist.

Loafers is a winner for me! Their staff are extremely friendly and there food is excellent. So much choice from roast of the day, to salad, to wraps and paninis, to burgers and sandwiches. Definately recommended and they do a loyalty scheme which is fab. Perfect for everyones lunchtime needs!
