Very friendly people food was lovely and reasonably priced went there twice this week excellent will go again if I'm in this area

We were on holiday at nearby Fairy Cross and had friends who live in Devon visiting us. So we decided to get a takeaway and chose silver bridge house as we all like Chinese food. The food was delicious with great portion sizes we all thoroughly enjoyed it, so much so that my husband and had another takeaway before we came home. Highly recommended.

Very busy but worth waiting for. Pre ordered but not ready when arrived but lovely food and reasonably priced.

You cannot beat this place for Chinese Takeaway. We’ve been using them for over 10 years now and never had a bad meal. What more can I say, brilliant.

Seems very popular with locals but felt a bit middle of the road for me. Slightly bland fried rice dishes and prawn crackers weren’t my favourite (the less dense cheaper style ones). Service was slow (but they were busy). I preferred the restaurant a few doors down, east of the water.

Polite service, quick turnaround and very acceptable food. The meal selection is fairly conservative but concentrating on a smaller range is probably a benefit. All in all the way a modest takeaway with no pretensions should operate.

Called and asked for a delivery, the lady asked what I would like, ordered for 14 people only to then be told we’d have to collect

They never get it wrong! Delicious food!! Long wait's but that is because it is avery popular chinese. .. also they don't offer a delivery service which is the only downfall..

We use Silver Bridge regularly our favourite at the moment is Duck with Mushrooms, special fried rice. We have had this the last 2 weekends, the food is always hot and fresh and so yummy!

This is the best Chinese takeaway in Bideford, we have tried them all but this is the clear winner by a mile. Alway fresh and pipping hot. Who could ask for anything more.

Fabulous and simple - and I should know - I lived in South East Asia for years. By far the best in Bideford.

we regularly use silver bridge and find their food consistently good,,,,, my favourite?? definitely Sweet and Sour Prawn Balls........ and most everything else.......

We have been going to sliver bridge for 20 years plus we have had house special chow mien,curry,Singapore fried rice all been excellent.

Been using this take away for thirty years. I don't know what has happened but lately the food has not been up to standard. A real shame we have always rated this as one of the best. Hope this is only a temporary blip.

If you are looking for a decent Chinese in Bideford this is the one to go for! Always been a customer of the Silver Bridge House Chinese take away and never been disappointed. Gone through generations of my family and we always like a good feast. Good value for money and very fresh. Sometimes you may incur a bit of a wait but never disappoints. Unfortunately does not deliver and not on the Just Eat website. Run by a lovely family. Great food and great taste.

Best Chinese in Bideford by quite a long way, Try the pancake rolls, Singapore style noodles and duckling mixed vegetable. You'll be surprised how much better this little place is than the competition. Yes, there can be a bit of a wait - but then...

Pretty standard Chinese Takeaway menu choices. Food is good quality and always freshly cooked. Can have a bit of a a wait at busy times, so best order in advance.

Not many items on menu and what you do get is minimal. Expensive for what you get. Disappointed. Don't think I will use again.....
