Used to go to the Croydon site every week back when they were open, was in Wembley so thought to come to something I loved...worse mistake! The place looked dirty from the outside looking in, saw one of the chefs playing with his hair. The girl on the front had an attitude and the food was tasted stale, greasy and old. Went back and complained and said I wanted a refund with the food 98% still on the tray and I was told no because I had eaten from it. No shit! A joke and a con! This place needs to be closed down fast! You somehow closed down Croydon and let this stay open?! Absolute joke!!

Worst experience. We ordered food and guess what they gave us leftover oily chicken instead of waffle fries which was clearly mentioned on order. And the quantity and quality is so bad. If you can’t give proper food why are you opening that late 😏

Ive had sides before, chips usually taste good, I went just this week and my god was the food off putting, from the service to the actual tenders, it was extremely oily and it was clear the oil was really old/overused. Me and my friend both couldn't continue eating it was just so offputting. New management or else sides is looking like its going to be out of business soon if it keeps serving old oil. Wdym i scrolled down and found a photo of a fly on someone elses tender, I'm so disgusted. 3/4 days later I'm still thinking about how terribly sick it made us feel.

I managed to convince my new wife to come from new zealand to the u.k for our honeymoon just so i could try the sides restuarant and sadly it was mid at best, the food was good but the lady behind the counter couldnt care less and gave me the hot as 7 hells burger despite me ordering mild when i pointed it out i was told id eaten half so too late, happily the tenders and mac b cheese bites were pretty good

If waffle fries were crispy it would be a 5 star.

They have changed the coating . Over fried chicken burgers . The sauce are gross. Just cheap mayo with cheap flavourings. Quality has dropped big time.

From America huge sidemen fan but went in completely unbiased and growing up with “American food” the food and options here are amazing, my order felt fresh to order nice and hot and flavor and all that good stuff was there! Definitely should check it out went to multiple locations very consistent on quality for me!

Appalling service. Waited 20 minutes for 4 mediocre tenders, wrong order as I got plain ones instead of nashville, and they weren't even hot so I doubt they were fresh. Would never eat here again. Wanted my money back the cashier just told me to wait even longer

Last night one of us who are the food there developed very bad Gastroenteritis after eating from here and not eating anything else previously yesterday. The order went through 10 minutes before closing. They need to maintain high levels of food safety standards at all times of the day.

Was so disappointed with the food and the service, the lady was extremely rude and off putting, she didn’t even give the option of choosing Nashville flavour - mild/medium/hot and kept rolling her eyes whilst I was ordering. In all honesty the food was terrible and the customer service was just as bad. The Nashville burger was so bland and oily, the loaded Nashville fries was meant to come with jalapeños, crispy onions and sauce, but mine just came with sauce. Complete waste of money. Very upsetting

I got food poisoning. Looked very unhygienic should have expected something bad. Also but me like three waffle fries and charged me for onion rings that I didn’t even order and that I am allergic to. Very unprofessional and comes from someone who loved the sides in harrow.

The lady serving us was incredibly rude and had a terrible attitude right from the start. We tried asking her some basic questions about what was in the burger, but she didnt give us any clear answers, almost like we were bothering her by even asking. When we finally got the food, it was a huge disappointment. The burger didn’t even taste like a burger—bland, dry, and utterly flavorless. Save your time and money; this place is not worth it. one extra star for the waffle fries they were banging.

I came to Wembley and thought I try the chicken tenders after an exhausting day, I asked for the loaded Nashville tenders, which came with cheese sauce, which I said can I have in the side than on top of the chicken tenders. It took a while for her to understand then she said fine. Then I saw my bill was more than advertised I asked her why is it more and mentioned I asked for extra cheese sauce which i didn’t. Instead of apologising, some how it was my fault, I requested a refund on the sauce and she kept making me out to be the person in the wrong and was just rude. She also seemed not to know what was included in the meals. When the manager came she was patronising and just talking to me if I was a child. Then I wanted a complete refund and took my custom somewhere else. Very strange service and not good representative of the brand. Never tried this brand before but these two ladies have put me off

The food was pretty good, the customer service was off tho, me and 5 of my friends all complained about the staff because the woman taking our order was rude and obviously didn’t want to be there.

Ordered first time through Uber eat and opened the 6 chicken wings and took the first bite and noticed something strange and white looking, then realised it was fly eggs on the wings. Done a google photo check and it confirmed fly eggs 🤮🤮

Food was exceptional, ordered the Nashville mild cheeseburger minus the slaw and with added lettuce, along with the waffle fries and chipotle and buttermilk ranch dips. The only let down was the bun did not hold up, the chicken fillet so it was quite messy when eating the burger. People serving weren't overly enthusiastic. All in all food was good.

Okay so after having a 10/10 experience at the Dartford branch we have been ranting and raving to everyone we know about how delicious the food is. Naturally, we have been eager to visit the one nearer to us, having a mission to find parking we finally made it! Sadly, the service was poor, food was cold and parts of it seemed over cooked and too crispy. Soon as we arrived the staff told us she could not take our order because there was an event (it was almost empty as it was 9pm) and this set rhe scene for the rest of the meal really. Think we will be travelling to Dartford for a decent meal if sides if we ever want it.

I’m watching the Sidemen on YouTube all the time, and constantly pass the ad on Uber Eats, but decided to finally order. Haven’t had a proper burger in a long time and really enjoyed it- I had the Nashville one with American cheese and Chipotle sauce. Also tried some of their sides. Highly recommend. Which side are you on? 😉

Food was good very expensive for what u get but the service was bad, and asked where the milk shake was said it’s just getting made and then it was sitting there, then a lady was mopping a bit of the floor but not putting the wet floor sing up and there was bottles all over the floor behind the counter where someone can fall over.

Rude staff, refused to take my order despite me coming before the store closed, tenders and wings were not even hot seemed like they gave me some leftovers that did not sell earlier. Waste of money not worth the hype … learn some basic customer service… send refund. Was also then told to email them and I did with no response.

Good food, terrible customer service. Went on a Sunday with my kids and the lady at the counter didn’t want to explain a simple question about fries, and when I asked for a receipt she was laughing and speaking in her language to her colleague looking at me and laughing , made me feel very uncomfortable in front of my kids.

The food here was amazing and the service was outstanding. Would highly recommend paying Sides a visit.

Ordered first time, burger came with cheese, I ordered with no cheese or spices came looking like a nappy. Fries full of powder, I ordered mild and had to put it in the bin was hot as hell 😡😡😡😡😡 not recommended

Usually love this place but today was not the day. I purchased six pieces of wings and a side of onion rings, totaling to £11. Opened the onion rings when I got home and was surprised to only see THREE pieces of onion rings!! It doesn’t make sense how I only got three pieces for a £5 side! Please explain this to me!

The chicken tenders meal was delicious and so filling! I love how the chicken was cooked to perfection and the coating was a good amount creating a satisfying crunch. I could have ate the waffle fries without sauce as they weren’t dry at all. I would definitely recommend.

Sides have come from no wear to be leaders in the chicken scene with quality and tasty food. Great waffle fries and chocolate BBQ sauce.

Workers were pretty uninterested and unhelpful, gave one word answers. Burger was smothered in ketchup, which doesn't belong in a burger imo. Bun was soggy, there should be an option to have a toasted bun. Waffle fries were decent, best thing was the Chipotle sauce. And the prices are too high for the quality overall

Inside the boxpark this restaurant is nice and offers good chicken burgers and tenders however their fries are not good

Ordered food at 19:40 and food came at 21:05. Food was cold and fries were no longer crispy the time it got here.

The chicken is some of the best and I highly recommend the classic wings with medium spice, Jamie and Ethan are amazing workers too- highly recommend

We ordered sides to takeaway as we have done many times before and really enjoyed. However, we have been put off after we noticed the chicken in the Nashville burger was pink and raw.

It was nice time to eat from boxpark specially sides the food restaurant. The staff was nice and they served food was delicious.

Amazing to see how many fake reviews have been put in to try boost their ratings. The chicken was cold (so probably left over from another order) salty as hell and on top of it all PINK!! Avoid!!! Dont be fooled by the fake/paid for/forced/family reviews!
