I love Neapolitan pizza and it’s hard to get in Wembley. Surprisingly I found this place and the pizza was delicious 🤤 Adorable and fresh You can add more ingredients if you want to There are many options for pizza dough to choose. Highly recommended for quick and delicious pizza

It was very cold and I ordered and paid for chilli oil but it didn’t come with any.

A takeaway delight. The convenience of boxpark is not for the faint of wallet. Zia Lucia was a delightful suprise for a gluten and dairy free girlie and can I say, the crust slapped! The dairy free cheese melted as good as real cheese. The crust was delightful and I actually really enjoyed the texture (chewy and gummy but like not in a bad way like in a really really good way). Will order again!!!!

I ordered the double mozzarella pizza and it was inedible the mozzarella kept falling out of the pizza. It was too thick, and I couldn’t swallow it. I ended up throwing it.

Compare the pictures of pizza I got today to one I got 1 year ago. Which would you rather eat? Today the base was anaemic, had no flavour and was made without any real care or passion. The pizza was crudely cut into 4 uneven pieces and I was very disappointed. It was also much smaller than I was expecting even though it cost more than in the past. There was no charring on the undercarriage or crust which I would expect from a wood fired pizza and I feel that the oven was not hot enough to cook the pizza well. In the past I rated this 5 stars but on todays performance I am generous giving it a 1 star. It’s safe to say that even those pizza and chicken restaurants on Wembley high street currently have much better and cheaper pizzas on offer! I’ve been ordering from Zia Lucia for years now, and they are by far the best pizza in Wembley Park. Their sourdough pizzas are reliable and tasty. They are more on the softer side of pizzas, and adding too many of your own ingredients may make them a little too soggy, but I personally find them delicious anyway

Was in Boxpark for the England game, was easily ordered on the boxpark app, cooked and ready to collect in 15 mins. Very fresh tasting margherita pizza, very hot you can tell it was just cooked. Perfect authentic tasting pizza. Very Impressed.

Great pizza, but may occasionally encounter an angry chef in person, or order cancelled on Deliveroo several times after being made to wait half hour...

We ordered the margarita pizza with regular base. It was yummy!

What a disaster it was there today. One guy on his own was losing it, very rude, very angry customers. I waited an hour for my pizza, where other vendors seemed 10 mins max. Plus when received it was the wrong pizza that I ordered. I spent around £16 for pizza and dip and was served a margherita. I thought BoxPark would vet all vendors.

I ordered 2 times in one week. It arrives as if it had just been taken out of the freezer and put back in the microwave for a few seconds.

Really good pizza! Up to the high standards of Zia Lucia! Staff was also nice and flexible with the toppings.. The seating space is in the wide central area shared with boxpark where there usually is live music or entertainment

Real Italian pizza, with excellent quality ingredients and cooked in a wood-fired oven. Raffaele's friendliness and speed were much appreciated. Highly recommended

I bought 3 pizzas, they were cold and one was completely burnt. another one half burnt. I had to throw one away. I tried calling them but the number doesn't seem to be active. Terrible pizza, low quality ingredients.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE unless you want cold pizza that's been left out all day. I ordered a pizza today and was pleasantly surprised to see it was already at my door with 20 minutes. However the pizza was freezing cold and genuinely seemed like it had been left out all day. Not sure how this passed their quality check and not sure how these guys didn't feel shame sending a pizza out like this. This cannot be serious I wasn't going to include it but figured I will as I still cannot get through to the restaurant...there was also a blue hair type thing tangled within one of the mushroom pieces. I have tried calling the restaurant but their number does not work so I am just stuck with a horrible pizza. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Zia Lucia without doubt do the best gluten free pizzas in London. If you’re lucky enough to visit when Raphaelo is there, the amazing pizza is complemented by service with a smile and a good laugh whilst you wait. Always goes beyond expectations.

The food it’s frozen by the time the delivery gets to costumer because u guys take few deliveries at once so of course food gets really cold not happy

Dough was basically raw (see pic), mozzarella not cooked properly. Small, quite odd shape. Disappointing because I've had good pizzas from Zia Lucia before.

The food was cold and the burrata I got as an edition was not put on my pizza.... but they remembered to add the dip... doesn't make any sense!

Ordered 2 vegan pizzas and what we received ?! One with real cheese and the other one with pork meat on it . I have ordered another pizza straight after because we were hungry after not receiving what we ordered and we received it again another one with real cheese and believing that I left a message saying please make sure it’s vegan this time

This evening we had dinner in this place, the pizza was really very good, topped with top products and cooked in a wood oven. The staff are welcoming, kind and helpful; we were overwhelmed by the kindness of the brilliant Raffaele! I strongly recommend.

I don't normally review food places but had a great experience yesterday! Raf who has been doing this for 32 years made the best margarita pizza I have ever had. Was really tasty and loved it was so quick and wood fired oven. Would recommend and much better than pizza express. Thank you RAF!

Zia Lucia when good can be one of the best Pizzas in London but my last 2 orders from here have been shocking. Shrinking pizza base size and barely any cheese. Tonight's pizza was a joke. Barely any cheese and barely any pepperoni! I ordered a paperon di pepperoni with added Parma ham. Only 2 slices had pepperoni...... the pizza cost a small fortune and you are short changing me on the toppings. I hope the manager responds and makes this right.

I am a loyal guest of Zia Lucia and since now I loved the Margherita, that generally is very nice. But I am very disappointed of the order I received today: I ordered prosciutto cotto on my Margherita paying extra, and got prosciutto crudo instead that I can’t eat! The side focaccia I ordered was completely burned and not eatable… I don’t know what’s happened to this place quality but definitely I won’t order from here again. I didn’t even received to get a refund! I can’t believe it! I am very disappointed!

I can’t believe I placed the order of one pizza and even get it wrong! I ordered a pizza with prosciutto cotto, and got a Margherita with prosciutto crudo that I can’t eat! I also ordered the focaccia that is burned in the middle. This is a terrible order! I’d like a refund for this! I am generally happy with lucia’s pizza, but from now I definitely won’t order from here again!
