The Wembley Tavern in Brent

We were there for the USA soccer England football friendly. The lovely lady at the front door couldn't have been kinder. We went before and after the match.

Lots of screens to view sports. Friendly staff and even when extremely busy not much of a wait to be served. Could do with a few better larger on tap.

Nice place for Premier League or Wembley pregame. Good fish & chips, 2 patios for outside seating and nice servers.

4 of us before the ZZ TOP gig at Wembley Arena on Thursday 11th of July '24, friendly owner, will definitely be back, thanks for your hospitality.

Had a very enjoyable visit here however it was pre rugby league cup final. Packed out with rugby fans from loads of different clubs just creates a brilliant atmosphere. All I can say is, I hope to be back soon.

Avoid. Paid £8 per pint in plastic cups! Made a joke with the owner who could not even back up the pricing. I’d been in Club Wembley paying £7.50 and did not expect it to be pricier when I left given it’s not a nice pub in a not very nice area.

AVOID !!!! £10 entry fee to have a beer on match day go to the crock of gold or the torch free entry

Don't bother when an event is on, they charge to even get in!

Absolutely fantastic of a place staff are very postive and have a good cheeky sense of humour,Atmosphere was brilliant and lively no drama. Definitely recommend to all and the door staff are absolutely brilliant and caring!! Between the door staff and the pub staff I couldn't ask for a better pub service!!

This is a really solid local pub that serves real food. Order the chicen curry plate. Made in house. Fantastic will go back based on food alone..bar prices better than reasonable.

Good pre match pub when visiting Wembley, more reasonably priced then many of its neighbours and always a good atmosphere inside.

Friendly owner and good beer, was quiet on the night we come but heard usually busy, But defo a good stop off if local in the area

Visited in May 2023. I came here for pre-drinks before the FA Cup final between both Manchester clubs. This was an allocated Manchester United fans pub. The atmosphere was lively, friendly and energetic in parts. The service was absolutely spot on - so well looked after by Dennis and the wider team, to ensure the fans enjoyed themselves (sensibly). The tavern is clean and comfortable, with a range of Wembley decor. There is a courtyard area too which helps smokers. The place had security which ensured everyone behaved and nothing got out of hand. The prices were reasonable and the do pour a good Guinness. Would happily go back again.

Fantastic prices baring in mind this pub is in the centre of Wembley! Myself and some family members came in for a few pints before Noel Gallagher and were pleasantly surprised. Will definitely be back when I am next in Wembley

Popped in after Ricky Gervais gig at Wemberly Arena, the owners were very welcoming. We'll priced drinks for four people.

This place used to be good but we were there last weekend and found they open much later than the posted opening time and close much earlier that the posted closing time. We went after an american football game on Sunday. The place was packed but a very pushy and unfriendly manager kicked everyone out at 9:30pm. He even kicked out some who hadn’t finished their drinks. He kept saying “come on, get out of here I am tired of being here”.

Made me feel very welcome and safe lovely food and great hosts if I'm ever in London again would definitely call here top marks.

It's a little pricey, even by London standards, but it was a nice place to sit and people watch outside Wembley on the afternoon. Had a few tasty beers later in the evening too. Bar staff were quick and polite. Toilets were a bit cramped but passable.

Accidentally discovered something amazing here, was supposed to go in for a quick pint before a meeting elsewhere but saw "Get My Go" stickers on the outside, did a quick Google, oh my god this is the funniest podcast ever!

Came here before seeing Newsies on a Friday night for a drink and dinner, the guy behind the bar was so rude, I asked if I can order food and he said NO, no food! 2 girls walked in and all of a sudden he came to life, giving them the best service I’ve ever seen.. 💁🏻‍♂️

Nice place to grab a drink and some basic food before a show at one of the Wembley venues, away from the crowds.

A gem of a place, super friendly service and clientele. Food was terrific, homely not mass produced. Great value too. This would definitely be my local if I lived here.

This is a really nice place. The owner has gone for a " local" type of feel. There are a lot of workers from the building sites around who come in but still really good pub

The owner of the bar had such a disrespectful attitude. Forcing my friend to get a drink as his sports channels are ‘costly’ as it is £30 a month. However, my friend and I were buying drinks ourselves? And was most definitely willing to buy more until his rude approach towards us. Made us feel really uncomfortable. Not to mention the prices of the pints are extortionately high. Would not recommend this pub at all

Came here for a drink or two after a concert at Wembley arena until closing time. Bar staff were great and there was a great vibe with everyone coming through from the gig. Definitely recommend for pre/post concert drinks.

Horrible place, Never again. They are asking £10 entrance taking advantage of the Euro 2020. Furthermore I asked the water for the menu and he said “we do not have a menu”.

This is the place to to before you go to a gig in either Wembley Stadium or Arena. The staff will allow whatever artist you're seeing play loud through the speakers.. even if it's Tenacious D!

Well sign posted. Although not all the staff know what they are doing. Big language barrier with some staff. Good facilities and easy to get to when the roads arnt closed

When it came to an hour before kick off the staff who had just sold you drinks told you to drink up and leave.. maybe tell customers at the point of purchase.

Decent venue. I thought the place was a little scarce. They didn't have much seating and the prices for drinks were pretty high. Although all the places in the surrounding area and street have similar prices. The doormen were friendly. Which is rare and a welcome these days. Obviously I dont know what theyll be like if you go there. One can hope. If you got nowhere else to watch a match it's as good a place as any.

Visited here before the FA Cup Semi-final. One of our allocated pubs. Quite small so you need to get in early for matches at the stadium. Plenty of bar staff so although the place was full and busy you didn't have to wait long to get served.

The most ignorant, sarcastic management ever. Absolutely disgusted by their attitude.

Ok Sports Bar. Walked in on a quiet Saturday afternoon. Had a bottle of Beck's and a Jameson's before travelling. Usual London prices. Staff friendly. Toilets were good.

The best beer and food in London, 21 different beers (I recommend Old Peculier - dark ale, 5.6 vol). And great traditional English cuisine

Nice place and not extortionate prices

Enjoyed a pint in this tavern on a trip to Wembley. The atmosphere was good, but not over powering. There are plenty of screens and it's obviously a sports style bar. Had a decent selection of beers available, not much seating so had to stand but it wasn't a problem as there was space. Would return when back in the area... It's image. Good location for Wembley stadium and the surrounding hotels.
