Ordered a chicken korma with a Peshawar naan. The naan and curry sauce were excellent but the chicken was tasteless and poor. I would have sent it back was I eating ina restaurant.

I was a little concerned when I heard they had new owners because I love the chicken chaat there. Thankfully the chaat was as great as it usually is. If anybody is looking for an Indian takeaway in this area, I highly recommend trying this place, and the chaat!

Whatever curry or main dish you decide on buying, I highly recommend the chicken chaat as a starter. It is one of the most delicious things I've ever tasted. I've had a few takeaways from there now and it has always been of a good standard.

Good service but some of are chutneys were missing wasn't charged for them sorry though was .am coming today so make sure all chutneys please thank you.

My favourite curry place in Liverpool. Usually order chicken tikka massala or bhuna. Always tastes great.

Very polite staff Clean and tidy food prep area that's visible from the counter so you can see them making everything from scratch. Good food, good service. Very good prices for what you get. Only accept cash, but do have bank transfer details noted down for customers. 9/10

Lamb Jalfrezi Harder than Concrete! I recently had the displeasure of ordering a lamb jalfrezi from Siddiki Takeaway, and I must say, it was one of the most horrendous culinary experiences I have ever had. I've never encountered a dish that was so utterly disappointing and outrageously inedible. To put it bluntly, the lamb in the jalfrezi was harder than a freaking rock! I have had my fair share of Indian cuisine, and I know what a well-cooked, tender lamb should taste like. But what I received from Siddiki Takeaway was an abomination. It seemed as though they had taken a brick, slapped some spices on it, and called it "lamb jalfrezi." The meat was tough, chewy, and completely devoid of any flavor. It was like trying to eat a shoe sole! I can't comprehend how any self-respecting chef could have the audacity to serve such a disgraceful dish to paying customers. Did they not even bother to taste their own food before serving it? Or do they simply not care about the quality they provide to their customers? It's an absolute insult to anyone who appreciates the art of cooking and expects a certain level of competence from a supposedly professional establishment. What angers me the most is that I wasted my hard-earned money on this atrocity. I could have gone elsewhere or even cooked something myself and had a much better dining experience. But no, I chose to give Siddiki Takeaway a chance, and they let me down in the most epic fashion. To anyone considering ordering from this place, I urge you to think twice. If they can't even get a basic dish like lamb jalfrezi right, then what hope is there for any other item on their menu? Save yourself the disappointment, frustration, and hard-earned money. Go elsewhere, anywhere else, but not here! I wouldn't wish this horrendous lamb jalfrezi on my worst enemy. Siddiki Takeaway needs to seriously re-evaluate their cooking techniques, their commitment to quality, and their overall understanding of customer satisfaction. Until then, I'll be warning everyone I know to steer clear of this place. They don't deserve anyone's business with the pathetic excuse for food they serve. My advice to Siddiki Takeaway: Fix your culinary disaster, or shut down and spare innocent people from the pain of consuming your atrocious dishes. It's clear that you have no respect for your customers or their taste buds.

This is my go to when you want an amazing curry so freshly cooked an the staff are just friendly an hard working. TRY IT u won't b disappointed

Our favourite takeout. Really delicious - quality meat and wonderful veggies. Fresh, delicious and a huge portion! Our favourites are murghi masala, passanda, saag paneer, vegetable rice and eggs and peas pilau. Would recommend ordering online and picking up if possible as they do get quite busy! Only improvement could be recyclable packaging, but I can reuse the plastic tubs so nothing too bothersome!

Always smells divine and tastes amazing. Were vegetarian and although theres not loads of vegetarian dishes on the menu the ones they have are gorgeous. Saag aloo and mushroom rise dishes were banging. 5 star food and very cheap considering.

Waited over 3 hours for a delivery, had to cancel in the end, as it was going to take a total of 4 hours to complete the order. The worst takeaway experience ever.

Friendly people but the food really lets it down. I paid 17 pounds for a curry that wasn't what I ordered, and you could see the uncooked spices still in it. Looked like it had been prepared by someone who doesn't cook curry for a living, safe to say. Was just really not up to standard - butter chicken tasted like an overly spiced home made madras rather than a butter chicken. safe to say i wont be returning.

Friendly and quick but the worst Indian I’ve ever had. I thought I had Covid because I couldn’t taste anything. The most bland Indian I’ve tasted. Curry and yoghurts were majorly water downed too

Just had a take away from here - we found it on just eat and when we went onto it’s own website we found a discount code and small delivery charge What amazing food - great portions , not oily and wonderful flavours! We got the Balti and karai - sauces thick. We were emailed a delivery time and it came to the exact minute . Thank you We will order again

Used to use regularly but recently they've been really bad. Over 2 hour wait and still no food and they laugh when you call to complain. Pathetic service and toast all round.

Would have given this 5 stars as the food was lovely, but the popodums were in a hundred pieces, obviously didn't survive the journey 🤔

Had a few curries from here over the years and they’ve always been decent and I’ve enjoyed them, the one I had at the weekend though...not too sure what the chicken was or where it had been. There was something sort of unpleasant about it, texture was weird. Maybe it had been lurking in the freezer a bit too long.

En previsión de que muchas otras personas tengan planes similares, elegimos nuestra comida alrededor de las 4 pm y hacemos nuestro pedido en línea a las 4. 35 pm - justo después de que abrieron. El sitio web estimó un tiempo de entrega de 40 minutos, pero pensé que probablemente sería más como una hora, lo cual estuvo bien. De todos modos, después de 90 minutos los llamo y les pregunto dónde está la comida. Me dijeron que estaba fuera con el conductor y que serían 5 minutos, pero debería haberlos llamado en lugar de ordenar en línea. Muestro mi insatisfacción y él dice que solo le dieron la comida hace diez meses y que él solo es el conductor y es Chriistmas. Dijo que me devolverá la comida, pero no puede devolverme mi dinero. Tomo la comida y, aparte de las peores papas fritas jamás conocidas por el hombre, es realmente una comida decente. Los langostinos de mi esposa estaban un poco recocidos y no muchos de ellos, pero mi pollo tandoori era excelente. La moraleja de la historia es no usar su sitio web, sino llamarlos, subir a su automóvil y recogerlo usted mismo. Una vez que tienen su dinero, no les importa, así que no les dé el poder de tratar mal a sus clientes.

Good food but over 2 hours for delivery and over 40 mins after time stated they would deliver. Just not acceptable when there is other just as good around. Just go elsewere

Ordered some food from this place. Got a delivery window of 1 hour. After 1 hour and 15 min had passed we called the restaurant and were told that it would be another 30-45 min. The order had obviously been missed. No apologies or nothing.

We ordered online from this restaurant and we cannot fault it. Easily the best Indian we have tasted in Liverpool! All came really hot and was so tasty. The price is really good to for what we got. would definitely recommend this to anyone! Unreal service and unreal food

Best Indian takeaway in liverpool

So far the best Indian takeaway I had chance to go in Liverpool. Very friendly staff, portions accurate ~ price and quality. U just simply can't do mistake eating from this place! Personally recommend - Chicken Biryani.

Disgusting food ever and the meat they use is Frozen which tastes awful

My wife and ordered a takeaway tonight for the first time from Saddiki. From placing the order over the phone with the lovely friendly lady we were more than impressed. That young man who delivered our food, on time, was very polite. The food was to the highest standard, so fresh. I can't believe I have used other places for years and missed Siddiki. I cannot praise enough. Absolutely spot on. Well done to everyone, truly the jewel in the crown of Smithdown Rd.

Tried Siddiki for the first time this evening and am so impressed. Delivery was fast, reasonably priced and the meals were delicious. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

I ordered a Chicken Tikka Jalfrezi and Pilau Rice. It was relatively expensive for the quality of the Chicken and rice served. The curry lacked depth of flavours and I did not feel like the sauce was very well mixed as there was grains of seasoning that could be tasted throughout. The rice was okay, but the portion size was small. Overall it was a poor experience, I have had much better elsewhere and it is in my opinion not great value for money. There other issue was they don't accept card but only cash, which meant that I had to walk over to the cash machine and this was an unnecessary hassle.

The only place I would ever go to! Authentic curry's at a great price, I can't think of many other places that are a contender.

Second time I have ordered from here and it’s PERFECT .... curry actually tastes like curry .... the keema pilau rice is the best I’ve ever tasted. I’m a huge fan of Indian cuisine and I’ve eaten from a majority of them but since trying here I won’t need to go anywhere else. Fast service and always friendly over the phone. Well done you got a huge thumbs up from me 🙌

Just had 1st takeaway meal from here, beautiful!! Family loved it, will be back.

The quality of the food is fine. But they have a long way to go to meet basic customer service standards. Originally told food would take an hour. 90 minutes later we called and were told it would be another 40 minutes. An hour later we were told it would be another 20 minutes. No apology. No offer of an extra item or a partial refund. We ordered on a busy Saturday night but didn't appreciate the dishonesty. I understand it's a peak time but clearly they took more orders than they were able to fulfill.

Absolutely gorgeous food you will definitely not be disappointed!! Arrived just under the hour and also a call to let me know the driver is on the way. Arrived nice and hot too.

We ordered a delivery, which took around 1 to 1:30 hours to arrive, to be fair this was at a peak time on a Saturday night! The delivery driver was lovely, friendly and apologized for the delay! The food we ordered was a chicken tikka madras, butter chicken, 2 pilau rice and a garlic naan! The food was good, and affordable coming to around £18.50 including delivery.

I had been delivered the completely wrong meal and then when calling the restaurant to ask how this could be resolved I was met by a man on the phone who spoke firstly in English and then in Indian to pretend that I had the wrong number (number from their website and after having answered the phone with "Hello Siddiki..."). Could hear colleagues in the background laughing. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Will never order from this place again.

What a fantastic Indian takeaway. By far the best curry I've ever eaten - certainly beating all other takeaways and most restaurants too. I would never go to another Indian again. The service is always with a smile, and the flavours are divine.

I've been ordering food from Siddiki for years now, and I've never been disappointed. The food is always hot, fresh and delicious, and also at a reasonable price. The staff are always so lovely as well, especially the lady who often delivers the food. Best Indian take away in Liverpool!

Been there a couple of times & thought that 1st order was sent to different address as was wrong. Second time I ordered in store yet still couldn't get order correct. Naan bread undercooked & order not as stated. Lady is more than welcoming but they are more interested in online orders now. Even after complaining they are flippant saying it's your fault & no apologies. Will not be going again & would suggest you give it a wide berth.

Lovely food nice and hot came with in an hour for a big order... the food was very tasty and had rather large portions would use again.
