Siciliano Express Pizzeria & Grill in Hartlepool

Food was absolutely brutal. Couldn’t eat it and the béchamel sauce was none existent, it wasn’t even a parmo to start as it was burnt to a crisp. The chips had been refried at least 3 times. 50 shades of black. Absolute cack.

Ordered cheesy chips with garlic sauce. No garlic sauce. And came across someone's pube in my chips ...bork!!

Please someone stop that shop from selling this food. More grease than food itself pizza dough half row. They advertise free pizza after 20 spent but driver said the service isn't available anymore so 2 people were left without food. Chicken stank of shrimp. We liberally wasted time and money. The replies on customer reviews is appalling. You should embrace the comments and improve your standards. We asked for garlic sauce to be separately but it was added to the kebab. We found a hair in chips we threw the food away and went to domino's.

Couldn't give 1 star shame as it deserves no stars!!! Ordered food for me and my 2 young kids after a long journey it's late and all hungry, a woman phoned asked us what free pizza we wanted etc then nothing an hr later I go on just eat to see where our order was only to find out they had cancelled it and not even told me!! So by this time it is 12 at night can't get any food thanks a lot so my kids go to bed hungry. Absolutely discusted!!!

Scrap if most pepole went in instead of ordering they would never eat it again its like a zoo il never eat it again. no good for dog food

We love the pizza's from here. Always freshly made and hot. Not had anything else so can't comment but pizza's are very nice

We used to love this takeaway..but tonight we phoned up about them forgetting our hot shot parmo meal and a fanta and coke and they have litterally called us liars..they have been rude to my husband on the phone...never will we be back..treating us good customers like that over their mistake...disgusting!!! Its not the first time they have made mistakes..and now Im left starving!! :-/

Came to visit my family We ordered take away was very disappointed they have ordered before said was lovely This time mixed kebab over priced for what you get Other meals full of garlic and not much more shame as always been good previous visits

food was absolutely amazing. this is the second time I have gotten food from them and honestly I was trying to order something different but still got the chicken strips they are soooo damn good. the people who work there where lovely as well. I put a message on the order telling them to have a good night and I hope they are well, they responded with a lovely message hand written in the top of one of the boxes "have a lovely night x" it really did put a smile on my face.

Absolutely disgusting would give it no stars if I could waited over an hour missing chips and salad off kebab pizza was rank spent over 22 pound refused to pay kebab was supposed to be on skewers there was 5 peices of meat in a box with a pitta bread never been so disgusted in my life will never ever order from here again rang shop to complain and got attitude from the person i spoke to great customer services not

Ordered the chicken shawarma and cheesy chips. Firstly it came and hour and a half late and it was absolutely Baltic cold when we opened it. The chicken was grey and fatty and it was swimming in greasy. £14.30 for absolute scraps of dog meat. Wouldn't feed it to the ferral cats. Disgusting. Even one star is giving them too much.

Thanks very much for a delicious takeaway of chicken strips and dinner pizza. Good value and very nice staff. Excellent food served piping hot.

Parma was burnt only thing that was ok was pizza received order but kebab meat was missing wen it come it was uneatable and I wouldn't of give my dog it, it stunk that much n the grease thru the wrapper was a disgrace I flung it straight in the wheelie bin the shop wants closing down that kebab meat wasn't even good enough for a rat never mind a human being!!! Cost me 18.50 for a 10inch pizza coz that was the only thing eatable out the full deal

Really horrible. Kebab was so greasy it was uneatable, Chicken Kebab was greasy and burnt. Parmo wrap included chips but left out of the wrap and we're cold. Waste of £16.30 never again

Food is stone cold waited an hour and it's disgusting what a waste of money
