Didnt deliver spoke to driver on the phone and he was a complete t*t with attitude

I haven't received my order, I lost my money

rang tonys to be told the driver should of delivered it by now two minutes later I get a phone call from driver saying he's been looking for my address over 20 minutes.. meet him half way down my street for him to have a attitude towards me... got back home opened the food to be freezing cold will not order again

Don’t know why they even offer a delivery service. They take your order, take your money then cancel it after an hour leaving no time to order elsewhere. This is the 3rd time.

Order often from here but the last 2 times the chicken on the parmo has been only lukewarm

Lovely food. Staff could do with a serious attitude adjustment. I used to order via Just Eat. They started sending leaflets along with my orders explaining that it's cheaper for them and myself to order direct or via foodhub. Fair enough, I started ordering direct over the phone. 3 orders at £9 no problem. 4th order, 4 days after the last one, I'm being told it's £15 minimum for delivery now because "foodhub put prices up nothing we can do" which I looked up and found to be completely false. They then told me to use Just Eat instead. Cool, so what was the point of all the annoying leaflets telling me NOT to use Just Eat? On top of that, the attitude of the guy on the phone while telling me this was absolutely dripping with contempt. The way I was spoken to, you'd think I'd just walked into the shop and spat on the counter. Will definitely not be ordering from here again purely because of their attitude towards customers.

Food came burnt freezing cold and to top it off then forgot my garlic sauce phoned and it took them another 30mins to deliver it absolutely joke so yeah my food was absolutely beautiful freezing cold thankyou highly recommend 🙃

Kebab/pizza shop. Only really get chips n Kebab so can't really comment too much on the food. Kebab not too spicey n chips (not thin fries) are the frozen type but quite nice, normally cooked just right. Staff seem quiet but busy

The order was incorrect the first time. Phoned restaurant, returned it. They sent out ANOTHER incorrect order. Telephoned again with a promise of the correct order and a phone call back. 3rd Order still incorrect and 3 hours late. Tried to get refund of JE but we settled and ate the last order which was smaller that what we ordered. Shame as this is usually a great takeaway. I accept takeaways can have a off night, but this was a disaster. Poor customer service.

The kebab itself was fine, but took longer than promised to deliver. Wouldn't normally leave a review after that, but after the wait and poor food I received last night thought I better put an extra warning up

Food was bairly warm and tasted like it had been sat for a while

Ordered food at 1915, as it said 50 mins delivery time. They accepted my order, to then put 2105-2125 expected time. Not best pleased, I waited until 2130 then asked where my food was, as it was showing delivered. Got a new delivery time of 2145, actually came 2150. Waited 2 1/2 hours for luke warm chips and bog standard parmo with some kebab slammed on top of it, poor from start to finish

Almost perfect parmo and marg pizza kebab meat was too thick and old however

ordered a mega wrap. waited 2 hours and 43 minutes for delivery, called up to ask for an update to be told would I like to pick it up, but the attitude on the workers. its a no from me.

Ordered two full Parmos for 4. One parmo was pink so put us off eating the rest. Creamy garlic mushroom had about 5 mushrooms in. Waste of money

delivery was spot on, wish took note thou as was almost 2 hours from placing order, turned up n was cold, dunno if try again, was 4 of us eating n 3 said chicken wasnt very nice, maybe if turned up hot be different

Great food but you die of Starvation whilst waiting. ordered at 8pm and given a time of 21.30 to 21.50. Food arrived at 21.25. Great food though have been using here on and off for a long time now. Never had bad food but it always takes an age to get to you.

Good food… but I went near closing time and they rushed my food and undercooked it and gave me food poisoning very very poor from them especially when I’ve been going there months!

Absolutely atrocious tried to order a hour before closing and got the phone put down on me 3 times before blocking my number and declining my order never have I had this from a kebabs shop

Did not enjoy the kebab meat but thats a personal choice no complaints with the rest of the food good deal.

Order was not delivered,they couldn't find , they had the post code which puts me on the road I'm on ,I'm a lorry driver parked up for the night,they had the name and number plate of the truck,I'm not hard to find ORDER NOT DELIVERED!!!!!!!!

The best in Heartlepool by far, i work all over the UK and as such use many take aways, Tony,s is the best of them all do not hesitate to use them.

Don’t get me wrong food has always been good apart from last night. They forgot my bottle of pop what cost me about £2 so I rang the shop up and they said “aw it’s been busy I’ll give you a free one next time you order” but they not going to remember me so I lost £2 and didn’t even bother to try fix the status.

Absolutely atrocious, the driver was near my house, after giving him simple directions he just said I go back to shop, I was walking around all the area I live in pouring rain. Would never recommend to anyone simply don't care about customers. I give it no Star

Chips were stale, I ordered cheesy chips and garlic. I had to add my own cheese and garlic this place has went down hill in the past year!

parmo tasted like the cleaning spray used to wipe the worktop all apart from kebab meat cold pizza over cooked and chewy not impressed had so much better gutted cos it was my treat wastes money garlic sauce was nice gutted should have stuck to cereal and kept my money it was a mothers day gift

Bought a kids parmo and chips from here this evening. The state of it is unbelievable. It looks like someone has sat there and ate half my chips before it even arrived to me. Ordered from a different takeaway and the parmo is more than that and the chips fill the box. This is just ridiculous

my requests were completely ignored. I asked for no mushrooms on the pizza and my husband is allergic to them so this pizza was no good as it was ordered for him but he could not eat it, and my son could not eat any of the kebab as I requested the sauce to be separate and it wasn't. its a shame as we normally enjoy or food from here but tonight has been a major let down and an expensive one at that. really disappointed

so far my orders been delivered 5-10 minutes early always piping hot and tasty

he put my chilli and garlic on my food with out me saying so I orded tubs of garlic and chilli not to be put in my burger and in my wrap they had no right I never told them to do that

The chips are to crispy but everything else is so nice

I would never order from here again the pizza was like cardboard the chips were dry the buger was really dry and over cooked and they messed my order up and charged me out off my bnk i even tasted the pizza box and that was softer then evreything i order the only nice thing was the garlic suace and the drinks DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE ITS REALLY BAD

This use to my go to takeaway until today I ignored all horrible reviews about this place but today after multiple orders every week I ordered by phone and waiting for the link to pay for my order which I never received to ring up to let them know I haven’t received it to receive abuse down the phone fair to say I’ll be taking my business else where no need to speak to your loyal customers that way

Experience is a strange rating system so I 1 starred it, Food is pretty decent but nothing special and I think the guys that work there do what they need to in regards to service.
