Good food… but I went near closing time and they rushed my food and undercooked it and gave me food poisoning very very poor from them especially when I’ve been going there months!

Absolutely atrocious tried to order a hour before closing and got the phone put down on me 3 times before blocking my number and declining my order never have I had this from a kebabs shop

Order was not delivered,they couldn't find , they had the post code which puts me on the road I'm on ,I'm a lorry driver parked up for the night,they had the name and number plate of the truck,I'm not hard to find ORDER NOT DELIVERED!!!!!!!!

The best in Heartlepool by far, i work all over the UK and as such use many take aways, Tony,s is the best of them all do not hesitate to use them.

I don’t know what everyone else is complaining about. I personally like dry chips and ketchupy pizza

Don’t get me wrong food has always been good apart from last night. They forgot my bottle of pop what cost me about £2 so I rang the shop up and they said “aw it’s been busy I’ll give you a free one next time you order” but they not going to remember me so I lost £2 and didn’t even bother to try fix the status.

Absolutely atrocious, the driver was near my house, after giving him simple directions he just said I go back to shop, I was walking around all the area I live in pouring rain. Would never recommend to anyone simply don't care about customers. I give it no Star

Chips were stale, I ordered cheesy chips and garlic. I had to add my own cheese and garlic this place has went down hill in the past year!

parmo tasted like the cleaning spray used to wipe the worktop all apart from kebab meat cold pizza over cooked and chewy not impressed had so much better gutted cos it was my treat wastes money garlic sauce was nice gutted should have stuck to cereal and kept my money it was a mothers day gift

Bought a kids parmo and chips from here this evening. The state of it is unbelievable. It looks like someone has sat there and ate half my chips before it even arrived to me. Ordered from a different takeaway and the parmo is more than that and the chips fill the box. This is just ridiculous

Pizza was liturally stuck to the box it was instantly binned. Very dissapointed with this one

my requests were completely ignored. I asked for no mushrooms on the pizza and my husband is allergic to them so this pizza was no good as it was ordered for him but he could not eat it, and my son could not eat any of the kebab as I requested the sauce to be separate and it wasn't. its a shame as we normally enjoy or food from here but tonight has been a major let down and an expensive one at that. really disappointed

he put my chilli and garlic on my food with out me saying so I orded tubs of garlic and chilli not to be put in my burger and in my wrap they had no right I never told them to do that

The chips are to crispy but everything else is so nice

I would never order from here again the pizza was like cardboard the chips were dry the buger was really dry and over cooked and they messed my order up and charged me out off my bnk i even tasted the pizza box and that was softer then evreything i order the only nice thing was the garlic suace and the drinks DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE ITS REALLY BAD

Food was spot on, the mixed kebab was great and loved the way the salad was separated so it wouldn't get soggy, delivery was earlier than expected, nothing to fault, will be ordering again.

been awhile since I had a Tony special wrap so I went large it hit all my tastes buds and my stomach lol 🤣 if you never tried them you should highly recommended

Experience is a strange rating system so I 1 starred it, Food is pretty decent but nothing special and I think the guys that work there do what they need to in regards to service.

This use to my go to takeaway until today I ignored all horrible reviews about this place but today after multiple orders every week I ordered by phone and waiting for the link to pay for my order which I never received to ring up to let them know I haven’t received it to receive abuse down the phone fair to say I’ll be taking my business else where no need to speak to your loyal customers that way

Placed an order at 12.37am for a pizza and some chips, cancelled the order 15 mins later no call nothing they were still open for another 30 mins? Now everywhere else is shut for food, won’t bother ordering again in future despite regularly ordering here previously. Poor service.

Tony's is the best takeaway food around, Just one problem I ordered garlic chips but received plain chips not a big issue the food was beautiful I highly recommend them 👌

probably one of the worst parmo wraps I've had limp soggy and ment to be a large I'd hate to see a normal then won't order again

The Kebab meat had some sort of sand/grit in it tonight, it wasn't very pleasant.

Food in self is lovely it is just a shame that this place lacks communication, customer service and time management rang twice for them to say it’s out on delivery 3rd call they say they lost the order and it didn’t get sent arrived 2 and a half hours later

Ordered on Just eat for delivery. Ordered a7.45 pm. Given a slot for delivery between 9.05 and 9.25pm. food came at 8.45pm. Always long delivery times here and I only ordered a Burger and chips and a Garlic bread. That said Food is lovely and was nice and Hot. Will say though that he does not like criticism. If someone leaves a negative review he gets argumentative in reply.

Ordered once before a pizza and parmo wrap was lovely, so tried again. I got a cheesy chip wrap, the chips were awful, didn't taste right at all, and the cheese was cheap and cheerful. My partner says the parmo wrap is nice
