Tesco Cafe in Hartlepool

2 meals missing and the kids meals I wouldn't have bothered absolutely tiny

This order has not been delivered but it says delivered when tracing order

Cold food .....atmosphere nil 2 nd time food cold ....not going to be 3 rd no thanks

What a great place for a chat/ meeting with colleagues. Good food freshly prepared. Fantastic range of coffees superbly crafted by Connor.

App lost driver signal....took over 30 mins from.leaving the cafe. Food actually cold!

Had bacon egg on brioche didn’t want it to end, tasty, he had the breakfast and couldn’t fault it

Liz is lovely and helpful on both checkout and the cafe. My kids remember her as the nice lady at Tesco :)

Ordered 2 breakfasts and 1 scampi and chips all clay cold on arrival. Site was not updated delivery time changed 4 times hence food being cold. Won’t be using again .

Started poorly as no coffee available! Hot chocolate too sweet. Scrambled eggs were an omelette. Bacon greasy. Sauce and chutney too much and flavours didn’t harmonise. Ordered 1 carrot cake and 1 chocolate cake but 2 chocolate cakes delivered. Not a good experience and I don’t want to repeat it.

What's with the portion size? Are we feeding the borrowers? Absolute waste of money won't be returning

Food took long enough getting hear, driver clearly in a rush delivering multiple orders as they dumped my food on the floor outside and ran before I even got to the door. Toasties where rock hard and stone cold and coffee had been knocked all over was also cold! Very disappointed. I wish the drivers actually showed a bit more care and respect to the customers, literally £17 totally waisted on this

Food never turned up! Marked as delivered lost money

Hot drinks just warm. Cake should not have been placed next to hot drinks during journey - the icing was entirely melted . Breakfast bap barely warm - perhaps if delivery driver had made his mobile phone call AFTER he had delivered my order it would still have been hot. Toast absolutely stone cold - again could have been at least warm if driver had delivered as soon as he reached my address.

Will never eat from here again. How u serve rotten brown lettuce on a sandwich then literally got 15 fries unbelievable. Food came cold and just eats finds this ok. They justified it saying each restaurant gives there own desired amount wonder if that just eats employee would accept there food like that..typical

Changed the time then was late will be complaining directly to tescos every item stone cold the service from just eat is appalling I’ve never had a good experience and never got any refunds I’ve requested will not be using it again!!

Breakfast was great. Hot chocolate is absolutely sublime. 9/10 would recommend

Delivered to the wrong address. Luckily someone rang me to collect. Not impressed

Awful. Menu on wall behind counter. As I have bad eyesight my partner had to read out whilst the woman behind the counter was constantly asking for our order. Then she pushed my tray of hot coffee at me spilling it all in the saucer no apologies my partner had poached eggs on toast. Rock hard eggs no butter on the dry toast. And he couldn't cut the toast. I had a ham and cheese panini. Hardly any filling at all. Terrible. Ate it as we were starving. Will not visit again.

Food absolutely freezing and not worth eating at all and for price hardly got anything

Hugely over priced mediocre food. Avoid. Don’t waste your money and go to an independent cafe.

I had the halloumi rice bowl. Tasted lovely but the portion size was for a child. Looked more like a side than a meal which was a disappointment. For the price, I would of expected a better portion as this was definitely not listed as a side.

Feels like some1 rolled out of bed after a night on the drink but had cooked everything last night was rubbery and cold paid extra for bacon on sausage bap but this also was missing

Best takeaway breakfast ever. Nothing was soggy and beans where in a seperate container. No grease and everything tasted as if was in a restaurant. Always end up binning takeaway breakfasts but this was stunning!

Food was delicious I can’t fault anything 10/10… little treat bag was a hit sauce, sugar and cutlery. Coffee was packaged perfect would definitely recommend

Driver dropped food and drink all over my drive then still left it there for me to collect as he has spilt tea all over himself was more concerned about this. All.went in bin

Food was of a very high quality was a little dissapointed In The size of the sausages however delicious nonetheless.

Food was really good, the best milkshake I’ve ever tasted (honeycomb chocolate) delivery took a while but I didn’t realise that the cafe was at the other side of town from my house🙈

Tasty and fast, only complaint is my egg was hard but not the end of the world as was still very nice

What can I say...pay for extra items you don't get which is not a bad thing as the food was disgusting anyhow. All dried shriveled up bacon sausage and egg. The toast could have bounced up off the floor back at you...certainly not worth the money. Will never go back here.... 2stars is actually being generous

Breakfast baps are so soft and tasty

It is very expensive to add things in a breakfast bap so can be very pricey if you order beyong the basic menu. Also, it would be nice if the baps were buttered, the bread is a bit dry..

Food was lovely and hot eavery time I order from here

I really enjoyed my delivery, the time between order and delivery was short and the polite driver shut our front gate which rarely happens. The food itself was really tasty! I ordered the vegan breakfast and I definitely recommend it! The delivery came with wooden cutlery and card packaging which also was a nice difference in comparison to all the plastic deliveries usually come with.

If you are a fan of the grand prix then visit this store at about 8pm. Was nearly run over this evening. Big groups of people meeting with cars.. bit like that scene in Grease . Donutting spinning and zooming around..maininly and worryingly round parent and baby spaces. Local store not interested in the problem at all. Will take my 20 year shopping loyalty elsewhere.

Popped into tesco for some shopping and decided to get some food whilst in. All day breakfast and jacket potato. Well.... The lettuce in the jacket potato wasn't fresh and dry. The breakfast, the bacon was over cooked and dry, The egg had some shell in and the sausages were tiny. Rather had gone over the road to macdonalds

Dark and a bit of an afterthought to the main store. Not very appealing.

Very good located store off belle view way as you come into Hartlepool from the south. Good spaced out shopping aisles ,small cafe for snacks ok

Never been before but will definitely be back, breakfast was absolutely gorgeous, and despite being under a lot of pressure from customers (one particularly arsey) and lots of orders on the go the girl jasmine (possibly yasmin as i just glanced her badge) was completely professional and her service and manner was perfect! She deserves personal praise... lovely!

Nice food with great veggie options it is however a little bit overpriced.
