keep going to the wrong address so I never get my order.... shame as I like the food from here...

They sent it to wrong address as I never got it

Wow . This place as went right down hill . Ordered a chicken dinner . No roasties no puddings no extra gravy just veg for £7 . Shocking . No taste at all just absolute muck . Very poor Hungry tums

I ordered 3 Sunday dinners medium 1 beef 1 chicken with everything on and 1 veggie came to £21 hot 1 and a half bit of beef no roasts on the meat dinners and 2 roasties on the veg and the fridge in the oxford road shop needs a bloody good clean sorry but I won’t be back

Wasn't the best meal, beef was very tough couldn't cut it, veg ok

Food was freezing cold must of been out ages with driver cake &custard had spilt allover didn’t have meat I 1st purchased disappointed as bought previously and been fine wnt be bk again

I ordered 3 large sausage and egg buns recieved my order only 2 sausages and one egg phoned hungry tums to be told these where large I would hate to see what a small one was

Asked for soft fried eggs got hard hash browns fell apart when I picked it up bacon was hard mushrooms not drained so full of oil at the bottom of tray

Paid for food which never arrived. Order got cancelled after waiting over an hour for it with no explanation. Never received a refund.

Absolutely tiny portion of bolognese on the chips, was probably one ladle full. It tasted watery and had no flavour at all. Panini was meant to come with salad but didn’t and looks huge on pics but was absolutely tiny, i’d say half of the size of pictures- so £5.50 for a tiny panini with no salad is ridiculous, they’re about 50p from a supermarket. Chilli also really watery tasting and flavourless. Ten minute wait after collection time stated, which is average and fine but not ideal to then get the food we were given.

food came early and it was only warm had a item missing as well and only half pie came as well tried to phone them no answer typical wil not order again

Hot chocolate could do with another one or two heaped spoon fulls. It was weak and did not taste of hot chocolate

Just orderd two breakfasts and two sandwiches cost over £25 rediculas, the breakfasts where shocking, the blackpudding was like a hockey puck the hash brown was inedible was solid well over cooked in the chip fryer, sadly I will not be returning Such a Shane they used to be great price and great food, not anymore.

90 mins late and they refused my refund due to late order even with the help of just eat, with many orders from hungry tums i will never order again.

Ordered at 12.35 on a Saturday. Should have been delivered by 1.40. After Two phone calls it arrived at 2.30 pm. They did put me a couple of pieces of cake in for the inconvenience. Always very slow delivery from here. If you order expect to wait. Food 5*.

Taken over 2 hours to deliver my food and it’s still not here!!! Why take orders if you’re too busy to get them delivered! Went down hill this place

Missing items says 2 hash browns only got 1 each and no toast for either breakfast and need to separate the beans/tomatoes/mushroom ended up all mixed together and leaked

Very watery on base bacon chewy mushrooms were watery clump like out of a tin

It was okay but compared to yesterday was disappointing for a large sandwich I got one piece of bacon ? Was it a different cook on today ?

Driver delivered the wrong meal and when the correct meal was delivered the black pudding was missing. Not impressed at all

Over and hour late Chips stone cold and taste awful. Panini was like cardboard. Cheese savoury wrap tasted like mush with salad although the salad was fresh. The one that ordered the curry said it was the worst curry she’s tasted it all went in the bin:

Asked for roast dinner for 1pm arrived 2.30pm beef a blob of mashed pots peas green beans 1 Yorkshire pudd and gravy will never be using this one again how can you say it's a Sunday roast without roast pots very dissatisfied

I am really unhappy with my order from start to finish. My order was an hour and a half late, food was cold, was sent the wrong meal (explanation on a note in the bag said their burgers were out of stock so send a curry instead) paid £4 for kids pack lunch which was a small ham roll, crisps, mini haribo bag and small cartoon of drink....not best kids meal. I called restaurant to express my unhappiness and they have offered me £4.50 back for my burger.....not the best experience.

Nice food hot enough to eat delivered on time by friendly driver

Absolutely delicious as always. Always takes an age from ordering to delivery but well worth the wait for a Sunday lunch delivery straight to your door.

Food is normally pretty good here however today the service was extremely disappointing. The food was 45 minutes late, the driver delivered the food to the back door and didn't even apologize for been late which is the polite thing to do. We ordered a beef dinner and got chicken instead of beef. I placed a note asking for the food to be delivered to the front as other drivers have delivered to the back from this restaurant before and it was ignored.

We ordered 2 breakfasts, and the hash browns were soggy, and we didn't get any mushrooms. The delivery was quicker than they said, so that was good.

After waiting 45m called for them to tell me driver was on his way, called back after waiting 60m then informed me driver hasn't picked them up!!!! Eventually received dinners 75 mins late.. we ordered on App at 11am for 13:00 received at 14:15..

Very disappointed today, usually had no issues, appreciate it's very busy but food was over 1 hour late and was stone cold and had to be reheated. No apology from the driver either

I can understand the weather but food was freezing cold when arrived would advise to put in a insulated bag not just wrap in paper and carrier bag or find some other soliton to have food arrive hot to customers

A 5* food experience. The only place I use for my Sunday Lunch!

Choose tomatoes instead of beans and the entire breakfast came swimming in tomato juices that looked like a entire tin had just been tipped over everything. The cheap tasting bacon, sausages, hashbrowns and black pudding had turned to mush after swimming in tomato juice for 5 minutes. Probably the worst breakfast I've ever had. I literally had to empty a cup of tomato juice out of the box to find half of the items on the breakfast.

Food was gorgeous just very cold. Would definitely order again but hopefully would be hot.

Eggs have been killed so there is no yolk and the large breakfast was missing black pudding. Beans were poured all over so everything went to mush. Will not order again

Had to wait well over an hour and a bit on a Thursday morning for a breakfast to be delivered. Tasted heated up and honestly inedible went straight in the bin. Delivery woman was nice and apologised and the old school cake was delicious. Shame as was looking forward to it.

2+ hours delivery time, almost had to leave it due to work.

1. No hash brown. 2. Nowhere did the menu say the bread was already margarined - I wanted to toast my own to have with butter & marmalade, hot, after the main part. 3. Everything but the sausages were cold. Properly cold, not just 'not hot'. The sausages were slightly warm. 4. I ordered extra bacon but 1 piece was only half a rasher. 5. I didn't want beans but there wasn't a way to remove them. I assumed they would be in their own pot but they were completely combined with the mushrooms. 6. I made a sausage butty with the margarined bread. That was the only edible part. 7. This was meant to be my birthday treat. It wasn't.

Dint either receive the food it they claimed they cane to the house but they dint I have dogs they dint bark and we never heard the dog and then they claimed they rang me but I got no miss call and when I rang them up the lady on the phone had a attitude and had no respect at all

I rate this place a 0/10 I ordered food and they claimed they came which they dint and claimed they rang me I got no missed calls and when I tried to ring them and ask they they had attitude with me shocking don’t order from here unless u want them to take your money with no food

Lovely food, quick delivery & friendly driver!

I understand it was bankholiday but the delivery time was abysmal!! Even after calling the restaurant 1hr 15mins after ordering, bring told the driver would be back in 5mins the setting offit still turned up over 30mins later, making the delivery of the order nearly 2 hours!! Never going back

Delivered on time. Tuna panini was just dry tuna and not a lot of cheese. Breakfast was just shot in the box, eggs over done (poppy yolk on the pic). Unfortunately wont order again.
