Chicago's Pizzeria in Hartlepool

Using just eat, we ordered for the first time from here tonight. We had ham and mushroom 10" pizza with cheese stuffed crust. And 10" chicken and meatball pizza with kilamanjaro sauce and garlic sauce. Delivery was super quick, and the pizzas were the tastiest I've ever tasted from a takeaway in Hartlepool. Would definitely use this takeaway again due to the speed and the taste of the food. I am very pleased with the service!

Turned up after 1 hour 30 minutes totally cold had to put it back in the oven will not be ordering again

Ordered twice from here. I don't usually write reviews for take aways . But this place is first class, had a burger and kebab meat. The salad it came with was so fresh and clean, crisp and nice, nothing sad or withered. That got me thinking that you can clearly judge a take away by its salad. This place is top class. It was like eating food from a German kebab stall. Coleslaw was homemade and fantastic. This is the only pizza place we will use from now on. Thankyou.

Really disgusting food. I wouldn't feed it to my dog and I have no idea how you're still a business. Have some standards and respect for your customers! Donner was cold. Pizza was shocking and really poor quality. Parmo reheated dry and just awful inedible.

We’ve had a few orders from here and it’s by far the best pizza shop in Hartlepool for taste and prices are really good, our go to pizza shop, would recommend to everyone. Also was a nice surprise that the food was cheaper to order directly than order through just eat. So go and collect and save yourself money. 😁

Absolute joke order never arrived after being an hour late I rang the shop to be told the driver has tried to deliver it twice and no answer which is a lie and bearing in mind I paid for this order on my card no refund given have to go thru hartlepool eats for a refund which is an absolute joke I only wanted my pizza

Just ordered meat feast parmo, tasted of nothing very bland, cold when arrived and chips were cardboard, never again discussing waste of £17.00

Had a delivery of a parmesan. . Was off chicken slimey cheese sauce sour rang to complain to be told "you English fxxk off" you not getting anymore sent or refund. Absolutely vulgar language taking it to health & safety and reported him for being a racist

Ordered a 12 inch pizza chips with tub of garlic, once a tasted the pizza I remembered we had ordered from here before, didn’t enjoy it then and this time was the same, pizza was not to our taste, garlic had no flavour and the shop looks scruffy, menu was expensive but I wouldn’t have minded if the food is nice but wasn’t, kept the menu and made a note on it so we would know not to order from them again

Not sure what that was my family did use them not anymore after tonight's meal ,very bad all in the bin and we only eat 2 bits of the 🍕

Avoid this takeaway at all costs. I've just had a horrid experience with them and will never use them again. The food was barely warm when it arrived. The chips were limp and soggy. The pizza was swimming in grease, tasted sour and was made with fake cheese. Two and a half pizzas went in the bin. Even my dog wouldn't touch it. We phoned the takeaway and the manager was horrible. He refused to listen to the problem, refused to do anything to correct the problem, then swore at us and hung up. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I'd highly recommend people stay away from the takeaway.

Terrible food- DO NOT GO THERE!! Ordered cheesy chips and garlic and the chips where hard and tasteless and they only put a slight bit of garlic sauce on them so couldn't taste the garlic sauce, and they where not very warm, fuming isn't the word!!!!!

placed on order to be delivered to 203 wynyard rd at 8;15 still not here 9;00 tried to phone but constantly engaged spent an absolute fortune in there over the years will not spend another penny in there

Lovely food. Wraps are amazing. Best Patmos in town. Texan Parmo is must to try. Lovely staff too👍👍👍

Take 2 half hour to come and when it did it was cold and was wast food iv evey eat would spend money or go here evey agein

Avoid, avoid, avoid! Food ordered, an hour later still no show but promised free food it more than 5 minutes late. 10 minutes later food arrives but the delivery driver snatched it back and ran off when we pointed out it shout be free. The owner followed up with a very load and abusive call on to my cell phone. I only wanted a pizza! Its simply not worth the aggravation.

ordered my food to be delivered, when I phoned they told me it would take an hour to be delivered which I thought was fine for 6.50 on a Saturday, after waiting for an hour and a half and the food was still not here, I tried phoning them, for the phone to be constantly engaged, after waiting 2 hours we finaly went else were for food, and after going else were, we finial got through to the shop to cancel the order to be told they had a problem with there delivery driver, but the way the lady was speaking our order was still not made to be delivered, never again
