Siciliano in Norwich

Tiny portions. Regular chicken kebab and the chicken was sliced wafer thin to obviously try and bulk it out, a sorry sight to say the least. Even withheld normal amount of salad! Arrived in ten minutes however. Obviously because they have zero returning customers. Will not be eating here again. Only a matter of time until they close down. And it’s well deserved! Paid £15 for two regular kebabs, would have saved myself £8 and ingested more calories if I’d have got us a couple of Tesco meal deals. And lastly long hairs in not just one but both meals.

Got food poisoning from the chicken doner, please avoid this takeaway at all costs if you care about your health. Been sick all day and will never be ordering from here again. 1 star is way too generous but no other lower rating option.

Asked for 2 grilled chicken and donner combination kebabs, got given shredded chicken donner and donner meat, food tasted off, chicken didn’t taste right and donner had a nasty sweaty smell and taste and made me and my partner both sick, boss was then very rude when asked for a refund, refused to give the refund on card, when that’s what we originally payed with, and ended up giving cash - do not recommend

Food never arrived. Called multiple times and the bloke said the food would be arriving in "2 mins" each time, so he was either clueless or a liar - either way don't waste your money here.

Last time they missed food off my order, this time they accepted my order and then half an hour later just cancelled it

After seeing in the new years our party of 8 ordered takeaway the shop was packed and it was very clear the chef was swamped but I take my hat off to you the food was coming out in a orderly fashion and what food all 8 of us had was fresh piping hot and delicious so thank you so much for our pleasant experience especially when under immense pressure. ❤️ happy new year.

Gimmy is really good and makes you feel soo welcomed and he gives the best service he’s amazing!!! And the food in here is really nice and yummy definitely come to this place and have the best customer service from Norwich !

Ordered food from here on a night out, got food poisoning as a result

No ticket system so they forget to make your food then are rude to you when you remind them you're still waiting, waited half hour in store for one simple order whilst watching them make everyone else's who ordered after us.

Please don’t order from here. It’s the worst food I have ever eaten. Rude staff on the phone waited 2 hours for delivery finally arrived at 1:40am and what a disappointment it was chips portion was supposed to be large but was more like a small and they weren’t even cooked properly still raw. Burger meat tasted like dry old rubber and for £17 what an absolute rip off. Seriously save your time and money you could make better yourself at home.

Food quality was awful and it was over an hour late in arriving. Apparently they gave me free food to make up for the lateness which was a complete lie. I don't know what was worse. The poor food quality, the lateness or the complete lie they told.

Scampi was the only thing edible, chips where soggy and wet, burger was soggy and had no cheese even though i ordered with cheese. Late delivery aswell! Worst takeaway i have ever had. Wont be ordering from here again.

We ordered food around 12am and the estimated delivery was at 1:10 and the food never came. We Called around 1:40 To asked where the food was and they said 10 more minutes and the food never came. We called once more and asked for a refund because the food took too long and they told us they didn't want us as customers then hung up on us!! We remained perfectly calm and polite but the ManAger was rude and disrespectful, I am so disappointed, NEVER EVER ORDER FROM HERE

Placed order via just eat for delivery. Turned up quickly and everything was spot on. Kebabs were hot and not greasy (as often get). Salad was separate so hadn’t gone soggy. Will order from these guys again

Been in the back rooms (used to be a delivery driver here) there are literally rats everywhere. Frankly is disgusting please for your own safety do not buy their food.

WARNING - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! The most Tasteless, dry, chewy, bland, basically flavourless pizzas I and my family have ever eaten. Over priced, waited ages. Receive a call to say the driver had been and will now not return. Gave up on the pizza idea, made a snack at home and 45 minutes later the overpriced order arrives with a very unhappy driver. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY

I used to order here frequently everything was amazing but for the last 2 months i ordered here hasnt been great. They used to sell a free pizza if you spent over £20 (which they removed last week). they kept forgetting it and now they removed it. Today i ordered and the pizza is bubbly, the chips were soggy and everything else i ordered wasnt up to its expectations and the order was also late.

Ordered 3 hours ago through just eat, called to ask for details and was told they’d be 10-15 minutes. 1 hour later we called again to ask and were told they’d attempted delivery / called us to no response which isn’t true, there were no missed calls and definitely no knocks on the door.

Ideal for a boozy kebab after a party. I was happy while I was eating. What else do you need?

Hombre gritón y aunque normalmente NO hago ese tipo de pizzas, mis amigos y colegas dijeron que era pasable. No. . . estaba empapado y simplemente no es agradable.

Estaba esperando en la cola para pedir mi comida con mi novio y amigo. Llegamos al frente y el tipo que estaba detrás del mostrador me gritó "apúrate porque no tengo tiempo", así que rápidamente le dije lo que quería pero estaba ocupado mirando a todos los demás. Así que de nuevo me gritó "diciendo, vamos, entonces no tengo tiempo para esperarte", así que le dije otra vez. Mi novio también quería una pizza, pero antes de que pudiera decirle que se marchó y me gritaba por el dinero. Dije que eso no es todo de mi orden y me gritó de nuevo, apúrate, no tengo tiempo. Finalmente recibió las órdenes y pagó, y él se pregunta y se pone de pie con un grupo de chicas que conversan con ellas. (Claramente, todo lo que le importaba era quién los tenía y no a ningún otro cliente de la tienda). Lo más que puedo decir es que nunca he experimentado el servicio al cliente más rudo y horrible de mi vida. Nunca volveré de nuevo.

Took ages. Nice people but was an hour and ten minutes late. Found a little yellow like thing that looks like when you squeeze a blackhead on the pizza. It was a plain margarita so it couldn’t have been from like a vegetable. And the pizza dough was partially raw.

Awful! Ordered food 2 hours ago. Still not here. Was told originally that my food would be delivered at 8:30, called at 9:00 and was told 10 minutes. Called at 9:20 and was told 2 minutes. It’s now 9:30 and still no food. Very rude/unhelpful staff and I’m not holding out much hope for the food either! Would highly recommend avoiding at all costs

I ordered from here very late last night. They forgot half the food I ordered, and delivered the wrong sauce. I called as soon as they opened today, and told them what happened, and was told my order would be delivered again in 40mins. 1hr 15mins goes by, and I hear nothing. When I call them asking what’s happened, they rudely tell me that the delivery man came half an hour ago (??) and they’re not going to give me the money they stole from me. Thankfully just eat has more than a sliver of decency to help me get my money back.

I would never ever advise anyone to go here because the quality of food is much below average, especially for the prices that you pay. There are much better places in Norwich for takeaway food; such as best kebab shop in Norwich, grovenors etc

I put in the wrong address by mistake. Took forever for the redilvery to reach me, I ended up going to him - he kept driving around in a circle, couldn't speak any English. Food was cold and pretty inedible when I finally got it. When I phoned the restaurant to see where delivery was the staff were standoffish on the phone. I wont order from here again. EVER.

We ordered a kebab, cheese sticks and chips. The food came within 20 mins, was fresh, hot and none of the food was greasy or fatty . I will DEFINITELY be ordering from here again!

Worker had an argument with me after not believing I had paid for my pizza. Offered to give me pizza for free if I was telling truth. Had to wait extra 15 mins for him to review the cctv to prove that I had paid. He rescinded his offer to give pizza for free and instead gave me £1 discount when I received pizza. Didn’t want to waste the energy on another argument. Bouncer was nice though, and surprisingly on my side when I was trying to hustle the worker along to review the tapes - justifies the 2 star rating. Would not recommend service though. Most unsatisfactory experience. Suggestive of Norwich NOT being ‘a fine city’.

The chilli sauce was putrid obviously off And the chips were terrible fried in oil at least 2 weeks old, i know this as i work in the kitchen and the food wasn't piping hot... Would not recommend

wasnt happy this time i love it normally but to day the chips cheese and bolonase was very oily the buger buns were burnt and the chips was only about half of what we normally get. not happy this time round and may not order again

Poor customer service and food was cold when It finally got delivered. The excuse was they were busy and had loads of orders. Would definitely not recommend to anybody else. No communication with customers to tell them they are busy so expect delays with delivery. Will be ringing restaurant tomorrow for refund on my food as it is not acceptable

The order was delivered half an hour late, it was the wrong order, and then I found a bone in the food. I called the restaurant and the guy who answered accused me of making it up, and was so rude to me. Terrible customer service, no manners. No time management, and can't get the order right. This has happened before with them too.

Terrible place. Their food is extremely expensive for what it is and when you complain about them messing up your order they will make out as if you're the one in the wrong. Do not order from here at all.

I've enjoyed Siciliano in the past but this time was terrible! I asked for a lamb donor kebab with salad and bbq sauce extra purple pickled cabbage. What I got was a dried up sad excuse for a kebab with no purple salad in sight and a load if thise green chili pickled things... dry af .My partner asked for chocolate ice cream and got cookies and cream..not too different but added to the stress of wasted money. Come on Siciliano! !

Food was not very hot and 20 minutes late, need to be more realistic on delivery times and have better ways to keep food hot. Used yourselves quite regular but this has but us off.

Food was late chips were soggy and cold with the most pathetic amount of cheese small portion for £2.60 not even filled up pizza was also cold had chicken and sweet corn and that was definitely not chicken more like the thinnest rock hard ham in the world only thing I was wanting after the hour long wait baring in mind your 10-15 minutes down the road max was the chocolate fudge cake and you even managed to put that in the box frosting side down so all round rubbish good one guys 👍🏼👍🏼

the delivery was disgusting. In our order we did not find a couple of things, like drinks an etc. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Forks, tissues and other cutlery was not found as well
