Always great food from Siam House—fresh, tasty, and delivered fast. Never had a bad meal. Friendly service too. Definitely recommend.

Order was late. Then when it arrived the food was totally cold. Noodles congealed no flavour to the pad Thai very little chicken. Had 4 spoonfuls and threw it in the bin. One of the worst I've ever had. The starters where also cold and undercooked.

Overall good, but a couple of items missing from the order.

Absolutely stunning Thai food, would definitely eat here again. Highly reccomend.

Got stuck trying to find a place to get dinner on our long drive back from Cumbria and ordered takeaway to this place last minute, upon arrival the warm hearted staff let us sit in out of the cold to eat the amazing food and turned a last minute takeaway into a restaurant experience with complementsry prawn crackers, perfect ending to our little getaway, thanks so much 🇹🇭

Absolutamente horrendo lugar y no comió nada de comida! Hice una orden dijo 30 minutos 1 hora y media después todavía no hay comida después de 2 llamadas de persecución. Es lunes... señora al teléfono no parece molestarse. ¡Otra vez no!

My Delivery time was changed by 40mins and then my order was updated to delivered. When I contacted the restaurant they said it was a mistake and the order was on its way. From order to delivery was 2hrs 13mins!

Not our food !!!!! Can’t get through on the calls

I understand the restaurant was probably very busy but had to wait longer than usual for my food hence the score. Usually really good food from here I love it but the Thai clear soup just tasted very watery and nowhere near the flavour it usually is. It’s a comfort food for me and treat so i was really dissapointed.

We Absolutely hate leaving bad reviews. We are not the kind of people to want to review any local food service, if we have a problem (which is very rare in standish) we contact them directly. In this case we ordered for the first time from siam and unfortunately was left utterly disappointed. We ordered from just eat and even noted that we were first customers (nervous for our first order) we ordered our food for 8pm however our food was delivered 1 hour earlier. Our starters were cold (not forgivable cold - oven now on cold) naturally with that we called them to explain our order was an hour early and although we could let that go our starters were cold. We were advised that they could pick up the order and return at the time we requested. by this time it would be 45mins before our order should have been delievered. so we said no it's okay we will oven our order. We was advised further to "just put it in the microwave". Once we tucked in the food (now heated by us) we found the flavours to be lovely however our main meal (crispy chilli duck) was full of bones. The fish cakes had the texture of Tofu and again we was just furthermore disappointed. Which leads us to this review. We called back to give feedback and let them know we wanted to review but because we don't like giving a bad reviews we would do this directly. The guy on the phone didn't seem bothered. He seemed to try and sound concerned almost smug that he didn't care about our experience. He must have thought that we was after a free meal. . . Do we want free food on our next order? Absolutely not! Because We won't be ordering again. The reviews previous have been great and our friends have highly recommended this place but just based on today and the opportunity we gave for them to rectify this situation has been extremely poor. The communication was poor and sharply cutting me off when I was politely forwarding my concerns was the drive for my final review. Do not order from siam if you want an understanding response if your experience or your meal is not satisfactory. I'd like to add that as small business owners we do nothing but support local businesses. What a shame. I've give 3 stars 🌟 out of kindness and for the flavour. Rainbow chinese Friday nights are back!

Your app said delivery would take 35-50 mins. After purchase, at 17:49, it gave me a window that was 1hr11-1hr31 (19.00-19.20). It was eventually delivered 1hr56mins after ordering at 19:45. I checked the app later on and it was still giving a misleading estimated delivery time of 35-50 mins for new orders. On delivery, the person delivering did not say a word to me and this is also terrible customer service.

Esta es solo mi 3a reseña, ya que solo lo hago cuando merecido u odiado (1 de cada hasta ahora) el entrante de verduras rebozadas era masivo y genial, las comidas principales tenían carne real, no congelada preparada como de costumbre. La carne estaba espectacular. Me costó mucho trabajo incluso averiguar cómo hacer una reseña, ya que soy un géiser de 56 años, así que sabes que lo digo en serio.

The food is amazing, without question, but going from an expected delivery time of 1 hour to 1 hour 45 is a terrible, misleading delay. if I'd have known I was going to be waiting almost 2 hours for my dinner I wouldn't have ordered.

Today I try salmon fillets in red curry sauce, this was amazing. Must have berm 1/2 dozen salmon fillets in, taste gorgeous & very filling with so much fish.

Food never turned up, extremely disappointed over 2 hours late, not answering phone, guests hungry and now have to try somewhere else

Food very tasty as usual, but disappointing delivery time with no communication. The order was marked as delivered on just eat on time, but it did not arrive until almost an hour after this. Phone line constantly engaged. It is a Saturday night so obviously a busy time but orders should not be marked as delivered if this is not the case, this causes confusion to the customer, especially if the phone lines are engaged for enquiries. Be transparent and honest about delays in busy periods!

Absolute perfection! The soup is delicious and everything fresh

Food was tasty flavours wise, but sadly cold when it arrived. It took 1 hour 50 minutes to arrive and was out for delivery for 35 minutes and was marked delivered 20 minutes before it arrived.

Really really good! Prices are very reasonable in terms of items and delivery! Delivery took a while but reasonable for the distance! The best Thai food I have had in the UK by far!

The food was really delicious and the order came really fast. However, they forgot to include the Tofu in my curry which was very disappointing for me as i chose this resturant because of the vegan options and the fact the dish included tofu.

Small premises (hence takeaway or home delivery) with large kitchen. Excellent menu, well-presented authentic cuisine. Quick service, great value. Really friendly team. They deserve to succeed.

All I can say is, if you want proper Thai food then this is the place to go. Eddie the owner is a really nice guy, and he gives you that personal touch. ALL the staff are Thai so you know you are getting the real thing. I'm a regular visitor, you will not be disappointed.

Extremely disappointing. 2 1/2 hour wait for delivery against an advertised 35 - 50 minute delivery time. This is unacceptable by any reasonable standard. Pad Thai lacked flavour

excellent quality as always, just a tad disappointed that they didn't de-shell the jumbo prawns, that I requested in my order note. It would help if when you order a prawn dish you have a specific option as to whether you want shells or not.

The delivery time was far too long (over an hour) and we made a request for pad ka prao was requested to be minced and not sliced and it came sliced. Our requested was ignored.

First time ordering from here. Delivery time was long, but the food was amazing. I’d order again.

I ordered a vegetable green curry and was given a chicken curry. It was really watery and had a layer of oil on the top. It was inedible. No point in ringing to complain as we would have had to travel there to pick up the correct order which is a 30 minute round trip. Will not be visiting again.

Great today, add Phak Todd & Yam Woon Sean Talay. Never had either. The start was delicious, with vegetables & onions with dipping sauce.
