Siam House Thai Takeaway in Wigan

First time we have tried a takeaway from here ... food was fab and piping hot. Would 100% order again !!

Absolutely amazing food, best ever!

But earlier than the rescheduled time

Your app said delivery would take 35-50 mins. After purchase, at 17:49, it gave me a window that was 1hr11-1hr31 (19.00-19.20). It was eventually delivered 1hr56mins after ordering at 19:45. I checked the app later on and it was still giving a misleading estimated delivery time of 35-50 mins for new orders. On delivery, the person delivering did not say a word to me and this is also terrible customer service.

Great food. Kept us advised on delivery and arrived when said they would.

Delicious food but not happy with the delivery. Ordered at 19.17 and arrived at 21.24!!

This is my favourite takeaway and its usually spot on but my food was lukewarm at best

Had several meals from here which have been good but this is the worst. Undercooked vegetables and strange tasting chicken!! Not sure we'll be ordering again.

Ordered online at 4.30 for delivery at 6, arrived at 6.45

The food is amazing, without question, but going from an expected delivery time of 1 hour to 1 hour 45 is a terrible, misleading delay. if I'd have known I was going to be waiting almost 2 hours for my dinner I wouldn't have ordered.

Today I try salmon fillets in red curry sauce, this was amazing. Must have berm 1/2 dozen salmon fillets in, taste gorgeous & very filling with so much fish.

Food very tasty as usual, but disappointing delivery time with no communication. The order was marked as delivered on just eat on time, but it did not arrive until almost an hour after this. Phone line constantly engaged. It is a Saturday night so obviously a busy time but orders should not be marked as delivered if this is not the case, this causes confusion to the customer, especially if the phone lines are engaged for enquiries. Be transparent and honest about delays in busy periods!

Food never turned up, extremely disappointed over 2 hours late, not answering phone, guests hungry and now have to try somewhere else

3rd time we’ve ordered as first 2 times were fantastic. Tonight the food was not good. It lacked flavour, disappointing

Food was tasty flavours wise, but sadly cold when it arrived. It took 1 hour 50 minutes to arrive and was out for delivery for 35 minutes and was marked delivered 20 minutes before it arrived.

Really really good! Prices are very reasonable in terms of items and delivery! Delivery took a while but reasonable for the distance! The best Thai food I have had in the UK by far!

The food was really delicious and the order came really fast. However, they forgot to include the Tofu in my curry which was very disappointing for me as i chose this resturant because of the vegan options and the fact the dish included tofu.

Disappointed ordered at 7.45pm the app said 35min wait. 22.15 and food still not arrived despite the restaurant saying it is on its way for over an hour!

Amazing chicken green curry and coconut rice. My wife who's never been into thai was won over tonight.

Small premises (hence takeaway or home delivery) with large kitchen. Excellent menu, well-presented authentic cuisine. Quick service, great value. Really friendly team. They deserve to succeed.

All I can say is, if you want proper Thai food then this is the place to go. Eddie the owner is a really nice guy, and he gives you that personal touch. ALL the staff are Thai so you know you are getting the real thing. I'm a regular visitor, you will not be disappointed.

excellent quality as always, just a tad disappointed that they didn't de-shell the jumbo prawns, that I requested in my order note. It would help if when you order a prawn dish you have a specific option as to whether you want shells or not.

Had another meal delivered today from Siam House Thai takeaway. Easy to order on the phone, delivered promptly, hot and ALWAYS great flavours , fantastic food.

The delivery time was far too long (over an hour) and we made a request for pad ka prao was requested to be minced and not sliced and it came sliced. Our requested was ignored.

First time ordering from here. Delivery time was long, but the food was amazing. I’d order again.

I ordered a vegetable green curry and was given a chicken curry. It was really watery and had a layer of oil on the top. It was inedible. No point in ringing to complain as we would have had to travel there to pick up the correct order which is a 30 minute round trip. Will not be visiting again.

THE BEST Thai takeaway for miles. If you like Thai food you will LOVE this place. Can’t recommend them enough

Great today, add Phak Todd & Yam Woon Sean Talay. Never had either. The start was delicious, with vegetables & onions with dipping sauce. The main was glass noodle seafood salad, very beautiful and spicy. Had all searched in it, loads of prawns, clans etc. Beautiful food, I've never had anything bad from here,

Food was nice but it took 1 hr 30 mins to deliver one curry and rice, drink was also missing. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this issue from Siam, was promised the drink would be delivered later but it never was.

Fantastic takeaway fir thai food. All fresh ingredients and the flavors were amazing. Would highly recommend for a family get together. We had 22 members if our family round and everyone enjoyed the experience. All good arrived very hot and no mistakes saying it was such a a large order. Also it was ready within 1 hours. We've been getting takeaways from here for ages. Always really food, far better than any of the other takeaways in the area. Portion sizes are generous and the food isn't too oily or fatty like other places It's good for vegans and vegaterians too; the tofu massaman is top notch 🤌

The crispy duck and the Tom yum soup was delicious. However the fried rice dish was horrible, it tasted like it had been cooked in cabbage water. There was no other flavour in it besides really strong cabbage. Food was hot and delivery time was great
