Showtime in Kirklees

Fantastic food, friendly staff, decent drinks! Can't express how underrated this place is and honestly the food is better than half the places charging double the price! Only gripe I have is the manager ( I think) was extremely bad tempered and kept snapping at the bar staff for things he could have sorted in half the time

Came here to watch the football and it was good very welcoming regardless of sports fans or not and if I was local would recommend watching sports in here, also looked like a great place to play pool and shuffle board! Lots of space and such friendly and helpful staff!

Called into here to watch the football, early evening on a Saturday. Not too busy ample tv's showing sport plus pool tables and shuffleboard. Good selection at the pumps, varied bottles in the fridge, etc. service was affable and efficient. Decided to have a snack here, went for the build-a-burger, pleased I did, tasty,decent size, well priced and arrived in a reasonable time. All in all a good place to start our evening.

Very disappointed. Terrible customer service - rude and unhelpful, football screens distorted and very unclean! Will never go back!

As a fresher, I tried everywhere I could in Huddersfield and this has to be the worst experience I have ever had. Rude staff members that were threatening customers Horrible door staff Some random old men were being really creepy and after a group complained about it nothing happened. Which is appalling these days with such spikings.

Customer service is bad! Only mălina offers great customer service, she derverses to be a manager! Please please give her a higher role!

Probably the most appalling customer service I've ever experienced. Ordered drinks for me and a friend one night at our table in the outdoor area with the barcode scanner thing. Friend went to the toilet but then was made to queue for over half an hour to get back to the table in the outdoor bit. When he finally got back to the table, our drinks had still not arrived. Tried to ask floor staff about this but they just told me to be patient. Asked bouncer who was proper rude if I could go to the bar to ask about my drinks but he said I would then have to queue up again to get back to my table. Well whatever so I went to the bar. When I explained the situation to the lady at the bar she basically screamed at me 'How is that my fault though??!!' and did her best to make a big bloody scene instead of just trying to sort it out. All the other staff then basically started treating me like a problem customer and I was then accused of having been 'abusive' which is apparently their word for slightly annoyed complaining, ive never been a nasty or abusive sort of person so was quite upset being accused of that. I then had to show one of the staff my table and he told me it was him who had delivered that order and while he didn't actually remember giving me the drinks at my table (because he didn't) he thought he probably had so he would give me more drinks or a refund but basically only begrudgingly while suspecting me of trying to pull a fast one or something. Lovely. So I'm just like 'give me a refund im done here'. Stood at bar while they were reluctantly sorting the refund out, but it was taking so long and they were still being rude and trying to argue with me so I just lost my patience and told em eff the refund and walked out. First time I've left a review like this, feels a bit petty maybe but it honestly really bothered me and I wanted to get it off my chest.

Watch the football on the 22nd, The staff were all lovely. The atmosphere was great, and lots of TVs. I really enjoyed my time there and will be returning for the next England match

Bro they watered down our drinks what a scammmm. SMH.. drinks tasted like watered down versions of them

Good for pool, everything else is just a bit meh, cold inside, beer garden gets no sun, drinks quite expensive.

Absolute unit, can make a great old fashioned, great lad with conversation. Bar skills and biceps as big as my head
