A very nice experience here. Food was tasty and the service very efficient. They have a sophisticated feature where you can press the buzzer at your table and the waiting staff will attend to you. I haven't seen this before and it is very useful to have.

What a lovely local restaurant in east London close to Upton Park station ! I can only say that the for was absolutely lovely and teasty! For was served in a very decent timely manner with is a plus! CONGRATULATIONS TO THE KITCHEN STAFF! I have a few suggestions to lift up your location with is amazing with a lovely potential. Please take into consideration the way your waiting staff is dressed as when I served my lunch there uniforms were dirty with is unacceptable, please try to paint the wall on the left side one more time as you can clearly see the waves from the old painting and on the right side on the bottom where the tree is please fix the cracked wall i have provided you with photos. Bathroom has a posh vibe but you must make sure it is properly cleaned and disinfected and a freshener should be in place. Your bar is in need of some fresh paint as well and make sure is clean as all customers can directly sell it . The vibe of your location is absolutely nice the interior is done nice but please do the finishes touches. Your food is lovely keep it up! CONGRATULATIONS! The reason I only give one star for the service is because you waiting staff didn't have clean uniforms. I will be back so I can review the service.

I made an order for myself and my mum who were not well we decided on a Meal each from this restaurant! When the delivery came and we opened it we found that the main component of our meals were not in the bag! This is the second time this restaurant has done this to me I gave them a chance and now they've done it again they have refused to send the rest of our meal! He told me to go back to company I bought through and ask them for a refund! I am more than sure that this man would not allow this to happen to his mother he showed her and myself no compression as it is the restaurants fault! I'm not saying the food is bad but I cannot order from them again not after making this post as my food would possibly be tampered with! I always thought the food was good but the people are not careful to make sure that the order is in the bag before they send it with the Courier! If you're going to eat their food please go there don't have my experience I ended up having to drag myself into the kitchen to make something for us both I suppose I should have done that to begin with but I don't feel well!

My friend and me really thought we found our to go place but not pretty sure now First time we went everything was lovely The second time idk why but everything wasn’t the best. All food felt like its the frozen chapatis which you get in Tesco was really disappointing. The chefs definitely don’t look professional in there coz how could you give mouldy food and when you say chapatis in the menu please give freshly made it’s something all Indian chefs can make. And how could you just give something mouldy Also chhole was the prepacked one like bought from Tesco and reheated fr I could do this food at home why would I come here Service was fine Disappointing and won’t come back

Today, on 03/02/25 around 2 PM, I had a disappointing experience at Shine’s Pure Veg, where I encountered significant delays and unhelpful customer service. Initially, a lady welcomed us warmly, and we appreciated her respectfulness in providing us with a table—specifically, table number three—and a menu before we sat down. When we asked for sweet tea, she assured us it would be no problem. However, when I inquired about the karak chai advertised for £1, she informed me that the offer had ended. A few minutes later, another group of female customers asked about the karak chai and received a different response: the same lady told them that it was only available for takeaway at £1. I then asked about the price of one piece of sweet, and she mentioned that it was packaged for £15 per kilogram. However, when we went to pay the bill, we noticed that each sweet was charged at £2.50. This didn’t make sense; if £15 is the price per kilogram, how could one piece cost £2.50? Despite asking her twice for clarification on the price, she only repeated that it was £15 per kilogram. Overall, our experience was very unsatisfactory, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. I look forward to hearing from you regarding this matter.

Nice place to have tea and eat a pastry

I wish I could give 0 stars! The momos aren’t momos but some frozen dumplings. The chat had one tablespoon yogurt (that too watered down) !! I don’t understand how these restaurants operate and make fool of customers?? Like absolutely different from the photos they have put.

Today I visited this place. This is one of the most unhealthy and unhygienic places I’ve been to. There is a typical bad smell coming in this restaurant. The plates were so bad that you can see the dirt on the tissue in the photo. Expecting customers to have food in this plate is so unhygienic. Used tissues were lying on the sofa. There was some curry stuck to the cutlery pot. Even the glasses and the cutleries were so bad that you can’t even think to have food and drinks in them. I would never go back at this place. I would like to have my refund back of £34.73 for my food.

This time we had a snack and tea from Shinde. Food was delicious as usual. One thing I should mention is to be "Kalyan" the one who served us. Everything was on time. Of course it was not that busy but he keep an eye on customers even he was busy with the task,and was present on time when needed. Excellent keep on going. Absolutely delicious food! The only small issue was that we ordered an entirely vegan meal of about six different dishes, and for some reason they sent it with a can of dairy based chocolate milk which we didn't order! For a place based around vegetarian and vegan food, this was a surprisingly insulting thing to do, though I'm sure it wasn't intentional. If people order six vegan dishes, it's probably because they're vegan!

I had their Samosa chaat and It was barely anything. I felt like I paid £2.50 for just chana. There was barely half a samosa in there, it took them good 10-15 mins to make it and honestly it was a pure waste of my money. I would rather pay a pound extra and get a really good samosa chaat that at least has samosa in it rather than eat here again. Extremely dissatisfied and don't recommend.

curry was the worst I had till date. To be honest shouldn't be named paneer butter masala, should be tomato puree with cottage cheese. that's exactly what it was.

I'm a little bit disappointed, I ordered food from here seeing the good reviews on Deliveroo. I'm on a weight loss diet so I ordered as a treat. I got Pav Bhaji and Paneer Manchurian. I asked for the Manchurian dry but it was saucy, it was nice though. The pav bhaji was really runny. Pav bhaji is meant to be a mashed vegetable dish, but this felt more like a soup. The flavour was nice but it was difficult to scoop up much with the bread because it was so runny. It's a shame because if the texture was how it normally should be with pav bhaji, it would have been nicer.

I came here for first time ,and the food is very delicious and also the staff is very polite and one special person Nihal guys ,who give me very good service.i would recommend to visit.

Food was so soggy. I ordered tandoori momos and Aloo paratha from there it looks like they also got it ready made from somewhere else and I also got hair in aloo partha moreover the staff was not wearing caps even they are working in food industry(not following foods & saftey guidelines)

Worst customer service. Waited for 30 mins to give order. Staff was so rude they were literally ignoring. It was not busy at all. Still the girl at the counter purposely ignored me. After 30 mins -They asked me to order online instead of taking order and again made me wait for another 30 mins. Very poor customer service. Other tables were also not clean.

Shinde’s is a little gem of an eatery on Green Street if you want to enjoy authentic Indian vegetarian street food. My favourites are ‘dahi puri’ and ‘samosa chaat’. I was served by the Lovely Patrick and Ashish duo. Thank you so much ! I will be back the next time I travel to London - Rosie
