My breakfast order took 25 minutes, when comes wrong & cold. Never to go back Eastham McD's again, I once run the store (109 & 37) SAD & DISAPPOINTING it come like this

Racist , fight back for no reason , work for only one til and don’t serve customers properly

Also acts as a place for people to relax or rest for a while or have a little break during their journey. Restrooms are available to the community in conjunction with Newham council. Place is relatively clean.

I was very disappointed with the order I had, the items I ordered were changed and it's not the first time, it's just that until now it wasn't serious and I said it happens, but now it really exceeded all limits to sell 12 chicken burgers that double cheeseburger is not ok

Service very bad ..They work randomly.Then didn’t maintain any discipline.If someone order the food they need to wait long time. I talked with shift manager Sumon he spoked with me rudely and not only me I saw that he talked with the delivery driver very rudely. I got very disappointed with his behaviour just unbelievable.

Ordered fries and couldn’t believe how fresh and hot they were!! Thank you! The food has not been fresh the last few times I have ordered but they were so tasty this time.

7mins after original latest arrival time and changes constantly, just needed it within stated time estimated. However a bonus with the order is it arrived with extra food that was actually appreciated

I didn’t note the code and the driver said it’s a new policy to insist on the delivery code. Please put a note on the site to remind customers of this, as it has never been insisted upon before, in quite such a demanding manner.

Mc Donald’s is alright this one always takes forever for some of the lowest amounts of food even when there is nobody there I would recommend if u don’t mind waiting half an hour for some chippys

I ordered a cappuccino and got a latte

Delivery took 1 hour instead of 15 mins on just eat utter shambles all blaming each other crazy 🤪

Food is always warm, They will try to help you where possible if you ask, and you can eat without being hassled. It can get very busy and you may have to wait for your order, but this is normal in a busy fast food restaurant.

Didn’t enjoy these chicken Big Macs, so won’t order again. Very carelessly put together, box not properly closed, sauce smeared everywhere and the burger was half out of the package. You live and learn.

Delivery was perfect but quality of food was absolutely awful. The fish patty in the fish o fillet was stale and hardly had any fish in the patty. Abysmal. Chips were not fresh either. Standard of McDonalds has really slumped. No wonder their sales are poor. I ordered a few weeks ago and good quality was long great then either. Don’t know why I bother.

The drink were spilt In the bag half of it was gone and the whole bag was socking wet.

I ordered £25 worth of food and seen I should have received free nuggets as I spent over £20 and never received them.

Worst mc Donald's I ever seen i ordered twice from this branch last it was wrong burger and now second time all the dips were missing and the fries too bad. I'm not going to order again from this branch ..

The order was fine but the raspberry sauce was missing from the Milky Way Raspberry Ripple Mc Flurry, despite removing the Milky Way chocolate drops from the order.

Nuggets were stale and cold. Delivery time was spot on but that doesn’t mean that the food was cooked fresh. Nuggets had been sitting around for a while in the restaurant and then they were delivered to us. Not happy hence the crsp eating I have given. If u order food then the food should not be stale.

Good service all round. Too much sauce. Please try to putt less sauce in it. Thanks.

Food quality has gone down drastically, fries aren’t fresh, chicken nuggets were dry, I request bbq dips they failed to put them in, poor service. Burgers have been chucked together. The ilford branch, in my opinion is better. I will use them going forward.

I have received wrong items, I paid extra for x2 munchies cookie standard mcflurry but I received x2 mini munchies cookie mcflurry instead. Not happy :(

The delivery services were faster than I thought. It was right on time even though there were expected delays. I am very pleased and satisfied with the quality of food and your delivery services.

The food come cold, the bread was off and old . The chips cold and dry .

I ordered a double sausage and egg muffin meal and did not receive the full order. the hash browns and drink arrived fine but I did not receive the muffin itself.

Bought some fires as takeaway. Went to collect. It was so dirty in there. The floors are sticky. Got back home and realised they gave us mouldy fries.

delivery was amazing as per usual it’s always the cold chips and over cooked food and the apple pie tasted so stale i couldn’t eat it and was disgusting

This branch needs a lot of improvement. At lunchtime there are obviously a lot of customers, but only one person was giving out orders. Waited over 15 mins for my order of simple cheeseburger and fries. Also there are only 4 order touch screens and one was broken. Avoid at busy times unless you are willing for an unreasonably long wait

The guy didnt even bring it. The address that was put onto the order wasnt confirmed, so the food wasnt delivered. Trying to contact your customer service team didnt work either.

Disgusting disgusting and disgusting the entire thing was ruined and all the food is inedible this is actually disgusting and horrible. What kind of horrid delivery person does this, he had no shame too just jeering and making it our fault. now we have to clean the front of our porch of drinks and food he left there to spill!
