Can get pretty hectic, wait times… well, let’s just say you can get a partner, marry, and complete the whole process of buying a house before you get your order of a cheeseburger and small fries. But pricing is really good

If you require any breakfast these guys tailor your burger to your needs always. Great staff and quite helpful

This branch needs a lot of improvement. At lunchtime there are obviously a lot of customers, but only one person was giving out orders. Waited over 15 mins for my order of simple cheeseburger and fries. Also there are only 4 order touch screens and one was broken. Avoid at busy times unless you are willing for an unreasonably long wait. PS. Got breakfast there yesterday and the wait was still long and they got my order wrong

Just another local McDs; nothing too special. Good to see it still on the high street for a quick fast food dine - in / takeaway whatever the occasion.

I found the ketchup sauce on the top of the ice cream which was already melted.

When asking for a barbecue sauce they were being RUDE and ignore me then I asked how much it would’ve been and it said 1 pound for the SMALL pot of barbecue and then the all the workers decided to get onto me and my group and told us that we can’t get more if we only got one chips.

Food was missing, seal was broken and everything was so cold. The chips had been dumped in a bag with two chips sleeves floating on top. I understand if the business is busy, just notify me with better integrity. Don't rush it and a make a mockery of my transaction.

I love McDonald's and the staff are always lovely. However the toilets are an absolute wreck There is water splashed over the floor and there is no soap in the canister. Other than that the atmosphere is wonderful. Would recommend.

Order arrived and the drink had spilled in the delivery drivers bag.I told him I couldn't accept it as most of the drink was gone ,he said it was packed wrong and asked if he could put it in my bin which was fine as there was virtually nothing of it left.

I had gotten the wrong order on the bag it stays mc crispy when i ordered mcspicy and in the bag was a mc crispy too

sadly asked fir no cheese in my filet-o-fish and instead they made it with cheese and no tartar sauce.

i didnt receive ketchup sauce and curry sauce. no sauce

I order for someone on a regular basis. The courier rang on the usual door bell but I had tapped in the last digit of the code wrong - 0298 rather than 0297. The courier didn't want to hand over food. Isn't this taking delivery security too far?

This is by far the worst McDs I go to and the bad part is it's my local one. You're lucky if you got your food in a timely manner and it all comes together at the same time. For example If you order a muffin with hash browns the muffin will come out, sit on the side for minutes because they never have hash browns ready. The staff walk around like they don't want to be there and customers are an inconvenience to their day. Today I called in to collect my breakfast to find they had decided to clean the fryers in the middle of the breakfast serving times. Organisation doesn't seem to matter here. Avoid this one, go to Beckton, Dagenham or Leytonstone which are all excellent.

We ordered 2 pancake and sausage meals - there were no hash browns with them or syrup. I complained about the hash browns straight away and the money was refunded but there was no way of complaining about the missing syrup in both and butter in one
