Dixy Chicken London in Newham

Very bad services provided by staff . I had to visit there for iftaar party. They forget to put some stuff in my bag which already I paid for it. When I was check at that time , and tell to them , they are talking with each other . And blaming on each other and then check my bag if I am lying or not. It’s very disappointed.

The chips were cold and hard , had to bin them all , the burger was pink inside so that also went to waste

I’ve tried their chicken strip burger, chicken wings and chips. In chicken strip burger they put two chicken strips with mayonnaise & lettuce. I think they should also put some other sauce like burger sauce to make more tasty. They have good economical deals.

One of the worst service and food I had in my life. The owner was very rude with us. The filet burger size was too small as we buy meal for £5.50 each. While serving he was not greeting us and After finishing our he said to clear their tray and table. He’s word was very bad, highly not recommended this restaurant or take way.

There has definitely been an improvement at this branch. The food was ALL freshly made, cooked and packed to perfection. Seasoned perfectly and in perfect portions. Nothing was left out. Thank you very much and very well done. 👍🏻

Super fast delivery. Wings could have had another few mins of Cooking. There must have been a mix up in the order leading to ALL 16 wings being coated in bbq sauce instead of 4. Food was freshly made. I will definitely stick to the barking road branch.

Ordered at 18:12 and the food arrived at 19:13. Delivery driver going the wrong direction and took ages, didn’t even apologise and acted like he didn’t understand me

Today visited the store and there were two service guys. I ordered food that was £2 he said the minimum card payment was £5 again he said he could take £3. I asked them why they passed £5 min. The second guy said I should pay £5 even if I take for £3 food. And he argued with me. After that, he said he did not provide food to me. His behaviour like stupid. Within a second he spoke with me loudly. He doesn't provide food for me. Maybe he takes 💉 or alcohol at work time. His name was Ashraf.

Food Review: I ordered food for the family. Missing 6 wings portion also missing burger. Tried ringing 5 times its a mobile nunber no one answers. Food was awful. No taste. Never again. Should have trusted my gut instinced after looking at recent reviews.

Delivery was on time. Food was stone cold. Not a great idea to put a freezing cold drink in same bag as hot food.

Food is great but the service is ridiculous. Last two orders they ‘forgot’ food in our order, after we paid for fries, there are no fries. Double check what they give you before they leave. Cheeky guy at the counter also tried to tell me that if I wanted two legs in my 2 piece chicken meal it was £1 extra - they’ll try and rip you off in any way

Bought a £7 fried chiken bucket as take away, as we started eating them we foung the big pieces of chicken smells like rotten meat, were tasting so wierd and disgusting that we had to throw them in the bin. The person who served me was an Asian. Litrellay these people are playing with our lives. I was worried for my kids too as they did consumed some bits without realising.......Be careful they are mixing freshly fried checken with rotten pieces.... Pure evil.....it seems they sold their imaan for money.... I will never buy anything from. This Dixy chicken again.

Fried chicken tasted old and bland. Guy was stingy with tissue, literally gave me one, and when I asked for more, he gave me one more. And the tray was sticky with grease which was gross. They didn't have wet wipes to clean your hands. Don't accept card for anything under £2. Do not recommend.

Great tasting fast food at reasonable prices. Their family bucket of 4 mega burgers, 4 chips, 12 hot wings and a bottle of drink costs £24 (used to be £18 before but still decent for price)

Chicken seemed been cooked three days ago, dry. Fries the same. Food is not even fresh even. Chicken wings way too small and dry, I guess everything was cooked three days ago, I'm sure it wasn't cooked that moment I ordered. Poor service as always. Restaurants like this must be closed for good.

If you're white you will e treated with a lot of respect in this shop.if you're a freshy they will talk to you like an animal. They give large wings abd portions to English customers. I've heard this place not halal

Hey Epicures! Visited Dixy Chicken recently which is situated at East Ham, London. Food i tried here Strip burger meal which includes : ➡️1 Strip Burger ➡️1 Fries ➡️1 drink of your choice Example : Cocacola, Thumbsup, Mirinda, Fanta, Pepsi or Mountain Dew etc. It costed me around 3.50 Pounds. Pricing is reasonable need to imrpove the quality of chicken and burgers.

It's alright for a chicken shop I ordered the wings and there were alright cooked well and decent size wings. It is a bit greasy which not a fan but definitely recommend trying.

Run by Asians but Asian customers get treated poorly. No thank you or please only reserved for non Asian customers. I sat there for 40 minutes noticed the guy only gave a choice of sauces to non Asians. But non Asians had to ask. Self hating. Plus side food has improved

The food was cold and stale as if it has been sat in the cold for a long time even the Mayo in the burger tasted stale and powdery! The burger also smelt really weird and off. I could go into more detail but the drink was the best part. If there’s another chicken shop/dixy local to you, order from there instead.

Personally for me I’ve never had a bad experience here as customer service has always been good. Strip burgers and the wings are nice here (wings can be pink sometimes inside but have never been sick or had food poisoning here honestly) good for a quick bite to eat!

The chicken was awfully crisp and I thought it nearly took a filling out. The chicken shop didn’t even consider my notes that I left for the kitchen.

Chicken wings are sometimes nicely cooked, sometimes poorly cooked and cold. The chips on the other hand are almost always excellent.

Good thing is, it's HMC certified.

Avoid this place. They give you stale food!! It's the worst dixy I've ever eaten at. I ordered burgers and they gave me pre-cooked ones, cold and stale. Really they should fry them when the customer orders them. This was my first and last time here. Never going to eat here ever.
