was not ready on time some portions were very small

Have food allergy and clearly stated this in the notes that was ignored. Burgers were a mess and chilli sauce all over the chips which we didn’t ask for so kids wouldn’t eat them. Sent all the wrong drinks and when I phoned to try and correct was disregarded and nothing sorted, was told that’s how the food comes and if I have allergy not to order. Needs closing down disgusting service and would never order again. Much better food places in the area

Very unhygienic. Found two hairs in my pizza. Also found a hair on my chips previously. Was very hungry and expecting good quality food but instead had a unpleasant experience. Spent hard earnt money on this. Very disappointing and will never order from them again. The staff do not wear hair nets to cover their beard or gloves which is poor hygiene practice. Please do better !!

Amazing food excellent value for money

All the food was ok apart from the donner in my meat stack. The donner had a horrible off meaty taste to it had to take it out the burger. It tasted so bad i had to spit it out. Iv been eating here all my life and your donner meat used be nice. This what happens when you buy cheap bucket donner i don’t think il be ordering from her again

Absolutely ridiculous, disrespectful and rude service!! I received a burnt garlic half and when I rang about it the so called manager baciiallily told me to like it or lump it it he is manger and had made my my food! Not what I expected to hear even after explaining how I’ve been a regular customer (walk in most of the times) but this guy seriously knows to know his manners, respect and professionalism which point he point blank spoke to me so rudely & disrespectfully! .. not recommended this o

Ordered 4 pizzas however was only given 2 sauce tubs which was quite short

wasn’t even bbq pizza at all was more like tandoori with jalapeños on and spicy for kids.!

Delivery very weak. He slammed the door, put the food on the step, didn't even wait for me to open. He left without even making sure the food was mine, leaving the food at risk of being stolen or destroyed.

Was delivered on time but everything was horrible and sour tasting. I don't usually leave bad reviews and feel bad for doing this but food was so bad, everything went in the bin. The donner kebab and burger was off and had a weird vinegar like smell. The donner on pizza was the same and the rest of toppings were completely bland.

the hygiene is very bad the person serving uses no gloves handles money and dips it into the fish batter and doesn't wash his hands once very bad hygiene

Food was so greasy that the chips and fish were soggy. When took out of the bag the paper wrapping fell apart because it was soaked in grease.had to be binned

I got my mum the fish burger after 3 decades and she agreed it tastes just like it did all those years ago. Full Nostalgia. Such a great meal, filling, I would def recommend!

I sent my kids to get 2 box of chips.Guess what took 35 minutes.kids wasn't happy.not enough sauce on top what a waste of time and money.kids decide will never ever go to this horrible place.kids is kids.where is the customer service? R u kids too?

Whilst the speed at which the food was prepared (all within 15mins) was fantastic, the end results were pretty good not great. The kebab special burger was truly amazing and the same could be said for the pizzas. Just brilliant. The masala chips and chips were too oily and the batter too firm. The fish itself was particularly spicy though cooked through perfectly.

My fish was burnt how can u sent some 1 burnt fish

Good was terrible. Frozen fish, frozen chips. Couldn’t eat it. Spoke to take away who were not willing to resolve the situation so had to get a refund via just eat. I will not eat this food again. Disgusting. Do not waste your money.

Food quality was not as good as previous still good but prices gone up and quality not as good and food not as hot as normal but they was busy and I hope that is why I will try again and hope it’s back to normal

Just bought Fish & chips Sheek kebab and Samosa. This was the worst food I have had. The fish was so oily that the paper was dripping. The kebab felt like it was fried last week and heated up in the microwave. Save your money and health and eat somewhere else.

Chip butty special and fish butty were lovely. Samosas came piping hot too, just a shame one of the mint sauces had spilt all over the bag

Simple, fast, efficient - delivered in a no-frills plastic bag, but still hot. Fish not too covered in batter like some and not over-cooked. Chips like decent oven chips but plenty of them so you can get all the best ones and not mind.

For the price, the portion was beyond expectation. The food was lovely, arrived ontime and tasty

I have to say I’ve been ordering Shezan for years! Everything has always been spot on! It’s has been my go to comfort food and the recipes have never changed which is the best bit. Nothing fancy just good food no frills! And the prices have always been great!

I purchased 2 £4.00 fish and chips meals but I only got half a fish in both meals ...not happy with the purchase other than that everything else was good.

Just had masala fish n chips from here after been recomended by friends not pleased at all over cooked/burned batter raw from inside disgusted

Fish n chips were nice n fresh. Fusion burger was tasty. Tandoori chicken burger was nice. Tower burger was loaded with meat. Meat stack was good too. Chips were fresh.

Donner was hard was not fresh , chips were oily was looking forward to this meal but very disappointed wont be ordering again and would not recommend

Quick delivery. Masala fish was nice but not a fan of their normal fish and chips. Not your traditional chippy shop style fish and chips. Very big portions though. Will try some of their other delicacies soon

The driver delivered wrong order had to wait thinking will be picking up the food and bringing right one. nope!!! So frustrating food was all cold had to trash it waiting all that time!!!

Food delivered piping hot. Fish was nice the batter was just amazing. Chips a plenty very generous and fantastic value for money. 2 small draw backs. Chips are more like french fries than chipshop chips could do with being a touch thicker. Paper wrapping a little flimsy. But otherwise very good.

Never heard of Shezan before but thought I would give it a try and I must say the food was perfect! Chips were nicely done and good amount I must add. The fish was nice and flakey with a nice crispy batter such a simple dish which many get wrong. The massala fish was amazing love how they add the spices then add the batter it retains the spices for a mouthwatering taste. Definitely going to order again.

Born with these Fusion Indian Burgers like Samosa Burger etc. Only to be found in my Hometown of Batley of England and are delicious for lunch. All the best Shezan

Brilliant food very friendly staff

Ordered fish and chips,kabab burger and chips and donner and chips. Fish and chips were soogy,kabab burger was like from roadkill and donner was so thin the donner was not good for anyone to digest. Lastly the menu on the website is old so ring before you go. I recommend to scrap this place and go to fishano on Halifax road Dewsbury for better eating experience. Plus fishano do a excellent gluten free fish and chips.

Food taste delicious and fresh every time I have been here.

Have some serious health and safety violations. They fry chips, meat, donner and fish in the same fryer! If someone had an allergy of any kind, that would be enough to kill them off! In terms of the food itself, it's very average and can't really go wrong for the price.

Top notch food. Been coming here since I was a toddler and it never disappoints. Don't be afraid of the Muslim owners, they are very friendly! Try the famous Special Kebab Sandwich!

I think I'm addicted to the shezan fish burger, n the sauce they put on the chips, its a nice takeaway with a good atmosphere its family run n excellent value for money.

Their kebabs are the best around... I love this place... Great small local business.... Go on try it...
