I’ve just spent a very enjoyable 3 days at Sheepgate Equestrian Centre supporting my friend whilst she was Dressage Training under the watchful eye of Sarah Payne. Although a non-rider myself, it was plain to see that the knowledge Sarah possesses and the kind and gentle manner that she uses to nurture her pupils along was a joy to watch. No matter what level you ride at, this lady will, with no doubt at all, help you along your journey. Sheepgate is a family run business run by the most pleasant people where nothing is too much trouble, Sarah, Mark, Kate, Lily and their staff are the most delightful and helpful people you could wish to meet, and I would guarantee you would finish your visit, however long, with a smile on your face. Thank you all, we will be back sooner than you think for more Training, Shopping, Banter and of course the cakes!!

Lovely coffee shop situated in a brilliant equestrian store. The staff are friendly and accommodating and the coffee and cake options are brilliant to sustain you on an epic shopping trip. Free wifi makes catching up online over a cuppa very easy. Lovely selection of equestrian and doggy goods to browse and purchase and can easily fill in a few hours. On competition days a lovely cafe is available opposite which does an amazing breakfast. ALL DAY!!!! As they like to say - Sheepgate (definitely WELL WORTH THE JOURNEY).

This small coffee corner in the tack & Tog shop at the Sheepgate Equestrian centre serves one of the best Cappuccino's that we have found around the Boston area. Made in a barista machine with freshly ground beans the drink has a full creamy foam and a full coffee flavour. We visited mid-week and it was very quiet but this is likely to be very different at weekends and when there are events

What a lovely little place we popped in for breakfast and nothing was too much trouble. The food was well cooked and and Julie didn’t mind the children picking the bits they wanted from the breakfast

Stopped here to get a coffee and so pleased we did. The coffee latte was very smooth and nice and the cafe was clean and very well presented. I'm not really keen on fresh food being exposed to all and
