Best place I’ve ever been for shawarma, honestly they treat you with so much happiness even at the end of there closing time they still look after me with delicious food

Went for the 1st time a week ago on way back from an evening out, sat in and i could not believe how cheap it was and tasty and the lads running the place very freindly, so good i went the day after 🤣

The food here is authentic. They have a variety of good food. They make Kurdish samoon and this makes the food so much better. Have visited a few times and will definitely go again.

Really good food with a generous portion. The chicken shawarma was very good, lightly spiced with subtle flavours and cooked just right. The chicken pizza is lovely too, better than some pizza places. Very good prices compared to other places on the same road.

Just beyond of imagination of quality of food, services and keep ordering and collecting again and again. Can't fault it. £3.50 for a regular Sharma. Best of its kind in whole of Manchester. Thank you guys.

I visited Shawma House Ltd. today between 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. I ordered item number 10, which was a Donner kebab on rice. The menu price was £7.50, but I was charged £10. Additionally, I purchased a nan for an extra £0.50, but I did not receive a drink. While the £3.50 difference may seem insignificant, it is concerning to consider the potential financial gain if this practice is repeated with numerous customers over time. I can not definitively state whether this was an honest mistake or a deliberate overcharging practice, but it was my first experience at this establishment, and it raises concerns about their business practices. As a recommendation, I would advise customers to double-check their receipts and charges when making contactless payments to ensure accuracy.

One of the best Shawarma places around - the lamb shawarma is my go to. I get it on a plate or as a wrap. It's excellent either way. The restaurant is super clean with very friendly staff. I love going there by myself and with friends.

The people serving very happy energetic and positive vibes even at 11PM bravo guyz.. My kids loved the shawarma... I would definitely make this place for go to shawarma. Found the Kebab to taste nice. However whenever I have been service has been slow and poor. Fatayer was burnt and shawarma didn’t taste fresh.. need a consistent approach to ensure regular customer turnover.

Awful, this is one to avoid. Shawarma tasted awful too much salt and strange flavour. Chips well undercooked and soggy despite having lots of time to cook them. Bread tasteless, naan awful.

Service was excellent only bettered by the food. All cooked fresh and the quality was unbeatable. Enough that we drove 45 mins to get here. We had the family meal deal and it was great value for money with take away for the left overs. Nothing too much and the price is spot on

Worst service, ordinary food , okay price Served kebabs without naan bread and that took another 5-10 minutes. Naan bread is absolute rubbish, poor quality and size. Asked for well-done received half cooked. No tissues Only fatayer was reasonable quality Neighbouring bbq village food is much better but don't have enough seating space Won't survive in cheetham hill with this food and service.

Tonight 16th August, was so so so horrible experience, rudely took my order the atender was using the same hand with gloves takes money is the same to handle the food ( bread, meat and salad. He was cleaning the sweaty on his face and hair in his T-shirt. Zero higiene. To get worse the same guy started to build 2 kebabs with what he wanted and not me. He put special souse that I didn’t wanted and asked to replace them and he didn’t like . He left my order to take orders and left my order. When i saw he doing the same things no higiene i just asked for my money back. I’m really feeling sad because there was the first place i went when i moved around and everyone treated me and my wife so good. But today was horrible and disrespectful. Hope owners see my review.

Supported this business from almost day one it opened. Food is good as well as good value. Went this evening and ordered plain lamb schwarma and chips ( plus 2 chicken schwarmas ) The lamb was a third filled and chips were also under filled. Chicken schwarmas was fine. Doubt I will return

Popped in here yesterday for a quick bit of lunch and was not disappointed! The naan bread was incredible! So delicious, soft and slightly crispy on the edges. Great lamb which was perfectly seasoned and served with a simple salad. Great value too. Highly recommended and I'll definitely be back if I find myself in the area again!

I absolutely love this place, the service, the friendliness, the food, the atmosphere. I don’t know what’s with the negative comments honestly, judging by the names I believe it’s other competitors trying to put these guys down but hands down, one of the best shawarma places in cheetham hill to date and I put my life on that! 😂 I literally eat from this place daily, if not every 2 days! The lads have always accommodated to me, I love my chillis and they always spoil me with them unlike other places who charge extra for it! This business really deserves more acknowledgment for real

Tried out the shawarma house for the 1st time on cheetham hill road, as expected on a sunday night was mega busy and I have to say they were understaffed even heard the man apologise to customer saying usually habe 4 working but 2 didnt turn up so the 2 there were running around like headless chickens bless them. The atmosphere inside was lively and alot of people dining. I bought the lamb fatayer which was nice and also the chicken shawarma again very tasty easily the best thing to buy if you end up going. I also got mixed kebab on naan with chips the tikka was average at best and the kebab an chips was not so nice. On the plus side everything was so reasonably priced and affordable and I do feel sorry for the 2 working so hard with alot of hungry disgruntled customers waiting. Definately will go back for a chicken shawarma and the hummous, olives 🫒 gerkins cabbage salad was delish also. Rated 3 stars as defo room for improvement but its a good place to eat if you like middle eastern food.

Very nice and fresh food, only feedback is the drink cans are really expensive, charged £1.75 for a can of Pepsi. Other than that, food is really nice and overall fresh salad and sauce. I think comparatively drinks should be £1.25 as their chicken sharwarma wrap is £3.50. Well, I guess that's how they make up for the reasonably priced menu and rising running costs.

Hit and miss... ordered a pizza, they burnt the cheese when I complained they said its not burnt. Disappointed... last time it was good this time poor. Just checked the base it is stiff as wood and also burnt

Tried this place afew times now. The food is fresh, naan bread piping hot. The shawarma itself is rather bland and could do with more seasoning. The sauces available are rather nice, especially the brown one (on the table, product from Iraq) and does help add some flavour to the food.

It’s a brutal….meat battle out there, the strongest survive and this is another battle of the pitta and meat! Who’s going to come out of the meat pit alive? Eat hot on the premises, don’t venture far from the place’ fast service and lots of respect from the staff, so much attention to service. It’s a trade off between this place and flavour’ you gotta be ready to fight the grease’ it’s too much It’s an in and out place on a weekday’ but if you partner finds out it’s a Saturday night dining splendour’ your in the dog house.

Food went straight into the bin, apologies for the unpleasant picture, but the shawarma was so bad we honestly threw it away dispite being hungry. The establishment gives a false sense of confidence, but they are clearly cluless to what makes a good shawarma. Manchester's shawarma scene has really gained popularity in the recent years and unfortunately this newest endeavour falls significantly short of its competitor's. The bread was elasticy and chewy, the meat was lacking seasoning and was inexcusably scarce, while drowning in unacceptable quantities of sauce. Even the simplest of food items; a portion of chips did not fail to disappoint, undercooked and soggy. I feel the absence of care in their food and service is a reflection of their lack of respect for their customers. AVOID.

Was really looking forward to trying the Shawarma House, unfortunately left feeling a bit disappointed. I dined in and ordered the lamb Shawarma, with salad and chips and also ordered a fatayer aswell. The Shawarma was nowhere near as good as what the established restaurants a few doors away offer. The fatayer was a bit nicer, but was more like a pizza. The service was polite and efficient. The pricing is a little higher than the other kebab shops. The craziest thing was that knives and forkes were not provided and I had to eat my meal with a tiny blue plastic fork, which is simply designed for using on a cone of chips.

Shawarma is decent but the lamb tikka isn’t the best, not cooked properly and very small pieces. Took the yogurt drink as well but was a bit too salty.

Noticed this new shawarma house while shopping in the local area and seen they were doing a free shawarma to try for their opening! The inside is well lit with plenty of seats and tables to eat at. It’s a traditional shawarma house with a few added extras to the menu compared to Flavour Shawarma a few doors up so worth a try. I tried the lamb shawarma and it was delicious! I’ll definitely be back to try their other items.

We were eagerly waiting to try this place 'Shawarma House' as we thought at last there would be a place in Cheetham hill that would serve Shawarma wrapped in its own bread rather than a tandoori roti. But unfortunately their shawarma is no different than any other shawarma place on Cheetham hill. Although their service is very good, the staff is very helpful too. But I really wish they could change their Shawarma bread from tandoori roti to actual shawarma bread. Also, we tried their kebab and for some reason, it wasn't fully cooked from inside. We took a bite and had to leave it there on the table. Im hoping they would introduce a different bread to differ from other shops.
