Chinese Takeaway in Salford

Have visited this restaurant several times whilst in the area and everything has been fine but my recent visit was a little disappointing - Very short staffed - Was sat next to a glass pillar which hadn't been cleaned as it had all dirty finger marks on it - Waited at least 15 minutes to be served - Food arrived which was all correct but then waited 20 minutes for a dessert after placing the order - so cancelled it and paid the bill which for 2 people was a little high... £64.00 for 2 soft drinks - 2 starters and 2 mains..Not a cheap tea...really do think the management team need to learn how to operate a venue like this when under pressure.

Awful Experience, ordered takeout which never arrived, staff where rude, dismissive, denied receiving the order yet recalled all the items on it. Claimed they had no driver, the driver was in the area, didn't have the drivers details, yet rung him to confirm delivery. Said it wasn't policy to refund or resend food. Claimed they had illness in the family and they had been robbed recently (not sure why that was volunteered or relevant). Was told if I wanted to collect an additional order I could do so but collection had to be away from the restaurant and other customers. Awful Experience, can only assume they are trying thier luck through delivery services and not honouring orders AVOID

Normally really good but it was a Sunday and everything was being rushed only thing hot was the heating the food was freezing cold ... service was good not the staffs fault just rushing to make there money

Unpleasant Experience with Sin City Burgers and Affiliated Ghost Kitchens My recent order the Vegan Cheese Burger from Sin City Burgers located at the Blind Pig Eccles, which was a complete disappointment. The burger, delivered via Uber Eats, arrived cold, and I doubted whether it was properly cooked. Unfortunately, attempts to find the restaurant on Google Maps were in vain, leaving me frustrated and unable to express my concerns. It's worth noting that Sin City Burgers, along with 88th and Value Mighty, all operate from the same location at 204-206 Monton Road, Eccles, Manchester, M30 9LJ within Blind Pig Eccles. These ghost kitchens employ multiple names on delivery platforms, such as Uber Eats and Just Eat, creating an unfair advantage by essentially competing against themselves. Despite reaching out to the restaurant directly to address the issue, I was met with poor customer service as they hung up on me. After several follow-up calls, I was promised a callback from a manager, which never materialized. Thankfully, I received a refund through Uber Eats, but this entire experience has left me with a firm decision never to order from any of these establishments again. My goal in sharing this review is to assist others who may encounter difficulties contacting or locating these restaurants, ensuring they are informed about the deceptive practices surrounding Sin City Burgers, 88th, and Value Mighty.
