Placed an order, which never arrived, avoid this place!!

I ordered a double chicken burger but they gave me a single chicken burger, and told me to sorry and didn’t change my order.The chips smell, are so dry and it has a weird taste maybe because the oil isn’t changed. The shawarma is burned from outside and raw from inside.

Halal food but nothing special in taste

We used to order from here frequently and we will not be ordering ever again and we will be telling people not to order from here too. Garlic bread was flatter than a piece of paper the chicken was tasteless and you can see for yourselves on the picture what the donner meat looked like. This was the amount we received in the box for £11… you used to get 2 types of chicken, decent amount of chips donner meat that wasn’t cooked for days on end and a pitta bread. Waste of money and a waste of time.

Poor food, 2 donner meats, one burnt one not poor quality chicken plain as day no spice not shawarama not order again Ordered again not the same thought, paid waited 2hrs and no food and took my payment and dont answer the phone, disgusting!!!!!!

Called them for collection of lamb shwarma, and drive to them all the way to collect it. Once I have arrived there they said we dont have lamb shwarma, ( they actually had lamb shwaram but gave to one of his customer which was speaking their language). I told them that reserve it for me as I will be there in 5 mins , they confirmed it butThey wasted my time and travel cost but did not give me the food. Never trust this business. Have no respect for the customer orders.

very bad pizza my family are all very ichy because of that bad bad pizza and I asked for less cheese but they put more on it very bad things if this happens again I will close your shop

The kebab is the worst I’ve ever had it’s just dinner meat and chips with a pitta separate and the chips come covered in chip salt which I did ask for the worst take away I’ve ever had to pay for and will be never ordering from here again

Great food, item missing from order but costumer service was great in sorting it out and quickly bringing the item and even gave us a free item to apologise!

It's shocking to think that this establishment is a shawarma place. Absolutely disgusting on the wrap only item that was really nice was the cold drink

customer service is 1/10. They must be improve I ordered a pizza In the month of Ramadan at iftar time When I came they were eating it, they told me I was late and I wasn't late. You must be honest and respect the customer.

good place and chip but the customer service is not that good, i have been there a few times but still not changes regards customer service! quite a few in the back but only one of the staff is serving! the rest is seems talking, it doesn't seems bother with the queue!! they need to sort them self's out .

Terrible customer service. Food was cancelled. No way to speak to the restaurant. In my opinion this should be closed down...

When I first went there I was surprised at how good it was. Ordered a burger and was juicy👌🏼 I would recommend this definitely!

Plenty of meal deals from fried chicken, pizza, shawarma and burgers. They also do ice cream, milkshakes and have a coffee machine. Friendly helpful staff and relatively fast service. Good, clean seating area. Food was nice and inexpensive.

I was extremely disappoint with the shawarma, it tasted so bland and oily that the naan bread ripped through. It was awful, the guy didnt even wrap it properly, lol he folded it in halve and all my toppings fell out. (We brought 4 by the way) There was a 10 minute gap between receiving the first Shawarma till the final one. Also the salami on our pizza tasted awfully fermented and so did the pizza sauce, my over all customer experience and expectations with my family was highly disappointing and brings me great regret for spending my money there. Lovely shawarmas the best iv had in leeds! Thought we would try the pizzas aswel but unfortunately pizza was a let down but defo best shawarmas!!
