This is not an exaggeration genuinely the best atmosphere, service, and food! If ur looking for a good Arab restaurant I HIGHLY recommend this one! My suggestions on what to get are the Arab style (or normal ) shawarma enjoy because I know you will!!

I ordered expecting the wrap to come in Syrian or Shami bread, but I was very disappointed. The restaurant used Egyptian baladi bread and just covered it with a very thin layer that looked like Syrian bread — this is misleading and feels like a form of deception. The wrap was entirely baladi bread, not the thin, soft type typically used for shawarma. On top of that, my order was missing the pickles, which are an essential part of the meal. Very disappointed with this experience.

Chicken Shawrma is fine but nothing special about it, a bit too salty too. Chicken fatayer was not good, chicken tasted like tuna, no traces of chicken! Also, when we entered the place, no one acknowledged us or asked to even take our order until after 4-5 minutes when we were about to leave before ordering! The guy who took our order was mixing English and another language (not Arabic) and was quite rude, it is not nice to speak to a customer in a language they clearly don't understand. An additional language ia only bonus when the customer can also speak it. I'd not recommend this place- too overrated.

Ordered a shawarma wrap but there was no sauce or salad so it was very dry. They didn't ask me if I want it. I am sad :(

Honestly exceeds any expectations. The chicken shawarma is insanely huge, and for its price it's worth it x100. The workers are very friendly, they also remember my friends that visit frequently. Unfortunately I live in Southampton, but my visits to Manchester always end up with me coming to this place. I highly recommend, especially for its price and quality. Also, during weekdays they have a meal deal that a lot of students, my friends included, come to buy on their breaks. This place is worth all the stars! Funny story, but a worker accidentally mistook my half full drink for rubbish and got rid of it, but immediately gave me a new one when I pointed out that it was half full. I'm extremely satisfied and will be coming here again! 😆

Shawarma Abo Al Abed is hands down the best shawarma I’ve had in the UK, authentic, flavorful, and just like the ones in Syria. At only £5, it’s an absolute steal, and their weekday student deal (shawarma, fries, and a drink for £5) makes it even better. Their fried chicken is also top-notch. It’s my go-to spot every week, and for good reason great taste, great price, and a true taste of home!

this place is good but you never know when one day you get old dry food so its never the same. today i ordered 2 chicken and both was old dry and been fried in deep oil insted of rotisserie chicken

The chips were sparse and cold with the texture and colour of reheats. The amount of Mayonnaise would have enabled the food to swim here independendently. It Completely Drowned the 4 chicken burgers and 1 Beef burger all of which were very thin. The cans advertised are not the cheap ones delivered. They charge for service for this at £2.99+ Delivery Complete waste of £40. -Avoid.

Tried first time and wow . It was worth the drive from prestwich where there's food in cheetham hill. The taste was amazing and above all the broast was simply wow . Definitely will be coming back .

If you want the most authentic shawarma, this is the place. Different from any other shawarma you get in Manchester. Crispy bread, juicy chicken shawarma, arabic garlic thum, pickels, and some pomegranate molasses are all you need in an authentic syrian style shawarma. Their broasted chicken was great too. Crispy on the outside and perfectly juicy in the inside. Highly recommended! I’ll definitely be back soon!

OMG!!! Loved the wrap, it was fabulous!! The garlic sause is great and the meat is just amazing! My hubby loved the mixed shawarma, chips were great, too!! Our new favourite after trying some of the Greater Manchester famous kebab shops and not being too impressed. Thank you also to the lovely staff for helping us customise to our taste 😋

I ordered Arabic shawarma meal, which was 6 pieces sandwich, filled with good amount of chicken, but for sure it’s still small portion compared to the price. The taste was good, simple original shawarma taste, a little bit sour ( good point ). However, it cost me around 10 pounds!

Tried my fair share of shawarma spots on the Curry Mile, and I must say, this is definitely up there. The chicken shawarma must be the best I've ever tried in Manchester, and the broasted...it is just to die for. It MELTS in your mouth, and the fried breasts feel like you're eating a drumstick. The chicken is so unbelievably juicy I can't even put it into words. And the portions they give you for the broasted are veeery generous. The lamb shawarma could use a bit more flavour and just that quality, fatty lamb taste you want in a shawarma, but the chicken is unmatched, 100%. Also, the prices are very very reasonable! 13 quid for a full Arabic Chicken Shawarma meal, with very hefty portions - honestly, couldn't ask for much better prices for this quality of food. Brilliant, would recommend!

Good food at a reasonable price. This time i only tried their Chicken Shawarma Wrap. They have huge chunks of meat on the grill which shows how busy it must be. The ingredients looked fresh and even tasted good. They do not serve hummus on the bread, have tahina instead of you ask them to add. Value for money I would say.

Great food. However, the delivery took 40 min more than the first estimation. Also, the driver was rude, saying if I don't collect the food in another minute he would depart. You don't handle your clients in such a rude manner!

Thank God I tasted the fried chicken, it was delicious and juicy, I was really satisfied, God willing, if I have time I will come again.

Didn’t enjoy it all, cold double fried chips, Tasteless chicken I paid for a coke and they never gave it . Had to ask it for it again. They also serve that cheap cola £11.50 wasted couldnt even finish half the food. Wont be back Toilets were filfthy

The taste of shawarma is outstanding and better than many shawarma resturants in the area, i recommend this place. Inside dining is also available but busy. You need sometime to wait for your turn. Service may take time but believe me tbe food you get deserve that time.

The only place in Manchester that does Lebanese shawarma the right way. They have the perfect garlic toum sauce. As well as the perfect chilli sauce. Elite scenes. They also have the correct pickles. The broast is also really tender.
