Romanian owned Eatery, always Closed or opened at random times. And not sure if it's Halal. Nice looking shop, but unfortunately still opens and closes at random times

The food is very cold and no taste I try first time I won't come go again The price wasn't good for the service

I Ordered 2 lamb sharwarma rolls/wrap meals not long ago through uber eats. The description says it comes with fried and drink. Well I didnt get any drinks for a start and the worst part is I didnt even get a lamb sharwarma I got donner meat wraps! what a joke. It doesn't end there though, the picture showed the fries inside the wrap so I when I saw the that there was no separate fries given as part of the meal I thought ok it's just going to be inside the wrap but it wasn't. So I got donner wrap instead of lamb sharwarma roll and no fries and no drinks thats meant to come with the meal! Don't think I'll be ordering here again. It's ashame really as my previous order with them was good. Took forever to arrive but was good.

This isn’t shawarma this is donner kebab. Portion size is good however this shouldn’t be classed as shawarma, the place uses donner meat which is cut too thick and chicken bits were hard. Disappointing. If used real lamb shawarma and fresh chicken can be improved…

Excellent food.Had a meal deal which was quite filling. In fact,I was the only person in the restaurant -it was late afternoon-but the owner looked after me very well.

Quick service and staff were really friendly, great portion sizes and food really tasty.

I had the mixed shawarma and it was truly delicious. Big portions for good price.

I doubt its Halal! The Lamb Doner (it wasnt like a shawarma) was very very greasy and strangely textured, the flavour was nothing special, if anything rather suss.... The portion was ridiculously small, I mean literally tiny! You could go up the road and get as much kebab meat in pitta bread for £1.50 at sunny's fish bar as was in a £5 donner box at this place, total rip off. And taste wise it wasn't a great deal better. They seem to have ripped off the orange and black colour scheme from German Donner Kebab lol, but GDK is miles better for quality AND portion sizing. Some other reviewer suggested this "better than Turkish" 🤣🤣🤣 seriously? There's no way you could compare this to a Turkish grill, not even remotely close. Seems even more strange how a customer gets to go and take pics from the other side of the counter for a review! 🤔🤔🤔🤔 I think there's a suspiciously large amount of reviews for 5 stars which I really do feel are not genuine. Looks like they're all from Eastern European customers. There's a Halal sign up, but I am extremely concerned as to the Halal Status of this Business as it is clearly Romanian owned and run ....... I won't be returning here again...

Went to this place while visiting a fre of the local shops. The place had nice clear signage and appeared clean. I ordered the large platter of lamb and rice. This cost around £12 quite expensive for donner and rice. The food arrived with fries rather than rice, I mentioned this to the server who apologised and explained he was out of rice. The food - well, the lamb was just small pieces of donner. It was..."crusty" and extremely dry. The pieces were thick and tasted very unpleasant. I again told the server who got some fresh lamb. He explained that it may have burnt on the grill as it was very hot. Again, this is something for him to fix and not me. The replacement donner was less cursty however still dry and did not taste very well. The server was polite and courteous however the food was truly digusting, feel I have completely wasted my money. Management need to look at how they cook the food etc.

Not the best experience, ordered a number of wraps , they took ages to make and in the process got cold when I started eating them. Positive side the size is very big if you opt for a large wrap. But overall the quality wasn't that great

£12.50 for a “large portion” of mixed donner with rice. The donner was dry - the picture says it all with how dry it looks and the rice was literally like sticky rice. The portion size for what you pay is daylight robbery. The middle section covers 80% of the box. First and last time I’ll ever try this place 🤢

Considering we live 2 minutes from this place the food came Ice cold, the rice was flavourless, the chips soggy and the shawarma lacked any real seasoning. The wraps seemed to be falling apart and also cold. I was really disappointed in this place. If you’re looking to spend £30 on bland flavourless and cold food this is your spot. Don’t waste your money, there’s better places.

5 star reviews on here seem well dodge!: The 'shaorma' aka donner was poor to say the least. Dry, burnt and obviously been sat on the skewer a long time. The wrap was too chunky to bite through and i wasn't even asked whether i wanted a small or large. He gave me a large obviously. The best bit was i was charged £1.50 for a can of coke! Paris prices in glitzy Caldmore. Need i say more.

They are trying to sell donner as shawarma. The server doesn't even know the difference. A shop called Shaorma Hub that doesn't sell lamb shawarma. Appalling. Ordered a wrap, they add fries and less meat to the wrap. The wrap fell apart. The portion and quality is poor for the price. The 5* star reviews look a bit dodgy.

Probably one of the tastiest kebabs I’ve had in the last couple of months. I would highly recommend to all my friends.

Freshness, Quality and Taste. This place is the best area for grill-typed foods and dishes. Much better than the average turkish grills around the local area.
