LUCKY STAR PIZZA in Walsall

Came here to try it on a Friday, Food wasn't that bad, Fries were dry, Chicken was Ok, the worst part was the drink ordered a Pepsi which when I went to open the Ring pull came off but not the Sealed lid, I poured the contents of the drink into my cup, drank it and it initially tasted normal, so then I poured the rest in, Tasted fine again then the Taste went syrupy, then it went off and tasted off. I couldn't stomach the drink anymore, I poured the contents down the sink, the Cup was clean but there was stuff in the Drink that was floating and with other bits, the Chicken despite being Ok must have been off as I have had a stomach ache all day Saturday, have been able to eat and go to the Toilet but something was off, I can still taste the off taste of the Pepsi now

Imagine ordering vegetarian hot pizza and on their menu its says 10.99 for xl and i ordered 3 of them which means 32.97 i also had two large fires which is 5.98 and in total thats is 38.95 and my man charged me 42.50 and when i asked him why he said tor extra chillies, like mate look at the menu its says 10.99 for vegetarian hot, hot means adding chillies, worst experience and never coming back. Don’t ever go in here guys they will rob u too

Very expensive and very bad customer service and disrespectful management very rude customer service and if you give your honest review then they don’t like you and don’t answer you phone and disrespect you the why’s they can.

In one word, this takeaway is Pants !! , The pizza I ordered was .tolal different to what I ordered. I phoned them to tell them they must have given me the wrong pizza. To be honest, they wasn’t bothered.

I have placed order on last Friday at 18:15 and received my order at 10 o'clock. I called them so many times no answer received. At 9:45 they picked up the call and i told them to cancel the order and they said driver arrive in 5 mints and i need to pay. I said i don't want the food because it's a huge waiting time and they said if i place order next time i need to pay previous cancelled order. Horrible experience....

Food is brought out and it is like a honey warm, if you order the crispy chicken burger you get what you asked for because the chicken is extra crispy. Their chips are brought out hot and are very fluffy inside.

Don't no even where to start delivery driver picking at his feet inside the shops seating area. Followed by undercooked fried wings and a nasty beef burger with over cooked STALE fries. I struggle to understand how this place has 5 star rating must be some joke or something. Will be reporting to trading standards unacceptable.

I ordered on justeat and waited nearly an hour for my order to be delivered only for them to cancel after they prepared the food because the driver couldn't find my address which was correct and the same address I always get delivered to without a problem. Very disappointed as I even tried calling the restaurant as soon as I received the message that they couldn't find me but they wouldn't answer. Will not be ordering from them again.

Wow, I mean wow, after living in Darlaston for a year now and not being able to find a good Issa place, to find lucky star pizza, it’s 5 star hugeness rating, it has come within 30 mins of ordering and the food is piping hot, the fries beautiful, the chicken wrap bussing, the pizza exceptional, would have preferred if there was more toppings. That’s my only flaw

This is the worse I've ever had lady didn't listen 2 my order had 2 repeat my address 3 times and the chicken was raw chips was small saying it meant 2 be medium not happy would not buy frm here again

This place is so underrated everything is good price and the pananis are very good and the ice cream is phenomenal if you ever at darlo come down here 10/10

Delivery time is long is one every every time no good and food is cold it’s waste of money don’t buy it

I don’t often review food unless there’s a problem but we all loved our food! I had a pizza deal and the pizza and chips were lovely! (Everyone liked the chips) My partner had the chicken munch box I accidentally ordered wings so rang the store to change it to the s.f chicken they said “no problem would you like to try our wings for free we will put two in”. And everything he had he liked! He also had the peri peri strips he said the hot ones were very hot. And my step daughter had bbq wrap who also loved it said it’s better than McDonald’s and kfc wraps!

Delivery driver kepted hitting on me and asking to come inside my home

been waiting over an hour , when i phoned couldn’t understand anything as their side of the phone was cutting off and never got my food in the end.

Food , service , staff, atmosphere, everything is good

1.Bad hygiene on tables 2.Dirty 3.Better than expected food 4.Good service/kind staff

Pizzas are very nice. They have a good range of food, for kids to elders.

They took longer then they said and the chicken tikka tastes really off and now so far ive been to the toilet for the 4th time in a hour . I only had two bites 🤦🏻‍♂️

Absolutely garbage service, very rude staff. I've been ordering here 3 times a week and they have the audacity to charge me for sauce. Everytime I order they always miss a meal. I encourage no one to order here again. I've spent over 500 pounds here and yet get no discounts or anything

I had a pizza from there and I must say it was beautiful not a problem with it at all . I will be recommending this place to my family and friends 10/ out of 10 thank you all

Ordered through uber eats Food had items missing Called and told them but they wouldn't believe me then when they did driver came and dropped missing items but food absolutely uncooked and tasted raw They didn't like the review I gave them on uber so they replied and said that i wanted freebies as they had nothing else to say. Would not recommend this place Especially if you have kids!

SCAM! Order food around 11:45pm and at around 1:30am I asked for an update and they said it was on its way. It’s now 3am and I haven’t got my food, I called once again and they hung up on me saying the shop is closed even though I order my food over 3 hours ago

Poor service. Ordered food that came over an hour late despite having a notification that it had been delivered on time. After several phone calls that were sent to a person not in the restaurant we were given inaccurate times for delivery. The food arrived over an hour late and cold needing to be reheated which affected the quality of the food. When challenged the delivery man informed us that there had been 3 other orders needing to be delivered alongisde ours. Allegedly, Darlaston is too far from Wednesfield? ... not happy with this service.

Lucky star well where to start i previously knew the old owners the new owner has put a spin on the wraps am to die for always fresh massive flavour the chicken supreme 1/2lbs for extra pound is a good portion and great flavour habib the main man is a top fellow cant fault it always a call away to get stuff resolved but the food alwaya spot on my favourite chicken place around BOOTH STREET

I came to the store to do an indepth review satty and staff was very nice and helpful , they accepted all my feedback and gave me a complimentary milkshake to see the video review it will be on youtube @havingashocker

Went and ordered xl pizza but there were like 10 small chicken cubes and a little bit of cheese. Wasn't even worth 2 pound. I guess the owner cares more about saving than food. Wouldn't go and wouldn't recommend anyone

ordered a number of times from here, always good food. great deals. could do with more pizza options like californian chicken but the ones that are there are still good 👍👍

This was the nicest takeaway I’ve ever had I had half a peri peri chicken hot with chips and it was unbelievably nice defo recommend them to anyone who enjoys juicy peri peri chicken 5 stars well earned very good value aswell!

Ordered last night around 8.20. Due between 8.55 and 9.15. Called at 9.35 as no food. Was told 5 mins. 30 mins later still no food. Called back at 10.05 been told another 5 mins. Finally arrived at 10.15 obviously forgot to do our order. Food was tasty but after waiting so long it has put us off ordering from here again.

Been in here twice and they've got my order wrong twice, I've not ordered loads it's two meals a visit it couldn't be simpler. Mixed kebab on Naan - I get it with fries And last time, donner wrap- i get chicken wrap. Chicken stripes taste like they've been there since the shop was called Tenders. It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review but God this was awful.
