Shake Shack Brent Cross in Barnet

Probably the worst food and experience ever. I paid a lot of money for the smallest of burgers. It was terrible. Overpriced for what it was. Would bever go back.

Horrible burger the thinnest piece off burger burnt cold fries. Sent them back for new hot fries.i was so hungry I ate some off the burger.would I go back no way.

Hotdog shrivelled & over done. Too much cheese sauce. Ordered strawberry shake, got vanilla. Rubbish cheap looking bun. Filthy tables. Trays everywhere not cleared up, dried up food on tables. The worst Shake Shack ever. Take lessons from Shake Shack in the US.

After reading an article about Britains best burgers according to top chefs I decided to have dinner at Shake Shack in Brent Cross. As expected, the SmokeStack was excellent and my kids really enjoyed the milkshake and cheeseburger. After getting home in the evening my doorbell rang. To my surprise, it was the branch manager who had my wallet which I had left in the store. I could not believe it. She lived close by and had decided to drop it off on her way home from work. What a remarkable act of human kindness! Thank you

Just had a stunning burger and fries at Shackshack in Brent Cross. Food cooked fresh to order and burgers made with real patties of Aberdeen Angus beef. I had the double ShackMeister with melted cheese and crispy shallots and I really think it was the best burger I've ever tasted. The burger isn't the biggest in the world and one of the 'double' options is definitely advised. The crinkle cut fries were superb; tasty and properly crispy. Heinz ketchup provided on a self-service pump with large dipping pots like Five Guys. It's pricey but worth it if you value an absolutely smashing burger and fries experience! I will be back...

Two burgers, two fries and two lemonades cost me £30 - simply ridiculous! I wouldn't mind so much if I was getting good food. The burger wasn't plump and appetising to look at, it was flat. If I want a flat looking burger I'd go to McDonalds! Adding insult to injury the burger tasted sweet, likely the bun. It just completely put me off eating it. The chips were just soggy and unappealing so I couldn't finish them. Awful waste of money, I won't be returning.

I’ve been to Brent Cross a couple of times and Ryan has always been smiling and giving out great energy. I didn’t catch the cashier’s name but she was great too! Super warm atmosphere here and great food

Great customer service and friendly staff as well as atmosphere After shopping with the family, always have to have a Veggie shack with the crinkle fries . There lemonade is so refreshing . Whenever you go to shake shack you come out with more than you intended to buy. Great place for lunch Not greasy like other fast food . Reasonable priced

Good food, great service. Just stopped by for a quick brunch. We had burgers, cheesy fries and a very decadent chocolate dessert. The staff were very friendly and prompt with service delivery and very attentive to our needs. We’ll go back there and recommend it as a good brunch/lunch spot after shopping at the centre.

I just wanted to say I had an excellent time at your restaurant. Your employee I hope I spell her name correct. Anuja? Yes. She was so kind and immediately brought a smile to my face while I was ordering. She definitely made my day 10x more better and definitely knows what she’s doing. I'm so glad Shake Shack has opened in Brent Cross. Great food, the staff were very helpful and the new ordering system was simple to use. My food was great. I cant wait to go back.

Due to the new covid rules the ordering system is a bit complicated, but all the staff were very friendly and helpful especially Coleen. It made the visit very well worth it and the food is always great! Store was socially distanced and the food arrived very quickly.

I ordered the Shroom burger which had a good crunchy coating and melting cheese in the centre. Overall taste wasn’t overwhelming but a good quick lunch spot. Good fries and friendly taste offered me a sample of the lemonade.🍟

Visited shake shack on the very last day of the eat out to help out scheme. Thought it would be chaos with it also being COVID times but the staff were organising the queue and seating area to ensure everyone got a seat. Very impressed with their efforts to ensure their were keeping the tables clean. The food was good, the burgers are on the smaller size but it is still filling. The cheese fries are to die for, taste really good. The food is fresh always. Overall great experience and recommend going here!

Great burgers, fries and shakes, although portions are on the smaller side. Coleslaw was totally unacceptable as box was less than half full.

The Burgers and Dogs are pretty darn tasty albeit they are quite pricey. The Dog I had today was £4.50 which isn't exactly cheap for a roll and a frankfurter but when ordered a lemonade and fries it was £6.50 more which is a burn....
