Me recomendaron este lugar por uno de mis amigos y fue que se veía muy bien yo estaba haciendo videos también porque el lugar se veía muy bien y cuando recibí mi comida me califiqué en el tiempo de espera de la costividad y el costo del sabor era de solo 10 libras y el tiempo de espera era de solo 27 minutos y el sabor era increíble, así que lo publiqué en mi tiktok para decirle a la gente que lo pruebe

Buenas batidas, personal amable, las batidas tardaron un rato pero sabe, bueno el trueno tropical es as! Gofres muy dulces para mi gusto y uno de los trabajadores se llamaba Hassan. Era muy divertido. Tenía buen humor y los niños lo encontraron divertido.

Cuidado. Pedido 2 gofres y 2 batidos. Solo 1 batido llegó. Cuando llamamos para rectificar el error nos dijeron muy groseramente que somos mentirosos y estamos tratando de obtener comida gratis. Personal espantoso. He usado varias veces antes como niños les gusta, pero nunca más. Desde entonces he leído algunas reseñas similares.

Llegó el viernes temprano por la noche para una sacudida por mi hijo. Él eligió 2 barras de chocolate y añadió salsa y galletas, fuimos por un trato de batido y masa de galletas combo - compartimos la galleta tenía galleta Bélgica y era tan sabroso. Deffo recomiendo. Personal amable también

Loved it great range of milkshakes which I've never been disappointed with been a few times now. Think it's becoming an addiction to try each flavour. Worth hoing guys!!

Ordered a few things via Uber eats waited about 20 minutes only for the uber eats driver to state he’s delivered my desserts I call the shop and they say oh we send it with a 3rd party I need to contact Ubereats what a S*** place to order from definitely never ordering from here again

The worse place to order from! Placed an order on Uber eats & they didn’t send one of our items we paid for. I then called the shop & the silly girl over the phone on the other side was so rude! She needs to be sacked for the way she spoke to me! She told me to report it to Uber eats without apologising. I told her I’d rather come to store & collect & her response was ‘you ain’t getting it go through Uber eats’. I’m glad I recorded the call therefore I now shall upload it over socials & expose this behaviour of shake house staff member. I will not ever be ordering from here again & I recommend you to not to order from here too, or you will have missing item & will be charged. Horrendous people in the month of ramadhan stealing from customers! Forgot to mention the burnt cookie dough they sent. Pathetic

The waffles were amazing. Freshly made while you wait and can be customised yo your own design. The staff are very accommodating, great with the kids and overall it makes it a pleasurable experience.

I have always ate from Shake House, I usually order from Uber Eats and get their buy 1 get 1 free deals and it is amazing, very good value for money and I enjoy it a lot! Definitely worth going to!

We have placed an order tonight. The order Said it would come for 8.38pm. Giving an hour waiting time for first ordered. t’s now 23.05pm. And still no delivery! We have tried phoning a good number of times and the phone just rings out! They have took the money. Seriously not happy and have been out of from ordering again. And want our money back.

Honestly, couldnt actually believe this place is still open. I went on Friday and my husband has a diary allergy. i asked the guy have you got any sorbets - he looked at me blankly and said whats that =l how can a dessert shop not know what that is? then i explained my husband has a diary allergy (Milk allergy) do they have anything without diary or milk? the response: A milkshake. i couldnt belive i was in disbelif so i repeated it that he cant have milk and MILK - SHAKE has milk and the answer i got was OH YHHHH. so honestly PLEASE CLOSE DOWN.

I am so upset by the service I recieved from Shakehouse hallgreen today. I ordered 4 waffles at 8pm. Expected time for delivery was 9:13pm. I rang shakehouse to ask how much longer it would take at around 9pm. They said they are waiting for the driver and the waffles are ready to go. I asked specifically wether if the waffles would get cold and the ice cream would melt. They said no that would not happen. We recieved the order at 9:40pm, whilst I was on the phone to Yoyo. Who weren't much help at all. Driver left at the door and went off. Waffles were stone cold and like rubber. We had to bin them. I rang Shakehouse, no one answered. I then had to ring yoyo again as I had placed the order from their app, they managed to get into contact with the owner from their end, the owner lied, he said they sent out the delivery half an hour ago. Which could not be the case as we live 4 minutes away, if that! What was most appauling was the lie! And the not accepting their fault. Never recommending you again. And never, ever coming bk. Absolutely disgusting!!! All I wanted was for them to take their rubber waffles back and refund me my money. Yoyo were useless and said they could not do anything without Shakhouse's permission.
