Shake House Erdington in Birmingham

The food was delicious! Had a Ferrero Roche, oreo, hazlenut and nuttella waffle with ice cream and a nuttella milk cake. Portions were big, both tasted delicious, and the price was very reasonable in comparison to other well known dessert places that have similar items on the menu! I've known other places to charge twice as much for the same portions! Will definitely recommend and will certainly be visiting again!

Usually great but not so good this time. mum said her sundae was okay, but waffle sticks were undercooked - very liquidy inside, waffle bites were basically hollow shells. Milkshake was pretty plain and lacking in chocolate. Really disappointed.

Literally rarely complain about desserts bc I love food but god the food is horrible. The smoothie is sour as anything, undrinkable. The marshmallows are rock hard and the ice cream is watery. Please for your taste buds go somewhere else.

The cookie dough was not cooked properly and the portion size was tiny. Not worth the money at all.

First ya sell me flippin lemonade and try to pass it off as "Sugarcane Juice", at least make it believable lads. It's bloody steaming and you forget my ice-creams with cookie dough but at least the cookie dough was bangin so I gotta rate you for that. I shall leave my review with this "In 2004 Kobe Bryant and Kwame Brown scored 63 points, Kobe Scored 62, Kwame scored 1."

Wrong milkshake asked for Oreo without cream and come with cream not happy

I asked for a mint sundae with extra sauce and flake bits , I didn't get any sauce and hardly any flake, whoever made that sundae please learn to put the sauce in the cup before you put the ice cream in.

The icecream sundae isn’t how it looks in the picture. It’s meant to be layered of sauce, chocolate bits I felt like it was more of a bowl of ice cream with sprinkles on top. False picture.

Always gave this place 5 stars until a female staff member answers the phone. Trying to rip me off for being 200 extra yards from delivery. Then cut me off twice. To the owners, get rid as she is going to ruin your business. You can contact me Court Lane, spoken to you many times when u first took over and she's gone and ruined it.

Ordered today after a long time. Was so good had to ring the store to tell them how impressed I was with thier food and service. Ordered on the phone and arrived to the minute of promise. Good quality food, really warm. Told It is a family run business you can tell they went all out to please the customer. Really impressed

Never had a problem with shakehouse, first time ordering from this branch, as we normally order from Hodge Hill. Both places are spot on. Customer service is above and beyond. Delivery is always quick too.

Quite happy. Ordered online. Took a little longer than expected but people struggle to find my home sometimes. The milkshake was very thick so needed to leave it for a bit. The cookie dough was still lovely and warm. Liked that I could pay in cash.

Ice creams melted. Milkshake and smoothie not blended full of big chunks. Waffles not cooked properly and toppings all mushed on the top, requested no strawberries on one of the waffles but it still came with strawberries on. Very poor quality. Came within 20 minutes so clearly rushed the order through.

They had forgotten something off the order , when phoned was apologetic and sent it out straight away , the man who came was from the actual place and had said that he did send it out with the just eat delivery driver but he hadn’t given us the other bag , but to someone else. Man at door was very nice and apologetic

Miss out my hazelnut topping I ask for and the red velvet milkshake consistency wasn’t the best today.

The new chocolate hedgehogs are amazing, so chocolatey was very happy, also had old school cake which is always really good and a really nice strawberry milkshake!!

I never received my order. This is the first time that this has happened, but I believe it may be more so the fault of the Uber driver rather than the actual place itself. Uber Eats said that my order had been delivered at a quarter till eleven, but it hadn't. I contacted the driver, who said that he had my order, and was making one stop along the way. Never heard anything back and by this point, it was almost midnight, so I requested a refund. Hopefully, next time I place an order with you via Uber Eats, it'll go smoothly like all the others, and the driver will turn up. It's a shame as I really like the milkshakes and smoothies.

They do amazing milkshakes and waffles that have that perfect texture that doesn't feel undercooked but has a softness to the centre. Perfect for those with a sweet tooth. I have to stop myself ordering from them too much honestly haha.

it's a little pricey, but delicious. everything there is custom made, even the chopping boards, but it seems like it's still being made or improved over time. the shakes and ice creams are great!

Portion size is awful £12 total paid. Milkshake was good but cookie dough arrived cold, and you get half the size as Treats/creams. Probably like 5 table spoons of cookie dough

Really nice dessert store in Erdington. You can't go wrong with Shakehouse. The quality of food is good. The waffle sticks are to die for. The staff are very nice. The shop is a tad bit small, butit'ss a decent size for that area, i think. They do cash only, which is a bit of an inconvenience. Overall, it was a very nice dessert place and a good spot to come if nearby.
