Fantastic calzone… great size portion, great taste and excellent service. Our waiter even helped us to make sure we didnt miss our train.

Valerija was very helpful and welcoming. She also had excellent gluten free knowledge ☺️

All of the staff have been excellent and very attentive.

Really great evening, food was excellent and nothing seemed too much trouble when asking staff. Friendly and very attentive server Siannan made it relaxed and unhurried. Great start to the beginning of our Christmas festivities. Well done and thanks.

Had a lovely meal here. Nice ambience, food tasty and well presented albeit would have appreciated slightly larger portion sizes. Good choicd of menu though. However, the service from a young guy called Rahner was first class, really friendly guy who delivered service the way it used to be. He is a credit to Zizzi. Thankyou.

Early evening meal ahead of a concert at Utilita Arena. We hadn't booked but got a seat immediately when we arrived around 17:00. The restaurant filled up very quickly after that. Service was excellent from Rahner who was really helpful and friendly. The food came relatively quickly so that we made our concert. Nice atmosphere and good choices in the menu. All of our food was excellent.

The food was absolutely delicious. The staff member were very freindly and respectfull ..Especiallthank you to Valerija likgaltere for helping us to get testy dinner and quality service . Thank you once again Valerija!

10 of us had a brilliant meal at Zizzi on an incredibly busy Friday night. Siannan, in particular, was amazing. She went above and beyond from the moment we arrived, making room for us by clearing a table that wasn't setup, and finding a way to get us all sorted in time for our event. She was friendly, helpful, and generally delightful, even when members of our party moved between tables and made everything confusing. I would like Siannan to work everywhere I eat! The food was really good too, all 4 of the kids devoured their food and the adults were all stuffed when we left. Tasty, quick, and most of all, excellent service. Thank you so much!

Me and my partner went to Zizzi’s brindley and received amazing service from Susanna and Italy! The food was incredible and great for and gluten free food, very accommodating. Susanna and Italy were fiery friendly, welcoming and created a great vibe in the restaurant! Will definitely be returning! Thank you Zizzi and thank you Susanna and Italy!!

Zizzi restaurant 3 brindley place Birmingham is a very cosy place to dine at any time of the day or evening with a menu suitable for everyone from toddlers to senior citizens with in my personal opinion an excellent menu suitable for vegan/vegetarian diner's & staff members enquiry from the moment you enter if you have any allergy issues regarding food/beverage items "excellent‼️" the ladies that served myself & my partner at table 54 on Thursday 28:11:2024 cherry & valerija many thanks for your kind & friendly efficient service during our evening & many thanks also to Rony the chef for his skills in the kitchen especially with the garlic & mozzarella cheese bread with Caramelised onions absolutely fantastic along with the margarita pizza & chips with garlic dip all highly recommended by both myself & partner. Ps This is our second visit to Zizzi in the last two months & the only issue myself & partner had unfortunately was that the area we dined seemed unusually cold as opposed to the other parts of the restaurant maybe a possible heating system or air conditioning issues otherwise a lovely evening served by lovely ladies & an excellent chef again our kind regards Steve & Narinder 🙏

Food tonight was 4/5: the lasagne was slightly too soupy with less structure than I’m used to but it was still nice My boyfriend had the beef ragu and said it was nice but needed a bit more beef The sides we had (side salad and garlic bread with caramelised onions) were so nice Deserts very nice And service 5/5 from Phoebe , she was very friendly and attentive , the wait time wasn’t long 🙂

Greasy food and appalling service. Half an hour to order even though only 3 tables in. Food all over the slippy floor. Was brought the bill whilst we were still eating our main course. Didn’t even ask for it ! I guess that’s why the staff had their coats on at 8:30pm .. ready to go home?

Lovely afternoon lunch with friends at Zizzies Brindley place..we were looked after from start to finish. Siannan was absolutely brilliant, very attentive...gave us time at start to choose food and of course 10mins for catching up as we not seen in each other . Food was delicious as always ❤️

Booked a table at 6:15 on a Saturday evening and were able to go in slightly early. Despite it being almost completely full, the service was very quick. The staff were all really friendly. Our table was right by the kitchen so initially I thought we might have issues (although to be fair it was the only table left!) but actually that meant we got our food quicker! The food was absolutely delicious, mains, sides and desserts. Would go back again, but definitely recommend booking in advance!

We booked a table for this restaurant for 6pm due to seeing a show at 8pm. When we arrived the waitress said she was still seating 5.30 reservations and that there were 5 reservations in front of us!!! This must mean that they sat people down who had not booked!! Terrible organisation. We went somewhere else. Will not be going back there and certainly wouldn't recommend it!!

Great service great food. Valerica was an excellent hostess and made excellent food recommendations.

First time at this Zizzi's and Siannan gave us such a warm welcome. She then made sure all of our needs were met (we were a group of 4 adults and 4 littles), nothing was too much trouble for Siannan. Food was great too, overall highly recommended!

A lovely lunch with delicious food and efficient, friendly service. We were really touched by the effort made by staff for our son's birthday. We asked for a candle in his child's ice-cream but they actually brought a beautifully presented platter. Above and beyond - thank you Zizzis. 😊

I had the most amazing customer service experience visiting the restaurant on the eve of Friday 20th Sept 2024!! I had walked into this Zizzi's asking for help with booking a taxi as I had accidentally left my phone back at home whilst travelling into Birmingham for the Melanie Martinez concert at the Utilita Arena. The staff were so helpful and understanding of my situation, and one of the floor managers, I think Suzanne or Suzannah was her name, was so kind to call a taxi service for me so that I could get back home to retrieve my forgotten phone. Thank you to everyone there who were so nice to help me!!

We a group of 7 people arrived at zizzi rather late today because of the congregation. Valerija served us with great patience and consideration, especially as one of us was experiencing some stomach issues. Food was great, and so was the service.

Zizzi is a good place to go for a nice meal with friends, it’s decent prices and good quality food, definitely feels like a chain restaurant though which is not necessarily a bad thing it just doesn’t feel homey. Either way would recommend for good food after a long day out x

Amazing waitress Valerija! Great service. Vegan food needs to be cooked in a vegan way. Lovelyvegan salad, but the fact the pasta crisps are fried in the same oil as meat is a huge issue.

We visited Zizzi, Brindleyplace in Birmingham over the bank holiday weekend. We had a large table of 10 attending. We had a warm welcome by Amit and Siannan. Both members of staff were extremely helpful and provided nutritional content for the menu which was brilliant as we’ve noticed not all restaurants provide this. It is extremely important to us as my daughter has a rare metabolic condition limiting her protein intake so we were able to plan her meal accordingly. The staff members couldn’t be more accommodating! Thankyou so much for great customer service and food! We will be back soon.

We were visiting the area as a treat and we had the best experience ever! My son who can't have wheat and gluten was treated like a prince. His favourite meal is Mac & Cheese but he can never have it out as most places can't make it gluten free. Well thank you to Siannan and the chefs, his dream came true, they made him his favourite dish even though it wasn't on the menu, how amazing!! We were looked after so well by Siannan, I can't thank you enough, I have a very happy boy. Thank you 😁
