Great place. Really good at managing dietary requirements and the banoffee, hot, was so good. Next time I'll be adding a bit of biscuit also!

Drove a distance to come For the full menu , arrived at store to be told we couldn’t be served with anything that contained nuts due the staff having a nut allergy Perhaps have staff that can serve the full menu to stop this happening Wasted trip

Really nice milkshake shop. So many flavours to choose from. Staff were friendly and prices fair. My daughter and her friends love coming in here for milkshakes. I normally feel uncomfortable sitting in places and normally take food and drinks to go but was happy to sit in here it had a nice atmosphere.

Good milkshakes. Sometimes it’s a bit slow but worth it. Can be a bit pricey too

Tried here for the first time today with my children. A huge selection of milkshake flavours to try, we ordered a Ferrero rocher, an oreo milkshake and a berry smoothie all very much enjoyed. A lovely, clean, bright atmosphere. I really recommend everyone to try it 💖

Brilliant place this. Wonderful little team there and amazing snacks. The milkshakes are some of the best I’ve ever had and I’ve never seen a place with so many options and such a low price. Very inclusive for allergies and faster delivery than a maccies drive through. Very good

My boys love this shop. They’re so friendly and accommodating. My boy has sen needs and the staff listen to him ,make him feel so inclusive. Even remembers his order . Defiantly recommend and I hope they do well

My daughter who has turned 11 today wanted to visit after school with a few friends. When we had got there the lady behind the counter had set up the long birthday table at the back. This was such a nice touch as we hadn’t booked we had mentioned earlier in the day that we would be popping in and to make sure they were still going to be open. (This was the time it snowed) The milkshakes were brilliant and my daughter and her friends all chose different ones and these came out in good time with hardly no wait at all as the lady was on her own I found this impressive. All in all a great experience, thank you and Merry Christmas.

We came in here with our grandchildren because they wanted ice cream and we always try to find a nice place when they come to stay. We were not disappointed and will come back again soon.

I was served by a young lad in a blue top and the service was excellent. Shake express catered to my gluten free friend which was lovely. The boy was very friendly and put a smile on my face, thank you :)

What I love about this place is that it has nice coffee and good quality sweet treats, but they aren’t out to rip you off. It is very, very reasonably priced, no nonsense, friendly service and a great selection of stuff to choose from. So good for people like us with two young children to pop in, easy access with a pushchair, plenty of high Chairs and a very chilled atmosphere. 100% recommend and hope they keep going!

It was a baking hot day so we needed a bit of something special for 4 grumpy kids and oursleves after the park. We'd been to the other milkshake shop in the high street before but this is 100% better. The choice is amazing, it's all freshly made and tastes delicious. Despite the queue going out the door the service was pretty quick and super friendly. The Manageress Eve even sorted us out with somewhere to sit in the shade and a high chair (spotless) and even got my baby to smile. Happy kids, happy parents. We'll be back.

I was recommended to come here by Crumbs of Keynsham- love local businesses supporting each other. I have visited multiple.times now. Everytime the staff are lovely and the milkshakes are so tasty. I love having this on my doorstep and my favourite milkshake flavour is Nutella and Ferrero Rocher. Highly recommend a visit!!

Its a great place it does diary free milkshakes which is awesome (i am dairy free.) But i think it does need dairy free chocolate but its still an awesome place. The decoration is lovely too i think this place has some great potential!

Me and the chaps bought multiple different shakes, and not one of them disappointed!! So many flavours and the waffles were out of this world, although the Saturday server was very Sarcastic!! I didn't take offence as I know how it feels to be a teen,Lol, apart from that gorgeous!

This was my first time making a purchase at Shake Express. They have a lot of flavours to choose from and a cup of tea is only 80p! I chose the Chocolate Orange Milkshake - absolutely divine.
