Love this place so so much! Best milkshakes you’ll ever have. Pizzas top tier. Staff are always welcoming and friendly.

Been to shake a delic a lot over the past 3 years, there not expensive and have a wide menu of choices, fast orders have never waited over 15 minutes, would reccomed

Unfortunately the last two times we have visited we haven't had a great experience. We waited 40 minutes for our order, I understand they were busy or understaffed but then they should maybe warn customers there may be a wait or only take as many orders as they can cope with at one time! Very frustrating to spend £20 on four milkshakes and to have to wait this long and also no apology from the staff or even just a comment to say sorry for the wait would have been appreciated! Such a shame.

Milkshakes are amazing! Always super friendly when you go into the shop. I have tried the pizzas that they're tasty too! Definitely a must try when in Chichester

We really love the pizza and waffles at this place. The pizza is amazing and well priced! The women on the counter are always kind and welcoming. There is usually an issue everytime we go though… several times we’ve been and they’ve run out of something like chips or waffles. And the latest time we went the place was full of fruit flies, they were swarming around the bin and flying around us while we’re eating. It was a bit gross honestly. We’ll still be going back as we love the pizza here. I do dislike the QR code menu and would love if the tables had basics/condiments on like napkins, salt, sauce packets as it saves getting up multiple times to ask. But it’s a chill spot with good grub

We normally order trough deliveroo,and I have to say,no one can beat the milkshakes,fresh,tasty BUT I need to mention the Pizza!If you want to eat a good easy pizza then order from Shake A Delic 1000% recommended!Thanks for the always quality food 🫡

8 pound for terrible waffle that is frozen and microwaved with gelato that was actually just whip ice cream and a sauce. Would not recommend at all to anyone.

Good shakes but had a soggy, burnt pizza which wasn't nice. Service was pretty unfriendly too. Won't bother going back!

Came in with my daughter whilst the car wemt into the garage. I had a banna amd toffee and she had a bubblegum milkshake. Staffwere so friendly a d the milkshake are to die for. Keep up the great work

The pizza is the best in town - don’t tell the husband but I have it on my lunch break. Tonight we treated the boy to a shake which in his words was amazing!

Never any pancakes available, or cookie dough, or coffees or waffles. Whenever I order with popping candy, I get none, or a replacement and thus am charged for a "required" item that shouldn't be required. Why even have pancakes, waffles, coffee or cookie dough on your menu, if they're always "unavailable"?

Food better than most pizza take away places n Chichester. Service somewhere in between: food arrived in time but no napkins nor did the lady who served me asked if I need something else. Atmosphere good for quick pop in and out food, not sure if is somewhere to come for evening/afternoon meal with friends or hand out and work from.

Visited today for some ice cream the staff were super friendly and the mango sorbet was to die for. Would definitely recommend visiting if you’re in the area!

Didn’t even get to order. Waited 5 minutes in a queue then got told after I had gotten to the front that they aren’t taking orders! Very rude young ladies running the front of house, so unfriendly and unprofessional. Would not recommend.

A disappointing experience, the soft-serve / Mr Whippy ice-cream in my sundae tasted off. There was no menu apart from on a tablet at the counter, which made it hard to decide what to have. The presentation of the milkshakes is very plain and minimal and has no wow-factor for the money, and the items in the order are shouted out one by one from the counter, meaning you have to go up and collect each one - it is also hard to hear what is being shouted out.

Lovely milkshake! Lots of shouting and excitement from 2 girls serving! Curly blonde snd long dark hair! Her attitude was awfull! We ordered and was waiting! Did take ages! Pizza was cold and not fresh(tasted like a frozen supermarket pizza) extra toppings where missing. Cheesy chips were cold, tasteless and the cheese not as advertised. Will never order from them again.

As a post theatre treat we were looking for something sweet and indulgent. It’s a bit hidden but worth the search. The waffles are divine with endless options for toppings and ice-creams. Next time I fancy trying the waffle fries

Really disappointing. The pizza was average at best and for £10 there are several other very local restaurants which far surpass what I received here. The floor was filthy. Chips, cups and debris all over the place. Tables needed a good wipe down too. If you stick to take away milkshakes, you will not feel so hard done by as they are very good.

Stopped off to collect a pre ordered pizza, staff seemed confused, were very busy, couldn't find order. Had to place a new order, then waited 30 minutes for them to prepare and cook. Smelt lovely, but disappointed with taste, thought it would be fresh dough but tasted like a supermarket pizza.

Went in today one hour before they closed to be told that weren't selling pizza. No reason was given. The staff seem liked they were only there to socialise After having a conversation with Dom the manager me and my partner decided to give Shake-A-Delic another go. What a completely different experience we had this time. The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. The meaty pizza we had was delicious as too were the shakes. Next time I'm in Chichester amd fancy a pizza this will be my go too place

I just stopped for a latte and to write up a few notes, the coffee was great. Customers inside and out all appeared happy with shakes and ice-creams too. I was impressed by the whole place, it is clean, bright, and staff had a fantastic attitude, next time I'll try an ice-cream & waffle :-)

Downgraded. Why did they move, why are they doing pizza while removing most of the ice cream choices? Doesn’t make sense to me but at least they have plastic straws!

I ordered XL size and received only large plus the shakes arnt even labeled so I have no idea what the difference is.

My son had American dream milkshake, he liked it. However sadly I can’t say the same thing for their Belgian waffle. It did not taste like a freshly made waffle. It was way to cold, softer than normal and I can feel the sugar crystals in my mouth.

They have moved. I thought they closed down already. Im not a massive fan of milkshakes but their smoothie was awesome. Id drink my veggies everyday if it was in this Super Green smoothie. Packed with flavour, healthy and perfect to quench you during this summer heat. 💚 One staff said theey had aircon and she was referring to the fans inside thr building since it was boiling. They have seats inside as well as outdoor sitting areas.

Preferred the old location. The new one is too cramped and queues go out the door. No obvious waiting area and they didn't have what I wanted. Got a tango ice blast instead, it was okay.

My friend and I have been 3 or 4 times since discovering the place about a month ago and each time it’s been amazing! The customer service is awesome as are the desserts (we’ve had the cookie dough and the waffles), the milkshakes and the pizza. Would 100% recommend, good price, nice and friendly atmosphere and such a cute little spot to go to. :)

Lovely spot for the best shake! Such nice treat options available. Husband had pizza which he said was delicious. Has a cute sit in area & bench’s for when it’s sunny. Highly recommend.

Came to me in a very wet paper bag then went straight through as got it handed over to, that come to being inedible.

Really nice tidy place. We only got coffee which was lovely but there selection of ice-cream looked amazing along with a massive selection of tasty toppings! I didn't get to try these though as it was far too cold!

Ordered on uber this evening 25/1/23 uber cancelled order on arrival spoke to a woman on the phone who organized another collection with a fresh pizza! Excellent customer service very happy 😁 little things like this make businesses this good!

This place has always been excellent at serving innovative and exciting milkshakes and desserts. Adding pizza to the mix has only enhanced this. My friends and I sampled their pizza menu yesterday and we were all in agreement that it was wonderful. The crust is simply exquisite.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. Food was cold and waffle was rock hard. No extra toppings that was paid for & can not contact the store. Pancakes also was cold and missing toppings. Waiting over an hour for delivery. This is NOT the first order we have placed and received the same quality of food! Terrible business!

Just popped into shakeadelic with my wife for some ice cream. Credit to the girls working, couldn’t help us enough, especially while working under such hot conditions. We would have liked to have sat in and stayed for a while, but the temperature in there was just unbearable. So massive credit to the three of them!

The driver left an icecream sundae on the doorstep in a heatwave. It had been a surprise, so he didn't know it was there. By the time I told him about it - having heard nothing - it was inedible.

The Milkshake was not secure and they were delivered on their side and spilt all over the inside of the bag.

No idea how many days worth of calories I've just had, but wow it was so worth it. These shakes are absolutely insane!!!!

Absolutelly stunning desserts and great service. Nice, clean and cosy place, not too busy what is a bit of surprise, because this place is definitely worth visiting.

I went with my middle son tlas a reward for great school work and he picked here. I thought it would be packed as it's half term but it wasn't. We were served very quickly at the counter and they had what we both wanted. My sons waffle was cooked very quickly and he loved it. I had a mint sundae and that was lush. Great friendly service. Well done.

A shop dedicated to milkshakes and deserts; heaven! The choice is vast: fruit, milkshakes, ice cream, sweets, waffles all on the menu. You've even the choice of making your own combination. The place is clean. Despite it being very busy when we visited both with people taking away as well as sit down customers, the environment was calm and appears well managed. The staff were lovely and polite; a real credit to the company. Don't feel this is a place just for the young ones; my husband and I are in our 50's and we will definitely be back 😆👍👌

My partner and I were on holiday and frequented this dessert bar for 3 nights in a row as we were addicted to the ice cream and cookie dough!!!. It was incredible and the staff were wicked. Would highly recommend this place.

Everything here is very tasty, especially the milkshakes😍 My only issue is the amount of single use plastic used which could easily be changed for environmental friendly substitutes. For example, the plastic spoons used for the cookie dough and the lid and cup used for the milkshakes.

Milkshakes are wonderful, amazing selection too. I had the Nut-a delicious, which is Nutella, banana and peanut butter, flavours i’d Never tire of. Timed just right and didn’t have too wait long. Great selection of ice creams with flavours i’ve Never seen before. Loses a star because the ice cream is over priced. Will find it difficult walking past this place in the future, without purchasing a milkshake!

The best milkshakes ever! They do specials for certain seasons (halloween, xmas etc) and also offer a wide range of waffles, icecream, pancakes, cookie dough and much more!

I popped in before leaving Chichester, previous experiences haven’t been a problem however today it was nothing but slow staff didn’t seem to care about their customers and the queue of drinks they had. Drink was made poorly on this occasion too as I watched them all they really cared about was chatting to eachother and a friend who seemed to have been given a free shake.. I wonder what management would think of that. Not happy with this visit at all seemed like there was only young employees who didn’t want to be there at all

Painfully slow. Baffling system. And pricey. How can ordering an ice cream take sooooooo long? Look at ice creams, wait to be served, order written down, money paid, wait, one ice cream done, wait, another ice cream appears, wait... check order, wait, wait a bit longer, wait some more. Wonder if we’ll ever get to beach today. Ask where last ice creams are. Wait. Arrive. Just not worth the effort.

My friend and I visited Shakeadelic on Tuesday, we took our children for a lunchtime treat. There was a lack of staff at a busy period but the two girls working did a fantastic job even though it was clear they could have done with an extra pair of hands. My friend and I had a waffle each and our children had the ‘Little ones Sundae’. All food was presented well and tasted amazing just felt sorry for the staff.Would highly recommend this place, great food, great value, and hard working staff, just a shame they could have done with an extra pair of hands.

Just when you thought life was already great .... BAM along comes Shakadelics new Cookie Dough!!!! As if their range of Delish treats wasn't enough they have now introduced the holy grail of all deserts!! I had to have 2 as it was so good, choc chip & peanut butter/Smartie mix I can't rave about it enough to the point I've requested Cookie Dough by Mail. I shall be pointing everyone I know your way! I can't watch their insta stories without my mouth physically watering ha! Thank u for bringing this into my life ha! A very dramatic post I know however something that tastes this good deserves all the Hype!

Shake-A-Delic is always busy, I waited 20 minutes for my drink to be made, the queues are long, prices are high,no seating available and staff are young and inefficient! The only good thing about it is the drink, but that’s not anything wow.

The milkshakes are always great but the service is awful. Never used to be a problem but having been a couple of times recently the service is just awful. Nobody dare smile or be polite and on my most recent visit when I pointed out my milkshake didn't have the right sauce the staff member rolled her eyes at me and then later slammed the right one down in front of me, really didn't take much to change the cup and sauce.

After a trip to the. coast. We stopped for ice cream quite near to closing time, 10:00.

My partner and I visited on a Friday night and popped in here for some ice cream after we had been out for dinner.

As someone suffering from lactose intolerance, I often can’t have anything in dessert bars and ice cream places - but the staff were very helpful in telling me what I could and couldn’t have. Even though it wasn’t out on the counter, they were perfectly happy to sell me the chocolate sorbet they had in the freezer - and it was amazing! I bought a few scoops, topped with strawberries, as a reward for finishing my final exam.

I took my 9yo DD as a treat, now it seems we are becoming regulars!!!! This super little shake shop used to be in Crane Street and tbh we had never been. It has relocated to South Street next to the Curtains and Blinds shop and is very convenient for us. The range of desserts and milk shakes is fantastic as is the selection of ice creams. I had the bubble waffle which was delicious. Some items are a premium price but in general for the size and taste they seem really good value. We are so pleased that this little independent shop is doing so well in Chichester. My daughter loves it I am sure her and her friends will make sure that we go back again and again.

Second visit...superb Indian food served by Danielle...This lady is among the people I've met with the highest standards of customer service...she even remembered what I ordered last time two months ago...so friendly and helpful and great fun!!

Coffee shake - not on menu but very deeeeelish! Normally a big queue when the after school people come in but today I timed it just right and was in and out in a few minutes. Have tried the shakes with the chocolate bars in them and way too sweet and loaded with calories for me.

Disappointed that my local Shake-A-Delic closed and also being a frequent visitor of Chichester there is nothing I enjoy more than a Milkshake, I must say their milkshakes are far better than local competitors “Shake Away”. Although expensive a great treat.

I love it here. There is no point having milkshakes anywhere else in Chichester. This is the only place for it. Hidden away in a side street it is divine. Like I said in my title Tangy is the best. Jaffa cakes, terrys chocolate orange, vanilla ice cream (I believe) and caramel sauce is the best comfort drink ever. It also fills you up.

This is the "Aladdin's Cave" of milkshakes.....whatever you wish can be quickly created. Such an array to choose from!! Staff polite and kind, establishment small & clean. Fun watching your shake being created in front of your eyes! (Clearly the yummy outcomes cannot be considered as part of anyone's diet hoping to lose weight!!)

The drinks were lovely but majorly overpriced and overrated. It is small and can get busy. The drinks aren't huge, they do milkshakes with many toppings also smoothies I found most of them overly sweet.
