This place cancelled my order on ubereats 20 minutes after I'd put it through, and said I was the one who tried to call and cancel the order and then stopped anymore orders coming through. I will not be purchasing from them again. I was also charged £24 for an order that they cancelled, what a scam.

Hello i didn’t receive my rice which ruined my meal

im sorry guys but ur shai grill burger is really not worth it cheap beef burger cheap chicken frozen burger and cheapest cuts of donner meat there is and a dollop of garlic mayo. £6.50 is not worth it. for that price it should be better so thats why such a low score.

First time ordering pizzas were really nice

i order 2x chicker burger half with salad and garlic mayo sauce. No sause and salad in both burgers shame

Best curry we've had for ages. Garlic naan was loaded with garlic, curry was beautiful, poppadoms were crispy. The only downside was the shamis were a bit pink which put me off so I didn't eat them but it didn't take away from the rest of it which was the best I've had from here in a long time

I didn't get stuffed crust that I paid extra for and milkshake was like water :( first bad experience here unfortunately.

Initially due after 40 minutes then informed was delayed then said had been delivered 10 minutes before it arrived. Polystyrene all melted so dare not eat one of the items . Such a shame

We are a family of 7. We ordered pizzas, chicken fillet burger, a mixed kebab, and 2 curry's. Not one complaint from any of my little munchkins. Absolutely gorgeous and Daniel served us with a smile and beautiful manners we will definitely be back next time we are in the area. Thankyou guys

Medium donner tray and delivery driver charged extra from when was told from the takeaway was less after exchanging details! RIP OFF POOR QUALITY AVOID!

Hot tasty food. Never disappoints

We placed a large order for a birthday, and they did really well. The food was absolutely delicious and still hot even though it arrived a bit late. Completely forgive the lateness as it was a big order, and the quality of the food definitely made up for it!!

Hour and half late and really bland and tasteless.

The food was absolutely delicious. Arrived on time, nice and hot too. I'm really fussy with curry, but the keema was spot on. Definitely order again. Also the flavours of the seekh kebab and chicken tikka were SO good.

Not happy with tonight's food Everything was overly spicy.I ordered a mixed kebab on nann and I requested no salad or chilli sauce you smothered it in both so ended up in the bin as I have an allergy to onion. Wont be ordering from here again!

Was told that the driver was nearby but had to wait 20 minutes after contacting the takeaway few times of the update and being told driver would be there in minutes…very annoyed as order was placed 1hr 30minutets with clear instructions to be prompt on time

Great mixed kebabs, plenty of meat and chicken. Mushroom pakoras were spot on. All wrapped up well in foil so it was nice and hot when delivered.

Pizza wasn't as good as usual base tasted different and I rang and asked for less cheese on 2 and they did it on the wrong 1

Normally the food we get shai grill is brilliant but tonight it was awful. It was cold, not the right size, the pitta was hard and there was no salad. There was lettuce but that is not salad the only thing that was good and polite was the driver!

Popped in wiv a few friends and fancied a quick pizza and a mixed nan kebab Well for starters the pizza was one of the beat pizzas i have ever had anywhere in bradford completely different and just blew me away must give it a try The mixed nan kebab everyone really enjoyed the kebab meat was juicy and with the spicy tikka complimented it really well

Right... Honest as can be, the calzone was delicious (it just needs a bit of garlic for flavour) down side.. the large kebab meat seemed really small for the price and the fries the same. (We eat here often, and know that the portions were small.. ) still food was good .

I needed these for a charity event I was holding and they did amazing. Delivered 40 pizzas and 40 large portions chips at the agreed time and it all came hot and fresh. Will be back and again thanks you xx

Honestly, curry was fantastic. Burger was undercooked. No chips arrived, kebab meat had a sour almost off taste. We normally rave about the food from you guys but it wasn't great. And I've mentioned the onion bhaji before, the structure was much better but waaaaaay too much spice!

Ordered curries, mine was fine. My wife's was chicken tikka masala and was hotter than she's ever eaten it before, but was still hot and flavourful. The only let down was the yoghurt that was sent had split .. other than that was a nice meal

I ordered the wrong curry by mistake, but when it turned up it was really tasty. The daddy dripper burger is very cheesy!

Expected delivery between 10 and ten past sent a text at 10.16 saying on way I asked where it was at 10.35 .. said 10.45 now sorry and then came at 11. The chicken tikka and Donner meat was cold and the chips were soggy

Food turned up cold had to reheat most of it I ordered at 7.55 got it at 9.48 staff were very helpful.and apologetic

The food we eventually received 1 hours after the estimated delivery time was amazing BUT the order was short of 3 items - I called the restaurant who said they’d deliver the remainder - another 50 minutes and it’s still not here ….. 1 person has not had their supper. Such a shame as the food we received was good.

Burger wasn't cooked, was red and cold. And despite ordering chapattis, they weren't in the bag...

We ordered a few weeks ago and we really enjoyed it so we ordered again tonight with a just eat voucher, feel like we have wasted it. Chips soggy and not edible, poppadoms soft, garlic naan ordered no garlic on it just plain. Delivery late. Such a shame as we really enjoyed it last time, won't be ordering again or recommending.

The food arrived well packaged. It arrived on time and was still hot. The quality of the food was excellent. It wasn't overly spicey to the point it was flavoursome. I will certainly be making future orders from Shai Grill.

I ordered chicken tikka, woooowza best ive ever tasted beautifully cooked, and biriyani meat was so flavoursome and generous amount, highly recommended 10/10 beautiful flavoursome food :)

Food was good but came 2 an half hours late which meant my family especially my kids were sat here starving waiting for it to arrive an by the time it did arrive we had already got past been hungry our stomachs were just hurting I recommend collection to anyone wanting to try this place

Food is stale, overpriced and has no appeal. The salad on top of the Turkish kebab was just that, salad leaves . No tomatoes,no cucumber ,no onion. Will definitely avoid going back again

Wrong food came and slightly under cooked 🙄

Donner meat microwaved it tasted like nann all folded up and stodgey like scrunched up in freezer. Everything else perfect. Delivery late and said delivered called 3 times they blamed it on me cos I'm "out of the way" made me feel like it's my fault they accepted the order without checking where I live. Unbelievable disgusting customer service. What's point of having delivery progress if they are just going to click food has arrived before even sent from restaurant. Idiots. Talking to boss also blamed it on me for being "out of the way"

Shai grill mixed starter was the best bit definitely will be ordering again

Late, cold and very small portions and the sfc were rock hard and dark either been in the cabinet staying warm for hours or reheated more than once.

every time i order from here it has been the best takeaway in bradford except tonight the mushroom bhajis was dry old and cold, chips cold, burger was cold and my curry wow never have i been delivered something that bad , all went in the bin im very suprised it was like a different takeaway made my order very badly, cos shai grill is normally really nice food very dissapointed
