Very disappointing Won’t be using again

Just ordered shaf's special large, paid 9.50 and got simple wrap with some meat 🍖 in it, no sauce no veg, and absolutely nothing special about it and I have no clue how the hell I suppose to eat that

asked for separate salad an sauce. did not meet requirements. due to soo much mint sauce an salad on Kebabs they was soggy absolutely cold! not happy waste of money! normally very happy with place as we are regulars.

I would give 5+++, we ordered food tonight and it was with us in around 25 minutes. We had the mixed kebab and cheesy chips and I can honestly say its the best we have ever had. It was so tasty and a joy to eat. I need to add it was so cheap as well. Thank you so much.

First time ordering from here. Excellent delivery time. Food was piping hot and very tasty. They read my instructions in the comments section too. Just one thing- the Bhuna was quite sweet, didn't really have much taste of any other flavours to it. Everything else, spot on! Thank you :)

I was quite surprised by the good quality of my special kebab. I will now use Shaf's Spice a lot more for kebabs.

Paid 2.50 for them to put green peppers on all the pizza and they only put it on half! The wrong half as well so my partner is say picking them off his side. Overpriced

My chicken n chips meal was very dry! Especially the chicken..its like it was yesterday chicken dry😵 tasteless no finger lickn

Just had chicken madras and said to my wife thats the best ive had for a long time and my daughters korma plate could of gone straight back in cupboard it was that clean haha very nice

I always order from them. Food was ok. But the packaging was really poor this time. 2 of my curries were spilled all over the bag.So wasted quite a bit bcos of that. Not impressed this time.

I asked for asain style Jelly consistency funny sweaty smell, not asain style at all, as far from asain curry as a hot apple pie, read reviews about oil n another from a bradford girl claiming to know good curry houses so thought I'm sold, I'm from bradford and i no a good curry a proper asain curry should have a bit of oil leakin out, oh nope not a sign of oil used, no coriander a jelly paste like. This bradford chik who reviewed it saying its nice. Mate it's worse than most in huds. Dead out nothing like a bradford curry see ya, wast of 20 quid

Chicken was chewy, no popadoms pizza was greasy and burnt on the edges, mixed kebab was lumpy.

Donner meat is great and would 100% recommend the onion bajis, they're incredible 😋

hello my name is michael i would like to say that when i ordered my food the time was estimated 22.40 for delivery. i got my food delivered before the actual time and was still warm. and i enjoyed my meal the driver is always friendly

Not happy paying £1.40 for extra bbq sauce and it had a littlest drizzle on i could barely taste the bbq sauces at all very disappointed

Over the last few months this place has gone down hill. I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt as I have been ordering here for years and its always been reliable. The last few orders have been disappointing but today's was terrible. I always ask for the delivery man to ring me when he's outside so I can collect it, nope he just decided to walk through the pub I live above and dump the order on the bar. I ordered a tub of ice cream l, that was missing. When I rang the restaurant they said they had run out of the flavour I ordered. So they were just going to charge me for something and not send it to me. Could they not ring? The food itself was only tepid, not hot. The naan and onion bajis were undercooked.

Me and my sister where eating the chicken and we found something that looked like a parasite / lung inside the chicken breast and it was horrifying now I feel the need to turn vegetarian

Food was nice pizza was amazing meat feast with garlic. Donner 1 tray all burnt the other fine. Kebab fine and nice. Curry was all over the place and the tinfoil container was damaged and squashed so curry was all over the place in the back at bottom. Not happy about that at all feels as tho I payed for a large and got a tiny bit. Chips where fine. Over all 7/10. Curry and 1 tray of donner let it down.

Food missing and food that did come was cold and poor quality. Tiny child size portions. Tried to call to explain chips weren’t in order and was just told several times that they were even though they weren’t. Awful food and awful service. Delivery man was polite at least.

Not as good as it used to be & now too pricey

Food was a bit cold to say we’re only down the road.. Restaurant service is so poor because they don’t listen to notes and miss things added like cheese on chips.. not the first time this had happened don’t want to order from here any more because of it.

Sorry, but the worst ever tasted no spice, no flavour. Food quality is really poor. Not up to normal standard. As a restaurant, great for sitting in, but that was years back, before covid. But, I would not recommend ordering as a takeaway. Really sorry, but we as a family we were very disappointed and will not be ordering again.

Cold food even then I asked about hot. Chicken tikka in kebab....maybe tandoori but not tikka. The pieces of chicken was burned and very dry. Large size of kebab - really very funny. Generaly shame, order after order is worst.

Superb. Highly recommended. We travel from brighouse despite having plenty takeaways around us Shaf's is that good.
