Really good food, recommend for a late night munch.

Very good customer service and food. The staff are hard working. The chips and dinner are always good. If you go try the flake milkshake I was amazed.

Very rude staff! cancelled my order twice on ubar just cos i had 30% off.my order was cancelled after 30mins...these lost should be band from ubar eat! Guy was very rude on the phone when ask why was my order cancelled! Must avoid !

Where to start with these lot, ordered what was meant to be a peri peri burger meal off uber (advertised buy 1 get 1 free) only 1 meal turned up to be honest thank god it was only 1 because what turned up was putrid. A drenched in sauce southern fried fillet rubbery n sloppy unfortunately I can't upload any pics but stay away from this place I'm ordering from desi chef now instead they're always on the dot To bbq base, try their peri peri burger to know what a peri burger really is yours is more like a tikka biscuit brother!

ONLY HAD THE PIZZAS AND HAVE 2 SAY ABSOLUTELY AMAZING TASTE AND GOOD PRICES . BEST IN TOWN .

EDITED Surprise Surprise quality of food has dropped,donner is now thick chewey and hard like tree chippings, also priorities phone order over waiting customers.

Staff are super helpful and welcoming. Menu seems decently priced and they have great opening week offers. Would definitely recommend the milkshakes and milk cakes! I got a spicy tower burger box meal that came with stir-fry donner, 2 chicken tenders, salad fries and a drink all for £7 which was definitely worth the price!! I got a Turkish delight pizza, bbq Special and a 'Apne Chicken Tikka Pizza' and they were all delicious and perfectly cooked!

Used to be amazing, now its over priced food that looks like budget food, squashed burgers, cold (freezer tasting) chips, but if you want a mountain of sauce in tubs that you didn't ask for, this is the place for you. The food tasted ok, but not worth the money. Its a No from me.

Ordered food online and paid told us it would be delivered 8.40 to 8.50 after an hour and all hungry tried ringing several times no answer so husband ended up riding down and all shut up, so paid money online and no food!

Wow🔥! New management have smashed it. The deluxe smash burger i had was so tasty and fresh that i couldn’t help but going back again with friends and ordering another! I’m a big fan of smash burgers and this was definitely one of the best ones i’ve had so far hence the review. Ordered some fatayer/ pizza with their special doner and chips which we thought were absolutely delicious! The chips were perfect, Pizza packed with toppings and doner full of flavour. Staff were very polite and made sure we were well looked after👍🏽 You must give them a try!

I had this food with my friend Huz, whats the point of having a smashed burger if your gonna give me a kebab, with a soggy bap. I think they put the flavour of the pizza in the card board box instead of the pizza. Like i dont know what to say, but i should have just cooked food instead of relying on someone else. I will have to open my own at this rate.

Worst takeaway experience iv had in a very long time. The smashed burger was not smashed! Infact was the biggest fattest peice of kebab I have ever seen. The bap.... or what there was left of it was all soggy. There was more salad in my box then the burger... and as for the bbq sauce. What bbq sauce! The pizza was like cardboard. Money down the drain

The signature dishes are a must. I experienced the FK special burger. The Creator Faruque Karolia has used his decade's of cooking expertise to produce this traditional but unique tasting recipe. The chicken was tender and juicy topped with succulent doner meat, cheese/red onion/olives/pepper and much more. My tongue was taken on a rollercoaster to the Middle East and the Promise was fulfilled, as was i.

I had to wait hour and a half for food. When I called them the first time they said the food will be a couple minutes. I waited another 30 mins called them up and they said he got lost and will be a couple of minutes. I waited another 30 mins and they said once again it'll be a couple mins. The food was rubbish

Hi food is nice but I neither got drink with it as well burger should been chicken burger not shami kebabs burger plus another wrong order I ordered a meal with two pizzas two chicken burger 1 coke I only receive one pizza only no drink burger was not chicken burger it was shami burger was disappointed the driver either knock on door he just left it outside went off it just poor I ordered many time at uber some takeaway never do this dropping food outside disappointed

If your thinking of ordering from here off uber eats then don't bother because you won't get your order. Delivery drivers half asleep don't know what they are doing and deliver to a completely different address rang them up to explain and was told to wait while the driver comes back and delivers again to right address. No thanks I will contact uber eats and get my money back not waiting for your driver to come back and give me cold food won't be ordering again 😡

Oh boy. Where do I begin? First the service. I ordered two burger meals from Bar B Q Base. A Chicken Tikka burger and a FK Special Burger. After I placed the order, I rang the takeaway to tell them that I wanted Cheese on one of the chips and donner on the other. The food came relatively on time. No complaints there. Then, we proceeded to open the horrific meals. And boy was it a ghastly site. Both burgers were terribly overfilled to the point they couldn't be picked up otherwise they'd fall apart. They'd also messed up what I told them over the phone and there was cheese and donner on both sets of chips. Speaking of the chips, they were overcooked and far too hard. But to call them cheesy chips is disgraceful. There was literally 3 or 4 strands of cheese in each portion. The takeaway forgot to put the cans of drink in the delivery bags even though we ordered burger meals. I don't know how something so simple can be be forgotten. Thank goodness I ordered an extra 2L bottle but they couldn't even get this right. It came as a 1.5L bottle which is shamefully misleading. Its very cheap behaviour. The chicken tikka was literally the worst chicken tikka I'd ever seen in my life. It was cold, hard, bland and dry. My mate proceeded to pull out a chicken tikka piece from his burger and it looked like a shrimp. Same shape, large and pink. Unfortunately it wasn't soft like shrimp. Instead, it had the consistency of rubber. But the misery didn't stop there. We had to eat our burgers with knives and forks and it was a chore getting through them. Flavour was all over the place as was the burger sauce (literally).

IF YOU THINKING OF ORDERING FROM THIS TAKEAWAY, JUST DONT BOTHER IT’S PANTS!!! All I ordered was an cheese burger and chicken jerk. Delivery was quite quick but my burger was the wrong size and had mayo plastered all over it and to top it off he burger was not cooked, red in the middle and the chicken had never seen jerk and was very spicy to the point you could not taste the food, maybe that was a good thing after the burger. The order was very disappointing and a waste of money and are suppressed to see they have 3.5 star ratings. In the end I cooked a pizza from the freezer and it was 10 times better that what this place has to offer apart from the upset bellies, they win that contest hands down....VERY POOR

The first time I ordered it came wrong. He took it back and bought the right one after 20minutes. Altogether we waited over an hour. We ordered again and this time they got the order wrong again. It took 1 and a half hour for the correct order to come. When we called up to complain they didn't seem too bothered. Not recommended.

Chicken burger ok. Garlic nan dry as my grandmas feet and my milkshake must of had 1 Malteaser in. Small amount of cheese on my chips, very mad please refund me I am a student with no money
