So poor, overpriced. Really rude staff, young brunette was rude to us. £15 for a chicken sandwich too that was incredibly greasy. Avoid.

Would avoid completely and not return. Food took ages to come. Clearly lack of staff in kitchen as all I could hear was loads of effing and jeffing from the old woman in the kitchen. The man in kitchen was eating too whilst cooking which is not hygienic. Women in the kicthen was also touching the food with her hands whilst putting things on plate. No understanding of potential cross contamination when dealing with meat and veg. £55 bill for 3 breakfasts what a waste of money and awful experience.

My experience here was brilliant, as it is open from 7am it is the prefect spot in didsbury for breakfast. The eggs royale were superb and the coffee is very good. I hope to be back.

The food here is nice. They have this strange 10% service charge that is automatically added. It's there in the small print but it's easy to miss if you're not concentrating when the card machine is flung in your face without showing you the screen to check the amount. There was nothing exceptional about the service especially when the breakfast items are already expensive. 3 pancakes were £12. We don't live near here so I doubt we'll return but if we did I certainly will be more careful when paying.

My experience for brunch at Seven54 was amazing. My waitress Lucia made me feel welcome with her warm smile and attended all of my needs whilst ordering and throughout my stay. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the food, the staff in the kitchen made a 10/10 presentation and it tasted beautifully. Overall everyone was so friendly and everything was high quality.

We were looking for somewhere for lunch that both myself and my husband would enjoy. I’m vegetarian and he can be quite fussy so sometimes it can be tricky. We saw the menu online and decided to pay a visit. The place itself was beautifully decorated with a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. I ordered smashed avocado on sourdough with poached egg, beetroot hummus, feta and pomegranate seeds. It was honestly one of the best lunches ever! Perfect portion for me and worth the price of £11. The egg was perfectly poached and everything worked so well together. My husband has triple stack pancakes with bacon and blueberries and a pot of maple syrup. He loved it! We both had cold drinks as it was boiling, we liked the freeze dried lime and lemon slices. It was £4 for a Diet Coke, which was a little expensive, but it’s didsbury. I’d definitely return next time I’m in didsbury, infact we’ve already planned our next brunch date. Just a note, they add a service change onto the bill automatically (I didn’t see it said this would happen anywhere) I would have left a tip anyway, but I don’t like it when it’s added on for you, so just double check your bill when they bring it.

Been many times to Seven54 and you have to go! Delicious dishes, beautiful presentation! The service was amazing we were warmly welcomed by the owner and the staff served us quickly. Highly recommend

We were looking forward to a nice brunch, it took over half an hour to order our drinks/food and another 45min for the food to arrive. Kitchen staff is seriously under pressure & the place is packed with people waiting far too long for their food. No apologies was given for the wait which would have gone a long way. We asked for the sauerkraut to be taken off the salt beef sandwich & the answer was no as they come all ready made!!! We asked to swap mushroom for a sausage in the breakfast plate & they said we will charge you extra for the sausage & this to me is not the best service. I think it’s a pity that no apologies was made at all for the never ending wait so we won’t be going back.

Ordered smashed avocado and was very disappointed to find the sourdough was black. Still charged full price despite showing it to the staff. Worst brunch I’ve ever had.

Me and my partner went here while deciding where we wanted to go for breakfast, we decided to give this place a go after seeing rave reviews online about the food. They were not wrong, we had the chorizo and potato hash and it was divine. So good we wanted to ask for the recipe, but would have preferred a reason to come back so we didn’t! The drinks were also amazing, who knew charcoal in a coffee would be a thing? It was to die for. Fresh juices too really helped us recover from our hangover. Amazing surroundings and was nice to sit outside with the lovely weather. Seen to straight away. Only a slight wait for drinks but as soon as these came, the food came shortly after and it was defiantly worth the wait. Can’t wait to return and try something else.

We’ve been for brunch several times now and all I can say is that the pancakes are SO GOOD that, try as I might to go for something else on the menu (everything sounds great!), I just can’t! The coffee is also great (and I’m picky about coffee) and the service has always been friendly and helpful, even when it’s been really busy. We’ll be back soon (for more pancakes 😉)

Stopped (after cycling so hungry!) for the third time at this cafe for a late breakfast. It’s becoming our favourite place and a reason to get out early and exercise!! The breakfasts are just fab. I have tried 3 different dishes and they have all been extremely tasty - quality ingredients and lovely presentation. It’s not the cheapest but is worth every penny because it’s so well done. Staff are friendly and helpful and all in all it’s a lovely experience. Highly recommend.

Service here is pretty good. We were waiting a while but it was packed, so that’s ok. The staff were kind to our two toddlers. I had the chorizo and potato hash which was DELICIOUS. Pots of tea came on cute bespoke boards. You’re waiting for the BUT?! Why why why do you allow smoking on the terrace?!! We were seated right at the back by the serving window but it was a lovely day and the patio doors were wide open and clouds of disgusting cigarette smoke wafted in seemingly incessantly. Is this the 1990s?! It’s so old fashioned - stub it out. The management should act fast and stop it. Or do they smoke? And see nothing wrong with it? Such a shame.

Visited this restaurant today. Waitress came over and took our order then warned us of an approximate wait time of 40 minutes for food. Would’ve appreciated this warning before we ordered as we were hungry and may have decided to go somewhere else. Food arrived almost 1 hour after ordering. At approximately £11 for a salad that was basically a bowl of rocket with a splash of “house dressing” this place is very overpriced and not good value for money. The wait tainted the experience but the price of the food for what you actually get, left a very bitter taste in the mouth. We won’t be going back.

We recently went to Seven54 after being enticed by the amazing photos on Instagram. Unfortunately, after our visit, we were left in no rush to head back. On arrival, there appeared to be no one actively trying to manage the queue and after standing there for about 10 minutes we were told it could be another 20 before we could sit down and we were told we could leave and come back but the waitress had no intention of taking any names so we decided to stand and wait. After about 10 minutes the same waitress tried to sit down a couple that arrived way after us as she had forgotten who was first. Appreciate that it was a busy weekend, but it was unusual for a restaurant to not have a list or system so staff were able to know who was to sit down next. We eventually sat down and it took 20 minutes to order, two coffees and two brunch items. We had to chase for the coffees as these hadn’t arrived after 15 minutes of waiting. When the food eventually arrived, the Full English eggs were undercooked whilst the Chorizo & Potato Hash eggs were way too over cooked and some of the chorizo was burnt. Staff did do a check back but was after both meals were nearly finished. We had to ask for the bill twice as one member of staff seemed more keen to eat in the kitchen rather then servicing customers. The same waitress seemed shocked when we said we didn’t want to pay the 10% service charge that is automatically added to all bills (which I think is strange to add to tables of 2) and she blamed the service issues on staff illnesses due to covid. There appeared to be more then enough staff, the issues looked like poor management and lack of control which meant everyone seemed to be rushing around for no real reason. We have both worked in restaurants in the past and are more understanding/tolerant then most customers and if they had said that service may be slightly slower from the start it would have helped manage expectations. Given it took over an hour and a half in total, don’t think it was worth all the waiting. I know the restaurant is dog friendly which I think is great; however, I am not sure it is appropriate for someone (I assume one of the owners/managers) to carry their dog into the kitchen during opening hours.
